Now, you can enjoy this luxurious home on Marco Island which offers the best in both privacy and location. Enjoy the magnificent long, wide water views from many locations, the dining room, the kitchen, the family room, the patio and especially outside in your own private swimming pool. The electric heated pool can be accessed through two sliding patio doors. Both the pool and screened lanai have a south eastern exposure allowing you to take full advantage of the outdoor living from the warm Florida sun.

Just steps from the pool you can catch fish right off your own private boat dock! With its access to the Gulf of Mexico, you can be enjoying the clear beautiful waters of the Gulf in minutes!! or boat on over to a great restaurant and have dinner. All this can be done right from your own back yard!

On the inside, the house has recently been updated with beautiful tile flooring throughout the house and carpet in the bedrooms. A new oven, cook top, microwave, Refrigerator, washer and dryer have also been added. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and family room for those warm Florida nights. A separate living room, family room, and kitchen gives the family more than enough places to congregate.

Marco Island is six miles long and four miles wide. You'll never have to leave the Island, however, there is so much to see near and around Marco. Marco is the largest of the 'Ten Thousand Islands.' You will find that Marco Island is its own self-sufficient entity. With 18-hole golf courses in and around the Island, as well as over 50 locally owned and operated restaurants. All with the great food you can imagine. Activities offered range from paddle boats, jet skiing, power and sail boats, charters, parasailing, biking, and shopping.

You can watch Eagles fly, Dolphins play, or just enjoy spectacular sunsets along miles of white sand beaches. All this and more will surround you on, Marco Island's Tropical Paradise.

Hi quality rental with Florida Lanai

The property was exactly as described. It is a large bungalow with a full Lanai including a pool and bbq. It is in a residential neighborhood. Payment and communication with the owner was easy. There was plenty of room for two couples. We rented a car so we had a variety of quality restaurants to choose from. Without a car, there are several restaurants on the beach strip that were within walking distance. There is a wagon and beach chairs in the garage and we made the 8 minute walk to the expansive Marco beach each day. The house is located directly on a canal, so sitting out in the evening was a pleasure. We saw dolphins from the dock. It is an easy drive to visit Naples or Everglades city for a day trip. Linens and bedding were of good quality. Although it is only a few blocks from the beach, it was extremely quiet. We hope to return. ( If our Canadian Loonie can hold its own)

Quick Summer Vacation

We have been traveling to Marco Island for over 12 years. This was our first time renting a home on the Island. We thoroughly enjoyed having the extra space, the pool, and the dock. The home is in a perfect location as the beach is a 2 block walk, no need to drive. The property was clean and well maintained. My children loved fishing off the back dock as there were plenty of fish to catch. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evening under the lanai. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Two Weeks In March

This is the third time we have stayed at this home on Marco Island. The property continues to be well maintained. The house is spacious with three bedrooms and very comfortable, clean and welcoming. We loved grilling and dining in the lanai near poolside. The pool was our favorite place when not walking the beautiful Marco Island beach. The property is easily walkable to the public beach entrance, and to many nearby restaurants and shops. We drove to local grocery stores and fresh fish markets. This year we rented bicycles and rode through the many quiet neighborhoods. This property has become one of our favorite vacation spots.

Christmas Getaway

This home was far more than I expected. Very, very nice. The pool was fabulous, the view of the canal wonderful, and a 2 block walk to the beach - unbeatable! The property was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Great neighborhood appeal. Super reasonable rate, too! Spending time at the house was vacation. I highly recommend this as your home-away-from home on Marco Island.

Terrific Home!

We recently stayed in this home on Marco Island. This was our fourth time visiting the area, and this was the best house we have stayed in. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is a very close walk to the beach access, which was very convenient for us. The heated pool was great and the kids enjoyed swimming at night. We did not eat one meal inside the house, but instead ate overlooking the water each day from the lanai. We were able to visit the Everglades twice and spent a day hiking in the state park as well. The check in was super easy using the key pad. This was great for us since we got in very late at night and did not want to have to drive to a rental agency to pick up the key. We are already looking forward to our next stay!
