This top floor condo is spacious with open beam ceilings and an ocean view. It is located in the center of Kailua Kona. You can walk to the pier, to restaurants, shopping, even the bank and the grocery store are nearby. The condo has two bedrooms with California King beds, and two full bathrooms. There is also a new single pull out bed in the living room. You can cook your meals in the full kitchen, and eat on the sunny lanai looking at the ocean. Wifi is included as well as an in unit washer and dryer.

This unit is tucked back off the main street, so it is also quiet. Save the money and the hassle on the rental car and parking, and stay in this convenient location.

Much more comfortable than a hotel, and a much better bargain as well. Free parking. This condo complex is mostly occupied by long term renters and owners with a few vacation rentals. It is a desirable location for all who want to be in Kona.

Enjoyed our Kona stay

Spent a month at Erika’s condo, and enjoyed the central location to explore the island. The unit is well equipped and Erika was readily available to sort out any questions we had. It is easy to walk to great restaurants and shopping on Alii drive. A car is essential for to see all the hidden gems around the island. Would recommend this condo. Thanks To Erika.

Very happy with this centrally located condo

Very happy with the condo. Very clean and well equipped and very quiet. we used the condo as a launching point to tour the Island and visit one of the many Kona Coffee plantations.

The condo is on the third floor, if stairs are a problem for you keep this in mind. Being on the third floor does have it's benefits, you have a small view of the ocean and your above any noise that might be generated by the driveway and it's far enough off the road so you won't hear passing cars. The master bedroom and main living area have a wall A/C units which will keep the temps down if it gets hot. If there's a breeze just open all the windows and enjoy the Hawaiian air.

Your pretty much walking distance to any entertainment you might want in Kona. The Kona brewery is two blocks away with great pizza, shopping just down the hill and restaurants all around. Target, Walmart and grocery stores all within a couple of miles.

The unit was equipped with some beach items such as umbrella's, beach mats, body surf boards and a small ice chest which we enjoyed the use of. Oh and there's shopping bags in the hallway which you will need if shopping on the Big Island, bags are not supplied at the stores.

If your interested in seeing the Lava flow into the ocean, plan on a 4 mile hike, have appropriate water and food supplies and flash lights because you will want to be there after dark.

Erica was very responsive with my request to stay and returned my cleaning deposit very timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Erica I'm sure we will be back, there's a lot of the island we would like to see.

Three and a half would be my rating for the condo. The best thing about this condo was location!

Having two master suites with ensuites was a real plus! The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious with loads of closet space. However the overall condo and pool area are a bit dated and tired. Being on the third floor and further up the hill, we appreciated the coolness and breezes in the evening. The condo was within walking distance of Alli Drive where all the action and restaurants are located.

Erika was a wonderful, generous hostess and was a phone call away for any of our concerns. We very much enjoyed our stay in Erika's condo!

Clean, right in town

The condo was exactly as described and very close (walkable) to everything in Kona. Clean, well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was nice and never crowded, and the other neighbors were friendly.

However (and this has zero to do with the way the owners run their rental, but a drawback nonetheless) the street noise from motorcycles was almost unbearable. I'd recommend earplugs if you are staying anywhere right in the main drag of Kona.
