The ground floor of this magnificent 1899 Victorian is a spacious studio. Bursting with amenities, this studio begs to pamper the independent traveler or couple. With a plush queen-sized bed and separate sleeper sofa, the studio sleeps up to 3.
Bay windows give both plenty of natural light and privacy while overlooking a small front garden. In addition to a spacious and luxurious bathroom with classic claw foot tub, the studio is fully loaded with a new washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and satellite television. Wi-fi is also included.
Ideal for gourmands, the kitchen is fully loaded with a six-burner gas range & stove, a temperature-controlled wine cooler, and a new refrigerator. Bring back fresh produce from any of the many local farmers' markets, and share a meal with friends to experience another of San Francisco's treasures -- its palette.
At the heart of the City, you're steps from Dolores Park, surrounded by classic San Francisco architecture, the last of the independent theaters, local artists, some of the best food in the USA, and the easiest place to catch a bus, train or taxi in SF.
The Studio and Upper Flat have their own separate and private exterior entrances.

Location, location, location!
Nice place and good location but apartment was infested with ants all over bathroom floor as well as all over kitchen counters and floor. We didn't cook there as there was no way around all the ants and we did not want them crawling all over our food. Might just be a problem as it is an older Victorian house. I have pictures for proof but not too sure how to upload them here.
This condo is the perfect size and location. It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen has everything you need. I also felt safe walking to restaurants and bars in this neighborhood. I used Lyft to get around the city and there were always drivers available in this neighborhood. Dolores Park is a very short walk from this property. Also should you need anything or have any questions, Navin was very prompt in responding. I would definitely stay at this property again!
You can't find a better location for a visit to the city of San Francisco. The property is all you need and within steps of restaurants, shops, and attractions. I highly recommend downloading the Uber application for use in getting around the city. We used the Uber Pool option to share rides. We met some fun people and never paid more than $8 for a cab or waited more than 5 minutes. The studio is easy to find and has a perfect layout for your San Francisco "home base". We enjoyed being able to make coffee in the morning and have a light breakfast before taking off to enjoy the city. We strongly recommend you stop at Tartine Bakery at least once. Some of the best bakery items ever, and an excellent coffee bar. A short cab ride away is Firefly, an excellent restaurant. If you get a chance and Jay is working, enjoy dinner and conversation at the bar. We had a great time. Several times during our visit people were stopped outside taking pictures of the building (yes, it is that iconic). In fact on our last day, a van full of French tourists spent about 20 minutes taking pictures and discussing the style and architecture of the property. We would certainly choose to stay again on our next trip to the city.
The place was beautiful, very clean and it had everything you would ever need in a home!!! WE loved it, the bed was comfortable, it was cozy, the windows brought in good light, it just felt good to be there.
We were close to stores, a little market down by Delores Park was wonderful, and a great bakery down there that was fabulous. Delores park itself was amazing and really fun to watch the tennis as you walk by the high school.
There were many restaurants also and within walking distance. Public transportation is very close, although we used Uber most of the time which was very cheap and within 3 minutes with every call!! We loved dealing with Navin, he answered all of my questions and answered them usually within the hour.
The price was good, and it was just the best experience!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Dolores Victorian Studio. Great little studio apartment has everything you could need. Well kept. Location is unbeatable, a 2 minute walk to Dolores Park, Tartine, and the entire mission. Would definitely stay here again.
Only negative is that parking is pretty brutal. 2 hour max parking on weekdays. We ended up paying about $20/day to park at the SFPark garage on Hoff (about a 10 minute walk).
This was the perfect spot for our relatives to stay and visit, close to us but still privacy for them! The place was clean and had all of the amenities you need for a nice stay in the city.
