This gorgeous condo has a very comfortable living room with leather sofas and a large plasma screen TV with satellite, Bluetooth/DVD player & stereo w Ipod dock, and WiFi internet. The three master bedrooms are supplied with quality linens, have full ensuite bathrooms with showers, and large mahogany closets and private balconies. The dining area which has seating for six guests and the fully equipped kitchen are both tastefully decorated. You have a lovely deck off the kitchen/dining room to enjoy a morning coffee or evening refreshment and includes a Weber gas BBQ.
On the upper floor, there's a third beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king bed, spacious closet and full ensuite bathroom with shower looking out to an inviting lush roof-top patio with a wet bar and recreational area to enjoy and relax in. You'll love enjoying a glass of wine up here while the sun goes down.
All linens, towels, beach towels, and maid service are included. Sleeping arrangements include: 2 kings and 2 twins which can be made into a third king.

My wife, Liz and I enjoy travelling as you can see in this Photo of the Parthenon in Athens. We live in Calgary, Canada. However we love to visit our condo in Playa del Carmen almost any time of the year. It's like stepping into our dream world. We have made lots of friends in Playa and have many hot spots to pay return visits to. We also enjoy going exploring and finding new neat places.

We found we kept returning to Playa since our first visit in 2001. We used to stay in the 'all inclusive' resorts, which we found to be great vacations. However, we found everyone wants to be in the town of Playa del Carmen which is the principal gem in the Riviera Maya for cuisine, culture, shopping and entertainment. Our place is in the PERFECT LOCATION, within close walking distance to the beach, shopping and most of the amenities.
It's a short 5 minute walk to 5th Ave and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has a beautiful pool and gardens we don't have to look after, but are well taken care of. We have a beautiful solarium patio to relax in. We're close to grocery stores and amenities, adjacent to 24h street - the nicest green space in downtown Playa with many flowering trees, and we're also only a couple of blocks from 30th Ave, which is quite authentically Mexican in it's shops and services.
Great location (a couple minutes from 5th Ave and a few more to the beach), clean, well equipped, friendly staff (Benjamin), loved the solarium/bedroom on the top floor. No complaints at all, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Our family of six (2 teenagers, 2 parents and 2 grandparents) recently stayed at the Peregrina Condo for the Christmas holidays. We would most certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Playa del Carmen. Having three spacious bedrooms, all with plenty of storage space (lots of hangers too!) as well as ensuite bathrooms in all three was ideal. We appreciated having the full kitchen to enjoy breakfasts and lunches as well as serving up drinks and pre-dinner snacks. The upstairs terrace was lovely to have and we even ate our Christmas dinner up there. The location is very good - close to the Mega grocery store, three blocks to 5th Avenue, restaurants everywhere and a reasonable walk to the beach. It was also very easy to catch a taxi two blocks over on the main street to get to any of our excursions as was the bus station and (although a bit further) the collectivo station. The two main floor bedrooms do face out on to a bit of a busier street so if you like to sleep with your patio door open, this may bother you. With the hurricane shutters closed and AC on, it was not noticeable. This property is exactly as advertised and it is great value for the amount of space you get. The owner is fantastic to deal with and although we did have one small hiccup with the management team, they did ensure our potable water was always replenished, gas for the BBQ full and condo cleaned on the date and time specified. If you are considering this condo as an option, we would recommend it.
Peregrinas is a well appointed condominium that sleeps six comfortably. The bedrooms (2 on the main floor, the 3rd, one floor up with solarium) all had ensuite bathrooms, balconies, and a lockable safe. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparations. The pool was cool and refreshing after a hot day spent shopping. It is close to 5th Avenue and a short distance to the beach. A car is not needed as the Mega Mart is only two blocks away and taxis are available for only a few dollars. The internet pictures and description are accurate and the owner was easy to work with.
My wife and I stayed here for a week with our two kids (2yrs old and 4 yrs old). The condo is really very nice and had everything in it that we needed. It's very spacious as well, which with two kids was a bonus. The pool was great for our kids (it has a separated shallow end). The condo is gated and security is on site, we never felt unsafe while staying there.
The owners and property managers were easy to deal with.
I think the location is really excellent, there is a lot of great (imho) Mexican food nearby (Los Aguachilles, Don Sirloin, El Fogon etc). And the Mega grocery store is right around the corner!
We walked to the beach every day, which is really not far at all. We brought a couple strollers for this which was helpful, about 15 minutes walk with strollers. The only disadvantage of staying here, in my opinion is that you don't have a beach side view. If you can live without that I recommend staying here.
My husband and I just returned from a fabulous three month stay at this Peregrina Condo in Playa del Carmen. We were thrilled to find a 3 bedroom condo with the perfect layout to have our two adult daughters and their husbands join us for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor and the third bedroom is located upstairs beside the private rooftop terrace. Each of the bedrooms has king sized beds and their own ensuite bathrooms which was convenient for our extended family. The beds in the second bedroom can be used as two single beds or a king sized bed. Each bedroom also had its own safe. Rosy, the cleaning lady comes one a week and does a super job!
The rooftop terrace is sunning and several times throughout our stay we hosted friends and family in this area. It has beautiful built in seating and coffee table as well as another table and chair set with a big umbrella. The lovely mural of Tulum as well as the plants and flowers on the rooftop make it a very inviting place to be!
The entire condo is well appointed and it is evident that the Canadian owners who come to this condo themselves take pride in its décor and ensure that it is well equipped in all rooms. The pictures on the internet really do not do this condo justice! During our stay the owner asked if we had any suggestions as to what else the condo might need and the few things I recommended he had the property manager purchase and deliver even before the end of our stay!
The kitchen is a good size and is also well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and serving dishes. The table easily sits 6 or more people. The bonus was having a gas bbq on the front deck that overlooks the pool, as my husband could help with the cooking!
The location of the condo is on of the best in Playa! Mega and Dac grocery stores are just a short walk away. It is close to many great restaurants between 20th and 30th Ave.
The condo is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue. It was nice to have the option of the activity on 5th Avenue or the choice of quiet just around the condo complex.
The pool area and grounds are also very well maintained. There is 24 hour security for this condo complex.
The property manager and her assistant were very responsive and prompt with any requests or questions we had for them. We also had great communication with the owners, Gordon and Liz, who made sure our 3 month stay was perfect!
My husband and I rented this unit for our two week vacation. During this time my family joined us for a week. We have rented condos before in PDC, however, this is the nicest unit we have ever had the opportunity of renting. This three bedroom/3 bathroom was perfect. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which our guests commented on how nice that was. The bedrooms are big, and comfortable! The living room is extremely well furnished, we like to relax in the evening and this living room was so comfy, beautiful leather furniture, large screen tv, and most important for us, a nice CD player, with pretty good sound. This kitchen is large, great for making dinners in and there is a bbq off the kitchen.
When we arrived at noon, the lady was still cleaning the unit, and I have to admit, the unit was completely spotless when she was finished. She came back during our stay twice more and did an awesome job cleaning up.
This is a unit that the owner clearly cares about and has taken care to hire excellent property management. So much pride in his unit...it really felt like our home while we were there. We did not want to leave, and when we go back again, we will make our stay longer.
The owner was very accommodating to our many questions as was property management. The photos all though are accurate, does not really capture how big the unit is, the unit is larger than the pictures appear. We highly recommend this unit for a vacation in Playa del Carmen.
