This captivating vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The 1,720sqft home has a large, private, heated pool and a screened in lanai that is perfect for entertaining family and friends!

Situated directly adjacent to Joe Stonis Park, you will have no shortage of outdoor activities during your stay - including running & biking tracks, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and many more. Meanwhile, Matlacha, Pine Island, and the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva are all just a short drive away.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, local phone calls, DVD player, and large flat screen TV’s in two bedrooms and living area with included cable package for all your entertainment needs.

Guest, will be given a $5 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out and our management team will be contacting you for additional payment for all electricity usage in excess of the $5 nightly allowance . Clean and comfortable

We spent a month at this home. It was easy to feel comfortable in the home, which was also clean upon arrival. The house is adjacent to a city park with pickleball courts and a nice paved walking path. The pots/pans and flatware were better than most rentals I've been at. I agree with a previous reviewer who said the sirens at the park should be explained, especially since they are safety sirens. Property manager was generally responsive. There are no things like window cleaner or all purpose cleaner on hand, and dish and hand soap is limited. Which is fine because those aren't listed as provided items, just pay attention to the "what is provided" list and take it literally. Overall we were happy with the stay, and would stay again.

Exceeded expectations across the board!

Had a fantastic stay when I came down later spring in search of long term residence. The home was a great location for day jumps from Port Charlotte down to Naples. Easy access to shopping and some cool locally owned restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate with, as well. In fact, I’m sorry it took me so long to leave a review! Was moving quickly and got busy, but wanted to spread the good word about this home! Thanks again!

Super Stay!

The home was very cute and very clean. We were there for 9 nights and felt they had provided well for dish soap, toilet paper, etc. The pool is awesome! There is a park across the street. Grocery is close by. Management was quick to respond. The only suggestion I have would be to have some decent floats for the pool.

Perfect location. Beautiful home. Grocery store and restaurants near by. The house has everything you would need. The pool was fantastic. The park across the street was really nice. The neighborhood was great.
