Enjoy complimentary snacks, coffee, and filtered water. Relax on the back patio and cook up an al fresco dinner on the charcoal grill or flock to one of our local favorite restaurants. You call the shots, it's your vacation :-) We love our town and we know you will too. Jacksonville and the beaches have great restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. We will not be able to issue refunds for weather related cancellations***. Pets are allowed with advanced notice. We charge $100/per pet fee. Failure to notify host will result in $500 cleaning fee.
