About the property

Built in 1908, the railway station is located between Rostock, Warnemünde and Stralsund, on the southern edge of the Rostock heath, the remaining part of a virgin forest that once extended from the Netherlands to Pomerania. The long sandy beaches of Markgrafenheide and Graal-Müritz can be reached in 10 minutes by car or in 30 minutes by bike. A wide network of cycle paths crosses the entire area, past moors, small lakes, streams and reed areas.

Our apartment II occupies the entire 2. First floor of the old railway station.

It is over 45m² and is suitable for 3 persons.

They sleep in a two by two meter double bed, which is located in a niche and in a spacious sleeping chair with a 0,90 x 2,00 m lying surface.

The living room has a cozy couch, a fireplace, an LCD TV and a DVD player with a home cinema system.

The fully equipped kitchen in a large dining room has a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine and v.m. At a bar you can comfortably eat your food.

Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom with large window, spacious shower and a small hallway.

There is a children's bed and a children's high chair.

Roof Rooms:

The guests of our apartment II can also rent the 7 m² large roof room. It is located one floor above the apartment, has its own entrance and offers another person a sleeping possibility.

In the courtyard and in the garden you will find a table tennis table, wood for your fireplace, seating and a barbecue.

To the apartment belong two 28er bicycles and if you want, you can get a children's bike.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartment and that it is a non-smoking apartment.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

Schönes, ruhiges Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat problemlos geklappt, so dass die Anreise reibungslos verlief. Auch die Fahrräder, die zur Wohnung gehörten brachten uns in 30min zu wunderschönen wilden Ostseestränden.

Also alles top und gerne wieder.

Not far from the Baltic Sea, on the southern edge of the Rostock Heath, in the midst of rustic forests, near lakes and swamps, on cycling and hiking trails, between Rövershagen and Gelbensande is the old train station of the disused station Schwarzenpfost.

10 minutes drive away are the wide beaches of Markgrafenheide and Graal Müritz.
