Welcome to our LBI ocean front home. The dune path is next to the house. Dolphins and whale watching from the deck. There are seashells and crab shells and other sea treasures to find on our sandy beach. This bright and airy reverse living home has 2,070 square feet of inside living space, an open upper and a covered lower deck. The first floor Den and King Bedroom have sliders to the lower deck. Also on the first floor are two good sized twin bedrooms, a full bath and a washer and dryer. The top floor has cathedral ceilings. Great Room holds the Living, Dining & Kitchen areas and a powder room. Just off it is the King Master Bedroom/Bath Suite. The house is cooled by ocean breezes, backed up by a central air system. All the rooms have ceiling fans and multiple windows. This guest house is one of two which we own on the property. They are attached by the upper deck which has a 6 foot fence dividing it. Awesome views, lots of space
We spent a week at this house and have to say the accommodations were great. We were 2 families and there was plenty of room. The view was great of the beach and the ocean. Would recommend property to a friend.
Our family has been enjoying this wonderful beach HOME for a decade now. We have stayed on both the North and South sides, and sometimes we’ve been joined by other family members or friends and rented both. By opening the gate on the upstairs porch, the two houses turn into one big one. The North side provides an overlook to the street and driveway entrance. This side is great for kids, as they can enjoy playing in the parking spaces along side the house, or on the dead end street for an after dinner kickball or wiffle ball game, while parents can watch from the deck above. The South side has beautiful breezes, that allows us to turn off the air and sleep with the windows open and listen to the ocean waves crashing. This house has everything you would find in the comfort of your own home. Our family likes to cook almost all of our meals at the beach (with the exception of pizza night), and there is never a utensil or pot or pan that I can’t find. Love the addition of the Keurig machine this past summer! Love love LOVE the beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards that are provided by the owners. What a great touch! The owners are very accomodating. If there’s ever a problem, or something broken, they will go out of their way to fix or replace an item immediately. My children love this house, as do we. Looking forward to another decade of memories!
