The finca

Ullastre is a holiday home, divided on two floors, in traditional style. The construction deliberately included Mallorcan elements. The front is clad in a natural stone wall and in the interior visitors can expect spacious, high-ceilinged rooms with rustic ceiling beams and large outdoor terraces with beautiful panoramic views. On the ground floor there is an open living and dining area. Glass doors open to the patio and pool area. From the well-equipped kitchen with a small table you have access to another terrace where the barbeque area with brick built outdoor grill is located. From the kitchen you get to a small utility room with washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and another with double bed and access to a terrace with panoramic views. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor is also a separate toilet. On the upper floor is also a bedroom with two single beds and another with double bed, but these rooms have access to individual, large terraces with fantastic views. The two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with bathtub.

Outside

The generously sized outdoor area offers sunny areas, as well as covered terraces, a front garden with lawns, some palm trees and carob trees, and a large sun terrace. The covered terrace to the pool area offers a table with chairs. Perfect for outdoor dining. With the masonry barbecue, which can be reached from this terrace, as well as from the kitchen, a delicious dinner in no time succeeded. With the offered beautiful view of the idyllic landscape to the hilly hinterland you can relax and unwind wonderfully. The large pool with brick entrance steps (10m x 5m. - depth., 1m min., Max 2 m.) Is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers. Perfect to enjoy the long summer days. The closed property offers parking for several vehicles.

This beautiful house with beautiful panoramic view is located in the countryside in only 1,9km distance to the small coastal village of Porto Petro and beliebeten offering excellent restaurants, cafes and a small number of shops. In just 5 minutes drive you can reach the nature reserve of Cala Mondrago with its fine sandy beaches. In different ways, the park can be explored and with a little luck you will encounter one of the few remaining wild tortoises. The resort of Cala d'Or is located about 4km away and comes up with several bays with fine sandy beaches, an endless number of restaurants, as well as the exclusive marina on. In Cala d'Or, it is possible to practice water sports or to book a boat trip to explore the beautiful coastline of the southeast of Mallorca. At a distance of about 10 minutes drive direction Porto Colom of the famous golf course Vall d'Or is to be found. Here also enjoy "non-playing" with a small snack on the terrace of the associated restaurants, the tranquility and the opportunities offered beautiful views.

ECOTASA // Touristensteuer
Die Balearenregierung hat eine Steuer mit der Bezeichnung "Steuer für touristische Aufenthalte" eingeführt (besser bekannt als die "Ökosteuer), die ab dem 01.07.2016 in Kraft getreten ist. Es betrifft alle Personen ab 16 Jahren. Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren zahlen keine Ökosteuer.
