Beautiful apartment with 1 bedroom, living area with sofa bed, kitchenette (dishwasher), large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and private garden.

The apartment is on the ground floor at the end of a row of houses and was completed in the fall of 2012. It is cozy and modern, the living area is approximately 60 sqm. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people and families. The spacious bedroom (22 m²) has a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request. The spacious living area is designed as an "open floor plan" and has a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and cooker hood.

The garden in summer offers additional space to relax. Lush greenery provides adequate privacy and shade on hot days.

In the apartment there is WLAN, television and radio with docking station for your iPod.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sauber, schön gelegen mit kleinem Garten.

Vor allem bei Anreise mit dem Auto ist der Garagenstellplatz sehr praktisch, da Vauban eher für Fußgänger und Radfahrer angelegt wurde, was den Stadtteil auch sehr attraktiv macht.

Der Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, perfekt für Familien mit Kleinkind

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit dem schönen Garten und in dem Viertel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, so dass wir problemlos auf das Auto verzichten konnten und alles mit dem Fahrrad oder ÖPNV erreichen konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld (und auch während des Aufenthalts) verlief angenehm und reibungslos. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen (gerne auch länger)!

Indimenticabile!

La casa di Marlene è molto bella, ampia, accogliente e super accessoriata, ci si potrebbe restare anche un mese! Si affaccia su un giardino interno molto verde e suggestivo, con tavolino e sedie dove abbiamo colazione la mattina, bellissimo risveglio mattutino! Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e vicinissimo al centro storico di Friburgo. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente in un parcheggio interno privato che ci hanno gentilmente fornito i padroni di casa. Marlene e la sua famiglia sono persone molto simpatiche e ospitali, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie ancora per la vostra squisita ospitalità!

Neben einer guten Ausstattung mit angrenzendem Garten, einer idealen ruhigen Lage/Wohngegend, einer perfekten Verkehrsanbindung, einem wunderschönen Garagenstellplatz und netten, freundlichen und unaufgeregten Menschen bietet dieses Domizil alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Freiburg benötigt.

The apartment is located in the district of Vauban, a former barracks, now the heart of the so-called 'Green City' Freiburg. is located very close to the Solar Settlement and some more milestones pioneering architecture and urbanism.

The apartment is located in an impasse and is also very good approachable by car. This is parked in the immediate vicinity of the apartment in a private parking garage. The district is located between the center and recreation area. Hiking and cycling in the Black Forest or the Kaiserstuhl can be started directly from the apartment door. The opposite side is the proximity to downtown, perfect for walking and going out. The tram station is located just a minute's walk away and takes you almost directly within a few minutes to Münster market.

Rounding out the situation by its proximity to the border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland. Basel (60 km), Strasbourg (80km) and the Upper Alsace Colmar centers (40) and Mulhouse (50) are also accessible by public transport or by car.

In the area you will find all kinds of shops nearby. Every Wednesday afternoon there is a farmer's market with local produce.
