This top floor condo is spacious with open beam ceilings and an ocean view. It is located in the center of Kailua Kona. You can walk to the pier, to restaurants, shopping, even the bank and the grocery store are nearby. The condo has two bedrooms with California King beds, and two full bathrooms. There is also a full size futon in the living room. You can cook your meals in the full kitchen, and eat on the sunny lanai looking at the ocean. Wifi is included as well as an in unit washer and dryer.

This unit is tucked back off the main street, so it is also quiet. Save the money and the hassle on the rental car and parking, and stay in this convenient location.

Kailua Bay Resort is in the ideal location. It's quiet, yet at the same time it is centrally located so you don't need a car, all the activities are just steps away. If you want to go out and have cocktails, you don't have to worry about driving, just walk home. The pier and the beach are a short walk, as well as the grocery store and even the post office is right there.

Erika was extremely efficient & helpful throughout our booking process & we had no issues or problems accessing our Condo once we arrived in Kona.

The Condo was very close to the ironman event headquarters and race proximity, as a competing athlete this made my pre-race week stress-free.

We had 3 adults stay at the condo and facilities and room was plenty.

Kitchen was great to prepare meals, all linen was fresh, The pool in the complex was handy for cooling off.

The location of the condo was close to shops, restaurants & supermarket for supplies.

The sofa in the living room isn't new & wasn't very comfortable this was our only negative.

Comfortable condo for two, including teenager

Location: We've stayed in this complex before as its the perfect location to beach, to shops and restaurants on Ali"i drive, to the Safeway and Walmart. We are big scuba divers so its a quick drive (10 minutes) to the Honokohau Marina and Small Boat Harbor for those 6/7am check-ins.

Condo: As I have a teenager, I really appreciated the loft as it gave said teenager (and me) some much needed space. The loft has a bed and bathroom and is decked out in a funky style. Compared to other condos in the complex, this would be my preferred just for that loft as its a perfect fit for my family. I also really liked the the cathedral ceilings as it makes it feel more spacious. It was nice and quiet, no issues with sounds from next door neighbors and it is on the top floor.

Great location and amenities

The condo was well stocked with beach supplies which we really appreciated. Everything was clean and we were happy to have a washer/dryer to use for our swimsuits and beach towels. Would stay there again.

Good location if you don't want to drive

Erika's condo is good place to stay. It comes well equipped with a very good bed. The area is quiet and well located within walking distance of Alii street that goes along the coastline where there are some good restaurants and shops. A grocery store is just up the hill from the condo.

This would be good for two couples as there is a loft with its own full bathroom upstairs.

The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator so if you find stairs a problem it is not the best. Also the condo is up a fair hill from Kuakini Hwy.

Great Place Convenient Location

It was a pleasure dealing with Erika. She was responsive and informative even before we arrived on the Big Island. The place was clean and had everything we needed. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was the perfect size for our family of four.

The condo is conveniently located right in the heart of Kona. We were able to take day trips to Mauna Kea, Volcano National Park, Hilo and the beaches.

Check out was smooth and Erika processed the refund for the deposit quickly.

This roomy condo is located in the heart of Kailua Kona. A two minute walk to the Ironman finish line, you can't stay in a more convenient location. Save money and forget about the rental car. Located on Kuakini Hwy, one street up from Alii drive, so it is nice and quiet yet in the center of Kailua Kona. Walk to the pier, restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach, the ocean, even the grocery store, post office and bank are within minutes.

Much more comfortable than a hotel, and a much better bargain as well. Free parking. This condo complex is mostly occupied by long term renters and owners with a few vacation rentals. It is a desirable location for all who want to be in Kona.
