About the property

Spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, situated in the forest

In a quiet location, completely immersed in the beautiful Sauerland forest, is good Linschede.

The former fortified manor house was located in the valley of Hespe, surrounded by wide swamp ditches and hawthorn hedges. 1808 was sacked by by withdrawing French soldiers and never rebuilt. A little higher on the mountain side, an elongated Bruchsteinputzbau was later built and provided with two small towers.

The prominent feature of good Linschede is its absolutely quiet location! Enjoy the clear mountain air and the starry nights, hiking or biking relaxed right from the farm into the woods and watch birds and wildlife at close range.

The apartment itself is located in the main house and is designed to be very generous. It extends over two floors.

The two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, bath and toilet are located on the first floor, kitchen, breakfast room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the large living room are on the second floor. An extra storage space for luggage, sports and golf equipment or similar .. completes the offer. Washer and dryer are in a laundry room at the end of the Deele ground floor available for shared use.

The bedrooms are very comfortable and stylishly decorated with antique furniture. The living room enjoys a size, airy space and brightness. There, a stove provides in the cold season for a homely atmosphere. Here you can comfortably retreat for reading, playing or watching television. Just like old times, the dining area via a 'pass-through' directly connected with the kitchen. You can make all around comfortable it is so.

Viel Platz, schöne Einrichtung, viele Angebote in der Umgebung, sehr nette Vermieter

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5
