This is the one - as an enthusiastic guest describes our Holiday Villa Lazy Days. Actually, there is not much to say about it. Even if you expect luxury, comfort and a "bit" more on equipment and design on holiday, then you will meet with the selection of our holiday home definitely the right choice.
The villa, built in 2013 Lazy Days is located in the southwest of Cape Coral and is located in a quiet side street with no through traffic with landscaped grounds in the neighborhood. For this location is within walking to Cape Harbour is just perfect. No long journeys or parking hassles if you evening in the popular restaurant "Rumrunners" delicious, highly acclaimed dining or just still want to enjoy a "nightcap" in one of the inviting outdoor bars. In one or another beer or cocktail longer it is no longer relevant, and you need not fear police control, because you can go home on foot, sit on the large dock and enjoy the sunset. Oh, life can be so beautiful!
By boat (optional), which depends directly on the hotel's own boat lift, one is from the Cape Harbour area in a short drive to the Caloosahatchee River and from there to the Gulf of Mexico. From here, you can z. B. the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Captiva Iceland or "conquer", which are from the car difficult to detect.
The decoration is modern and high quality and provides inter alia:

Prior to the purchase of our villa, we spent a lot of holidays in Cape Coral. We were immediately fascinated by the 'Venetian' flair of the city and the noticeable lifestyle of Florida: no shoes - no shirts - no problems. This made us become "repeating tenants'' as recurring holidaymakers are often referred to jokingly.
In the meantime, we asked ourselves more and more whether a own house, furnished according to our own style and taste, and with the comforts of the residential home, would be the better alternative. In Spring 2013, we finally answered this question and purchased Villa Lazy Days. For us were the most important criteria high ceilings, large sliding windows and a spacious living / dining area. The properties in the neighborhood should be of more or less high quality and well maintained. Most important to us, however, was the journey by boat to the Caloosahatchee River. We felt it is disadvantageous to access the Gulf if the rented object is too far north of the Cape Coral Parkway.

The villa offers a modern interior design (high ceilings, large windows, modern and efficient air conditioning, switchable ceiling fans). The equipment is absolutely of high quality and is kept permanently on this level. To ensure no stains on the carpets we equipped wooden floors in all bedrooms and in the study. This serves not only a nice overall impression but also aspects of hygiene. The furniture does not correspond to the often found plush furnishing style or the rattan equipment of a pure return object. We place emphasis on style and ambience, not only at home, but also at our second home.
We always enjoy our stay in our own house very much and it is hard to get back into the German everyday life and to put the Florida lifestyle "no shoes ... .." again.
We strive to be on the spot at least twice a year to maintain the high quality standard of our house for our guests,e.g. regular exchange of bathing and hand towels, bed linen or replacing the damaged or missing parts.
As committed 'boaters', the short journey to the river and to the Gulf is decisive for us. The sluice (which is not a real sluice because no height differences are compensated) is merely a locking mechanism. Even for the less experienced skipper, the short passage through the sluice is not a big challenge.
One more useful info for Boater. All holiday homes in the southwest of Cape Coral, which are located to the north of the Cape Coral Parkway, have more than 1 hour driving through the canals to the river.
Stayed for almost 2 months and everything in the house worked perfectly. One of the best houses on the street and walking distance to grocery shopping and the marina. The owners were great in providing two new bicycles, very much appreciated.
We were surprised to see a For Sale sign on the lawn a couple of days after we started the rental without any prior notification. Communication with the owner was not timely and required several reminders on our part, but it was professional.
We also found that the neighbours heat pump was very noisy making it uncomfortable for us to sit by the pool during the day. Although there are 2 TV's, only one is connected to cable. Additionally, we had poor weather and found the pool area to be quite windy and thus cool. This can be a big plus in the summer heat. The northerly exposure and thus considerable lanai shade can be a bonus in the summer.
So, there are many goods points as mentioned in this review and other reviews.
Additionally, hats off to the property management company for their honesty in finding a personal very small lost item and notifying us.
This house is amazing, clean, beautifully laid out, everything you would need is available. Great walking area, great community, lots close by. The property manager is great to deal with. I have traveled to many places over the past 25 year & this is one of the nicest places I have stayed
Wir waren diesen Sommer 9 Tage in der Villa und ich muss sagen, wir waren restlos begeistert. Von der Buchung bis zur Übernahme und Abgabe der Villa hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Vor allem aber ist die Villa so liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann diese Villa nur jedem empfehlen, denn auch die Lage ist sehr gut und man findet in nächster Umgebung auch einen Supermarkt publix für alles was man braucht.
20 Nächte in diesem Traumhaus waren unvergesslich.
Im Prinzip ist schon alles gesagt.
Spitzenmässige Ausstattung sowohl im Haus als auch im Terrassenbereich.
Sonne pur im gesamten Poolbereich trotz Nordausrichtung von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang.
Zudem hat das Haus eine tolle Lage, kurzer Fußweg zum Publix oder zum Yachthafen Cape Harbour, wo man im "The French Press" ein hervorragendes Eis essen kann, was will man mehr!

Das Haus und dessen Ausstattung sind absolut top. Der Poolbereich mit Whirlpool (beides beleuchtbar) sind wunderbar. An diesem Haus gibt es wirklich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Ein Traum war dieses Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus.
Wir haben nach einem langen Flug und langer Anreise ein absolut spitzenmäßiges Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Terrasse und der Pool laden zum entspannen ein und die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten und sehr schönem Geschirr ausgestattet.
Wir möchten Jürgen danken, der uns mit vielen guten Ratschlägen und Tipps versorgt hat, den wir immer um Rat fragen und anrufen konnten.
Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen.
