Location, location, location! This large penthouse is in the Heart of Waikiki, right in the beautiful new Beachwalk dining area. Only 75 yards from the sparkling sands of world-famous Waikiki Beach, incredible views await your pleasure from our two large lanais (balconies). Enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise from one lanai, and sip on a cocktail watching the stunning sunsets from the other!

Our guests are the only ones on the 28th floor and there's only a one bedroom penthouse on the floor below, so all the other guests are two floors down. No listening to late night conversations from your neighbors!

This 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom condo is only one building back from the beach - you simply walk past the Halekulani or the Outrigger Reef, and your feet are in the sand within a few minutes.

Our building is surrounded by high end hotels such as the Halekulani , Trump Tower, Sheraton Waikiki, and Outrigger Reef.

The photos above are current and show the excellent condition of the penthouse. The main photo you see with the rainbow in it was taken from my camera and has not been photoshopped. What you see is what you get!

Better value for money than staying in a hotel room, you can prepare your meals in the full sized kitchen when you’re not dining in one of the many great restaurants that are within a short stroll. An ABC convenience store and a casual restaurant are located on the bottom floor of the building.

There are flat screen TVs with cable in both bedrooms, and the 2nd bedroom can be set up to have 2 twin beds or one king bed, depending on your preference.

We offer our guests FREE PARKING in our self-parking space. We also offer FREE Wi-Fi, as an added bonus.

Guests are free to enjoy the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, plus the use of the Owners Lounge on the 26th floor. Relax and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views from the Lounge, shoot some pool there, or have use of the computers.

Additional amenities include 24 hour check-in, bell service, valet parking, and an activity desk. No smoking, thanks.

Our penthouse is a privately owned condo located within the Imperial of Waikiki. Please note that one flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the penthouse, so those with mobility issues may prefer to stay in another property.

Our nightly rate from Dec 16th - Jan 3rd is $399.

After staying at the Imperial as guests in one of the private condos, we were so impressed with the whole process and how we were welcomed by the staff, that we decided to buy our own little spot in Paradise.

What's not to love about the location of our place?! In a matter of minutes, you can have your toes in the sand on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, or you can be sipping a Mai Tai at one of many great restaurants Oh, and let's not forget the Cheesecake Factory - our favorite! World-class shopping is a couple of blocks away, as well as easy access to just about everything else!

Lovely penthouse. We were six adults for our recent stay which was a bit tight. Better suited for 4 adults. Top position although you do have to walk up a set of stairs to reach the condo on the 28th floor. Has everything you need to stay comfortably and would recommend it for a stay. Overall fantastic with great views and access to an owners unit a floor below which is huge with sensational views. Recommend? Yes!😄

Nice penthouse.

Entering the unit can be a bit tricky but once you do it, you'll get it. Hotel staff was nice and they have valet service.

The penthouse house unit a top the Imperial Hotel was faultless. The views from the two balconies were stunning and a beautiful way to start and end the day. The unit was modern and equiped for the home away from home experience. Within walking distance to the beaches and surrounded by all the restaurants the position in Waikiki was fab. Can highly recommend staying here.

Great location, well maintained condo

This penthouse condo on the 28th floor was very well maintained, and had some amazing views from multiple lanais.

It is well equipped with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc. available. The A/C was much appreciated at times. The beds were very comfortable.

The included parking has an assigned space very close to the lobby- this was very valuable. Even though we were in the middle of Waikiki, with no shortage of restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance, a car is still helpful to visit surrounding sites. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

To access the unit, one has to climb a set of stairs. Not a problem for us, but it could be for those with mobility issues.

Easy check-in and check-out. The owners left some very good tips and information in the unit.

We recommend this rental, and only regret not having more time in Oahu to enjoy the facilities, which includes an owner's lounge.
