This lovely 80-sq.m property is located in a villa at the edges of the town of Salo. Guests to provide their own food. This holiday rental is ideal for families with children or dogs thanks to the enclosed beachside garden. Even during poor weather, you won't have to miss out on the wonderful view of the beach, lake, or the nearby city centre: you can enjoy the outdoors with a covered veranda with a large table and 6 comfortable chairs. You can also enjoy the view while relaxing on one of the comfortable reclining chairs. After going shopping in the nearby supermarket, you can prepare your own delicious meals in the fully-equipped fitted kitchen or on the patio grill. Otherwise, you can also enjoy an authentic Italian menu in one of the nearby restaurants. When you book for a 6-person group, 4 people can sleep in the two bedrooms with double beds, while the other two can enjoy the comfortable living room furniture, which provides sleeping space for two. There is also a pull-out bed in the larger of the two bedrooms. After a long day at the beach, you can refresh in the lovely marble bathtub. If you're looking for a refreshment during the day, the beachside bar is just 50 minutes away and boasts reasonable prices without having to move too far afield. This holiday rental has something for everyone.

Why Binder Walter chose Salò

My father settled down in Salo in 1964. That's why I also started to take my vacations there, which is how I got to know the area and learned to appreciate it. Salo is, and has always been, a traditional small Italian city, embedded in a lovely environment. The food and the language are just like being in Sicily or elsewhere in the heart of Italy. I can cut myself out of the daily goings-on back home, as things here are nothing like back there.

Though the house enjoys a natural surrounding at the edge of the lake, you'll have the advantage of ideal infrastructure at your doorstep. That also means that you'll be able to leave your car parked during your entire vacation. You'll see the sun rise over the lake in the morning and watch the reflections of the nearby city lights in the water. Wonderful location

This first level condo is very nice and the views of the lake and mountains are lovely. We had some minor problems, e.g. figuring out how to adjust the heat in the apt, and locating some of the items we needed/expected. The owner was very all our concerns and problems were quickly resolved. We were surprised that we needed to bring our own towels as we have never done that before on our many travels to Europe.

Walking into town along the lake was delightful. We were very pleased with our stay and happy we chose this apt. in Salo.

Super Lage

Super Lage und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schöne Terasse mit Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Morgens laut neben der Straße. Sauberkeit war Ok.

Keine Handtücher vorhanden. Betten alt und nicht gereinigt.

Owner's Response: Eine Straße ist immer laut. Das trifft aber auf uns nicht zu. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der, der Straße abgewandten Seite (Seeseite). Dass keine Handtücher beigestellt werden ist in der Beschreibung vorgemerkt. Das Bett ist ca 4 Jahre alt und eine Spezialbett. Durch seine Konstuktion passt es sich optimal den Körperformen an. Siehe auch Bewertung weiter unten. Selbstverständlich werden die Betten immer gründlich gereinigt. Die Bezeichnung nicht gereinigt müsste gekretisiert werden.

Tolle Lage direkt am See....schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit PKW-Stellplatz innerhalb des umzäunten Grundstücks..

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir das Objekt bereits wieder gebucht haben.

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern und/oder Hund

Am unteren Ortsende von Salo. Spaziergang zur Ortsmitte über die Fussgänger-Promenade ca. 20 Minuten. Durch die Überdachung kann man auch bei Regen draußen essen. Da sich das Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite befindet, ist es sehr ruhig. Das Kinderzimmer befindet sich seitlich; dort könnte es etwas lauter sein. Der Kieselstrand befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus. Grundsätzlich ist es nicht einfach, einen Hundestrand zu finden. Aber hier muss man nur auf die Promenade und nach rechts gehen; nach ca. 300 Meter ist ein abgesperrter Hundestrand. Man erhält eine Fernbedienung für das Hoftor, sodass das Fahrzeug geschützt steht. Der Vermieter hat im 1. OG eine Wohnung, die er aber nur ab und zu benutzt. Wir haben ihn getroffen, Herr Binder ist sehr nett und freundlich. Er benutzt bei Anwesenheit den Garten nicht, sodass man diesen tatsächlich alleine hat. Im Haus ist alles notwendige vorhanden.

Supermärkte sind in der Nähe.

Der CARREFOUR MARKET, Via Eugenio Montale, 5, 25870 Salò BS, ist mit dem Pkw in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen; dieser hat 24 Stunden geöffner, auch an Samstagen und Sonntagen. Man braucht also nicht Unmengen Verpflegung mitbringen. Die Preise sind mit Deutschland vergleichbar.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Sehr tolle Lage und total entspannend war es bei Ihnen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Tolle Gegend alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch außerhalb mit vielen Outlets. Mit Hund war es wirklich stressfrei. Um die Ecke ist ein Hundestrand. Aber auch nach einer kurzen Strecke gibt es tolle Wanderwege. Das Haus steht direkt am See wo man sehr schön am Ufer entlang in die Stadt laufen kann. Abends ist alles schön beleuchtet. Den Garten mit der ganzen Terrasse hatten wir (2 Kinder ein großer Hund und 2 erwachsene) für uns alleine.

The former capital of the province of Venice (until 1798) still possesses the flair of a traditional small Italian city, where you can feel the nonchalance and the Italian joie de vivre at every turn. The beautiful and historic city centre boasts a 15th-century cathedral. The stylish 3-km-long promenade offers a variety of small businesses and good pubs, while the city centre can be reached via the promenade that passes right in front of the holiday home.
