This beautifully updated, two bedroom, two full bath condo in Vail Village is our second home. We have equipped and furnished it to be a true 'home-away-from-home.' It has a huge natural stone fireplace in the living room, king-sized bed in master bedroom, twins in second bedroom and a full-sized dining area. The unit is on the 4th floor of an elevator building. You will have an assigned covered parking space. NO smoking allowed. We think you will love the condo as much as we do.

Ideally located midway between the Village Center and Lionshead, it is an easy walk to the Gondola One lift or the Eagle Bahn Gondola. We provide a private ski locker for your use at the base of Gondola One. The locker fits four pairs of skis and boots, and even has built-in boot dryers. They have a full line of ski rental equipment right at the locker site; as our guest, you can get a 20% discount on all rentals and 10% discount on ski tuning services. Additionally, you can receive a 10% discount on airport shuttle service from Colorado Mountain Express, if you book online. Visit our website for more information.

My husband and I live in a suburb of Chicago. We are semi-retired and enjoy skiing, Hobie sailing, windsurfing, golfing and most outdoor activities. We enjoy Vail all year-round and try to get there as often as possible.

Why Debora Morris chose Vail

After coming to Vail to ski for about 20 years, we decided to purchase a property in Vail Village. We wanted a location that was walking distance to lifts, shops and restaurants. In retrospect, this was one of the best decisions we've made. We remodeled the entire unit and added high-end touches like custom alderwood doors and oak floors. Our guests find it to be a very comfortable and tastefully decorated condo. Since we are located midway between the Village and Lionshead, both can be easily walked to.

What makes this condo unique

Since we do not like to walk in ski boots, we have a ski locker at the base of the Vista Bahn lift which our guests can use during their stay. The locker can store up to four pairs of skis and boots.

Vail Ski trip

The condo was very spacious for 2-4 people. The condo was clean and very well stocked. It had everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The owner was very responsive. The condo was in a great location for skiing with short walk to Gondola at base of Vail village. The ski locker at the base of the Gondola was a great benefit making the walk to and from the condo to the Gondola each day easy and pleasurable. The condo was well located in regard to Vail village with a short drive to the supermarkets. The underground parking was nice particularly when it snowed however the spaces are very tight for multiple SUV's parked next to each other - however there was outdoor parking as well. The condo was a little "dated" but the washer and dryer in the unit made up for that. We highly recommend the condo for a ski trip to Vail and would love to stay there again when we return to Vail in the future. We truly enjoyed our stay and it was a great place to stay in Vail !!!!!!!

Beautiful Condo in a great location

My girlfriend, her son and my daughter and myself had a wonderful experience in this condo. The unit is located close to both Vail Village and Lions Head right on the bus route. Almost every time we walked out to the stop (about 20 yds from the condo) a bus was coming, otherwise it was only a short wait. Besides the village was only a short walk, which we did often. The Ski locker was also a great feature. It made getting on the mountain simple and was spacious enough to store four sets of skis and boots. The Unit itself was very clean and comfortable. There is parking underneath as well, which is critical if you rent a car. I only used my car to go grocery shopping in West Vail. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked with spices and teas, I assume left by previous guest, as did we. I highly recommend this Unit.

Great place, Very comfortable with everything we needed and within walking distance to everything!

We enjoyed every minute. Three condo has everything you need and is conveniently located near town and gondola no 1. I would go back there anytime.

Perfect vacation home for our winter adventure!

This home was the perfect living situation for our family's winter getaway. It is fully stocked with what you'd expect to find in your own home. Tastefully decorated and the location is so convenient to get to both Vail and Lionshead Village (by walking or bus). The ski locker was the cherry on top of the cake. Being able to store your belongings before and after a day on the slopes without having to drag them back to the house was amazing! We will definitely be back and will be staying at Scorpio404 again. Debora worked with us for an early check in as well. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Great Time

This is a great location that allows easy access to both Vail Village and Lions Head. We loved having the ski lockers as the base of Gondola 1. We had a great time a would recommend to others.
