Our exclusive 3 room apartment with about 75 square meters is located in a very spacious and quiet private complex on the ground floor with a beautiful Mediterranean garden and is fully equipped high quality and taste.

This includes a complete kitchen equipment with ceramic hob, baking oven and dishwasher, large fridge, designer stereo with iPod docking, flat screen TV with satellite and international channels and DVD player, safe, high-quality balcony furniture and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a washing machine.

WiFi is free of charge available for you in the apartment.

Children are welcome and able to move safely in the plant.

On the 11th 000 sqm of land located only 3 buildings with 12 residential units.

The complex features a large salt water swimming pool (no Clor) with children's area (not guarded), a large sun terrace with sun loungers, a pool house with BBQ (available free of charge upon availability), tables and chairs.

From the complex is only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful bay of Santa Ponsa and the large fine sand beach.

The center of Santa Ponsa has all the shopping, Restaurantes of all classes and categories, bars, cafes and discos.

The golf course Santa Ponsa I (one of about 10 golf courses within a radius of about 30 km) is located in the immediate vicinity.

In the lively and beautiful city of Palma de Mallorca is only about 15 minutes by car (there is also a bus connection) and to the airport about 20 minutes.

Palma as a pearl of the Mediterranean with its senationellen old town, its small winding streets, is always worth a visit, all designers and brands have settled here and invite you to shop.

Decay is allowed such a day in one of the famous tapas bars.

Santa Ponca stands in the southwest of the island of Mallorca with its excellent infrastructure and its glamorous location. The precious and In ports of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano are located in the immediate vicinity, the also well-known port of Puerto Andratx is about 15 minutes away.

The stunning Tramuntana mountains with its romantic mountain villages is easily accessible and offers itself as a day trip.

Gourmets will be delighted by the numerous Restaurantes, the fish restaurant to the typical Mallorcan cuisine in the hinterland, in the area.

Magnifique!

Nous avons passe de superbes vacances dans un cadre magnifique. L'appartement est très moderne et très bien équipe. De plus, tout est accessible à pied, la plage comme le centre et les commerces. La piscine et le parc sont entretenus tous les jours et le cadre est très calme. Bref, un séjour que nous renouvellerons certainement et une location que nous recommandons vivement car absolument aucun défaut. Merci aux propriétaires Daniela et Matthias Reimann.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage!

Wir (2 Erw., 1 Kind(4J)) haben hier 14 erholsame Tage verbracht! Grundsätzliche Kritik können wir nicht äußern! Bei über 1600 € für 14 Tage nur Wohnen kann aber das ein oder andere Detail ruhig erwähnt werden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig! Das kann man jetzt werten wie man will. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr auf Ruhe bedacht (gefühlt). Das ist auf der einen Seite sehr schön, bewirkte aber, daß wir unseren Sohn in Lautstärke und Bewegungsdrang immer zügeln wollten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr umfangreich! Die Küche im speziellen ist dagegen qualitativ als auch quantitativ sehr zurückhaltend bestückt. Für viel mehr als "Miracoli" reicht es da nicht. Den zufriedenen Hobbykoch kann ich nicht sehen (siehe andere Bewertung). Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und korrekt. Wer auf Ruhe bedacht ist und nicht allzu viel kochen will, dem ist die Wohnung durchaus zu empfehlen.

Ruhiger Urlaub in kleiner privater Anlage

wir haben im Juni 2013 hier einige Tage verbracht mit unsrem kleinen Sohn, 3.

besonders gut hat uns die Ausstattung gefallen, alles ist da, die Küche prima auch für Hobby Köche.

Besondre Erwähnung gilt der Terrasse, die Ausbruchsicher war selbstfür unseren Wirbelwind. zum Pool nur paar Meter, der Kinderbereich dort prima.

alles inallem gediegen undfür Urlauber optimal die Ruhe suchen und kein halligalli
