Location, location, location! This large penthouse is in the Heart of Waikiki, right in the beautiful new Beachwalk dining area. Only 75 yards from the sparkling sands of world-famous Waikiki Beach, incredible views await your pleasure from our two large lanais (balconies). Enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise from one lanai, and sip on a cocktail watching the stunning sunsets from the other!
Our guests are the only ones on the 28th floor and there's only a one bedroom penthouse on the floor below, so all the other guests are two floors down. No listening to late night conversations from your neighbors!
This 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom condo is only one building back from the beach - you simply walk past the Halekulani or the Outrigger Reef, and your feet are in the sand within a few minutes.
Our building is surrounded by high end hotels such as the Halekulani , Trump Tower, Sheraton Waikiki, and Outrigger Reef.

Better value for money than staying in a hotel room, you can prepare your meals in the full sized kitchen when you’re not dining in one of the many great restaurants that are within a short stroll. An ABC convenience store and a casual restaurant are located on the bottom floor of the building.
There are flat screen TVs with cable in both bedrooms, and the 2nd bedroom can be set up to have 2 twin beds or one king bed, depending on your preference.
We offer our guests FREE PARKING in our self-parking space. We also offer FREE Wi-Fi, as an added bonus.
Guests are free to enjoy the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, plus the use of the Owners Lounge on the 26th floor. Relax and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views from the Lounge, shoot some pool there, or have use of the computers.
Additional amenities include 24 hour check-in, bell service, valet parking, and an activity desk. No smoking, thanks.
Our penthouse is a privately owned condo located within the Imperial of Waikiki. Please note that one flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the penthouse, so those with mobility issues may prefer to stay in another property.
Our nightly rate from Dec 16th - Jan 3rd is $399.

We are an Australian family who have fallen in love with Hawaii. We have travelled the world extensively, but keep being pulled back to beautiful Hawaii!
After staying at the Imperial as guests in one of the private condos, we were so impressed with the whole process and how we were welcomed by the staff, that we decided to buy our own little spot in Paradise.
What's not to love about the location of our place?! In a matter of minutes, you can have your toes in the sand on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, or you can be sipping a Mai Tai at one of many great restaurants Oh, and let's not forget the Cheesecake Factory - our favorite! World-class shopping is a couple of blocks away, as well as easy access to just about everything else!

The location of this penthouse was perfect and we could go to famous places easily.
We could buy necessary things at ABC store located on the first floor of The Imperial, it was very convenient!
The view from owner's lounge was terrific! Must check it out.

The condo was in the most awesome location! In the middle of Waikiki and we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The Imperial staff were really nice and friendly, but most importantly the host Suzie was incredibly nice and responsive. Everyone should use the owner's lounge - we only discovered it during our last day there. The views are mind blowing. We would definitely come back!
The condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you need. Suzie was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The Imperial staff were friendly and helpful. I was there with my adult children and my grandson and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Suzie made the entire rental process so easy! We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful location, spacious apartment and parking spot! Suzie was a gracious host -- provided excellent communication, as well as Honolulu tips. Very professional. The friendly and helpful staff at the Imperial was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend to friends.
Suzie was beyond nice! My favorite thing about renting this condo was really how nice she was. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus super responsive despite the time difference. Her place was great with lovely views and it was located in the middle of Waikiki. The location really could not get any better. Definitely check out the owner's lounge because the views are incredible there and we only discovered it on our last day! The staff was nice enough to allow us to hang out there after we checked out.
From the moment we realised exactly where Lewers St actually was this was a perfect stay! The apartment was exactly what we needed for our group of 5 with the 2 bedrooms and the lounge. We had everything we needed for a beach holiday and didn't need the car space as we could walk everywhere!! We will be back - and I hope soon!
