Simcoe Pines is a unique four bedroom, three bathroom home located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. It features a private, heated pool with outside bar, terrace off the Master suite, two fireplaces, high ceilings, hardwood floors, wireless internet access, High Definition LCD TVs with Blu-ray DVD players, and many other fine amenities.

The main floor is open concept with large principal rooms. It is a great layout for friends and family to be together as the Kitchen opens up into the Dining Room and Living Room. Fully-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a double antique porcelain sink and a new Heartland stove with warming oven.

There is a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating in the Living Room.

The spacious Dining room is open concept to the kitchen and Living Room making it great for entertaining. It has a large antique pine harvest table that seats eight people. Original wood floors throughout(except tile in the kitchen and lower bath) and all modern conveniences including wireless internet access.

Master Bedroom - Step down into the large suite (30 X 18) with vaulted ceilings featuring a Queen Shaker bed, a sitting area at the other end of the room with a gas fireplace and twin day bed. This room can accommodate 2 adults with a child or 3 adults. The en-suite bathroom features an antique clawfoot tub, shower stall with subway tiles, and cathedral ceilings with a skylight. Beautiful hardwood floors and private balcony nestled among tall pines overlooking the pool and hammock. Wicker sofa, chair and table make it a great place to enjoy the first cup of coffee in the morning or a nightcap.

Bedroom #2 - Large bedroom featuring a Queen sleigh bed and furnished with antiques. It has an en-suite four piece bath with large antique pedestal sink and white wainscoted walls giving it an authentic country feel. There is a door between these rooms making it an en suite bathroom or it can open to the hall for others to share.

Bedroom #3 - Bright and romantic wallpapered room with a white wicker double bed and single day bed. It can accommodate two adults with a child or three adults.

Bedroom #4 -Private Suite with Queen size bed located on the main floor at the back of the house. It features a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Beautifully treed private yard with heated and lit in-ground heated pool and double-size hammock. Large gas barbecue and outside bar, two level decks, and dining area with umbrella. Will suit up to 10 guests. The bright and well equipped laundry room is on the main floor.

Simcoe Pines make a really cozy Winter retreat as well.

Amazing stay!

I can't thank Kerri and Angelo enough for our stay at Simcoe Pines. I dealt with Kerri for our bookings and she was absolutely wonderful and always quick to respond from the moment I inquired about their properties and throughout our experience. We were 9 girls in our early/mid 30s celebrating my sister's upcoming wedding and from the moment we walked in we were in awe. We knew we loved the pictures but in person it was so much more beautiful. We absolutely loved the laid out main floor kitchen/dining/living room and the overall ambiance and nice touches of the home. Everything is so well kept and clean and the location is amazing. (You could easily go for a nice walk to Jackson Trigg's Winery if you wanted). It was honestly hard to leave such a beautiful place and the most comfortable beds! I highly recommend this home and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and read on that Master suite balcony!

Spacious, Comfortable & Relaxing!

Our family of 3 generations (2 couples, 1 single, 2 boys, ages 11& 7) were so comfortable during our 1 week stay. Everyday we drove to attractions outside NOTL, traffic to and from wasn't heavy. The house is on a quiet street, so peaceful, a welcome place to relax at the end of the day. Close to walk downtown too. This house is very spacious, lots of room for everyone and the bedrooms upstairs offered privacy if wanted.The open concept kitchen & dining area worked so well with everyone getting their 'stuff' ready for the next day outing, or from returning. Very charming home, well equipped & stocked. It was tidy and clean. Towels & bedding are good quality. Great to have laundry and the products too! Never had an issue with running out of hot water. We really appreciated having air conditioning. We did not use the bar, we relaxed on the patio - big table & plenty of chairs. We used the BBQ, that was very handy. We used the pool everyday, sometimes twice a day. It is well maintained, pool people come every 2 days.

Angelo and Kerri are very helpful and easy to communicate with - from the beginning of the booking, information prior to arrival, and during our stay.

We highly recommend this house, we sure would book it again! All of us have wonderful memories of our time spent here.

Perfect family vacation!

We knew the property looked beautiful online, but when we arrived we couldn't believe it.

We really enjoyed the luxuries at this very beautiful, historic house with everything set up to be comfortable, relaxing and clean.

(The free wi-fi/pool/hammock were all our kids needed to be happy.)

The owners really did think of everything. Communications were often and very helpful.

We now have some lovely memories of our stay at the house and we hope that one day we will be able to return.

Comfortable house close to everything

Our group of 20 enjoyed a long weekend at Simcoe Pines & Aylesbury Manor, just a couple of blocks apart. The house has lots of comfortable seating, and lots of space, so we could spread out. We were there before pool season, but the pool looks great.

It's a 15-20 minute walk to downtown stores & restaurants, theatres, golf club, parks, lake. Close to bike and e-bike rentals. Wonderful bakery (Willow) 2 blocks away. Most activities are only a walk away, but a short drive will take you to any number of wineries, or Niagara Falls.

We enjoyed great meals at Epicurean, Treadwell's & a food truck event at Peller Estates, as well as a Shaw play at the Royal George.

Our hosts, Angelo and Kerri, were accommodating and responsive.

We would definitely love to stay there again.

Perfect location for Girls Getaway with 9 guests!

Our group of 9 ladies from the GTA had a fantastic annual Girls' Getaway at Simcoe Pines. The house was clean tidy, and well furnished. The bedrooms were well appointed and the common rooms downstairs had ample space to accommodate all of us comfortably, we particularly enjoyed the open concept on the main floor.

On Saturday, we luxuriated at the spa in the morning and imbibed in wine tasting at several local wineries during the afternoon. On Sunday we all headed out for shopping at the Niagara Outlet Mall. We enjoyed cooking all of our meals at the house during our stay.

The owners were very quick to respond to all communications and did all they could to ensure a smooth transaction and a most enjoyable stay with top notch customer service. They were in touch with us to answer any questions that arose during our stay, even though they were away on vacation while we were at Simcoe Pines!

Thank you so much Kerri and Angelo, we highly recommend you to potential renters. We would stay here again!

Perfect stay

This was the perfect setting for a long weekend with family. The home is beautiful, warm, and inviting. Everything we needed was there. Niagara On The Lake is lovely. The weather was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

We are celebrating our 15 year anniversary of Niagara on the Lake Vacation Homes! Together with my husband, Angelo, we own and operate notlvacationhomes which features four luxury vacation homes, all with private pools, located in Old Town Niagara on the Lake. Our town has been voted Canada's #1 food and wine destination by TripAdvisor, something we are very excited about.

We purchased our first property, Simcoe Pines, in 2000 and started running it as a vacation home in late 2002. Between 2004 and 2006, we purchased 3 additional properties in the town, Aylesbury Manor, Amberlea House and Avalon. Angelo ran the business on his own until the Fall of 2014 when I retired from my company and joined him full time.

For 15 years NOTL Vacation Homes have welcomed thousands of guests into our homes and have many returning guests come and stay in our properties year after year. We personally own these homes and take great care in ensuring an exceptional stay for our guests that vacation in any of our properties. Why Angelo & Kerri Molinaro chose Historic Old Town

We purchased this home when we were moving to Sweden in 2000 knowing we would return every summer and Christmas to visit family and that we would need our own place to stay. During the 5 years we lived abroad we would long to come home to return to Simcoe Pines. Nothing could beat that feeling! We had the pool built in 2002 so that our young daughter could swim when we were on summer vacation. We thought others may enjoy using the home when we weren't there which was most of the year. 15 years later we have many return guests from all over the world enjoying Simcoe Pines!

Now that we are back living in Canada we offer Simcoe Pines as a year round vacation retreat for others to enjoy and have since purchased 3 other homes in old town, also with heated swimming pools.

We try to get a chance to stay at Simcoe Pines at least a couple times a year, usually in the Winter. it is full of memories for us!

This was our third stay at Simcoe Pines and I have to say that every year gets better. This year the TV's were upgraded to LCD's with Blu Ray players, there is a new stove that is amazing and the powder room on the main floor was renovated into a full bathroom with shower. Great for my elderly Mother that has trouble with stairs.

After spending some of the days at the local wineries, it was great to come back to the house for a swim. It is a private oasis back there and the outdoor bar is a lot of fun.

Angelo, thanks again for a great stay at Simcoe Pines! See you next year!

During the summer season when the heated pool is open we require weekly stays. We will offer shorter stays after June 1st, based upon availability. There is a 3 night minimum during the Fall, Holiday Season and Long weekends.
We accept 2 night bookings during all other times of the year.

The home will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and all towels, linens, soaps, paper products and spices are provided.
During the summer season the heated pool is kept at 86 degrees.

Cancellation Policy: At all times of the year except for during Summer Season your deposit will be refunded less 10% if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. For weekly stays during Summer Season your deposit less 10% will be returned if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date. After 60 days your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-book the space.

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
