We proudly present our latest Caribbean Island, the Caribbean Island Dolphin View. This house is a premium vacation rental house which offers way more than regular vacation rental houses. We built it for customers who think the same way like us and wish to have a first class vacation rental home and desire and appreciate a superiour house and equipment. You get detailed information about our brand new vacation rental home in Cape Coral that you are able to get a comprehensive idea about this beautiful home.
The Caribbean Island Dolphin View is superlative family destination and offers a 5-zone A/C, i.e. each and every suite and also the living area can be individually be controlled.
The third vacation house of the Caribbean Island Class came out as a very special shining juwel - it will catch your eye due to the elegance, Caribbean flair and colors.
We would like to emphasize the very fancy and unique pool- and sundeck on a length of 82 ft 4“ and the pool and whirlpool of a total length of about 54 ft – a daydream in blue.
The outstanding location in the easy accessible and very popular community Gold Coast Estates is another big plus for the Caribbean Island Dolphin View. All houses in Gold Coast Estates are waterfront houses, which means a very well-kept neighborhood.
The pool and lanai of this beautiful house are facing Southwest on a very wide canal with a grand view above the long and curvy canal, named Keats canal and above intersecting canals. There is sun all day – you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets in Cape Coral.
Boaters who prefer short rides to the rive will be glad to learn that you reach the river in about 2 minutes and still are in a protected area to moor the boat.
No long rides through the canals any longer. The location has direct and sailboat access, i.e. there is neither any lock nor any bridge to pass. Due to the fact that the house is located close to the river there are often dolphins, stingrays, big tarpons as well as Manatees (in the winter months) in the canal close to the house. Our – by the way entirely very friendly neighbors - confirmed that as well.
We named the Caribbean Island Dolphin View due to the fact that from day 1 we found that lot several dolphins have been our spectators – they are often playing in our backyard and seem to prefer the area.
Our house design which we ourselves planned from scratch supported by a very experienced architect, came out very well. The house was based on very elaborate scheme. It is not too ornate or pretentious, but an exclusive upscale custom vacation home overwhelming ourselves and our customers due to the sophisticated pool with flat beach area and whirl pool design. We offer your superlative family vacation home!
We offer on the oversized premises of more than 12939 sq ft an outstanding vacation home of approx. 3069 sq ft under air featuring 4 suites all ground floor.
Suite Antigua and Suite Barbados are both similar in size, also regarding the adjacent master bathrooms. The Coca-Cola Suite offers a pool bath and Suite Route 66 is also en-suite von its own bathroom. 3 of the 4 suites are located with direct access to the pool area and each bedroom is equipped with king-size beds. Suite Route 66 offers 2 extra long XL twin beds, which we can convert for you to a king-size bed as well. Big flat-screen-TVs –60” Sony HDTV in the king-size suites and a 46” Samsung in Suite Route 66, are all connected via cable and have internet access. We can offer in addition inflatable queen-size beds for larger families/groups. The house was built with ICF blocks (ICF=INSULATING CONCRETE FORM), which gives greater comfort due to stable temperature throughout the home.
ICF walls reduce air infiltration by 75%: The effects of hay fever, asthma, and other airborne allergies can be greatly alleviated. The house is quieter.
ICF walls allow less than one-third as much sound to pass through than regular frame walls. A house built with ICF block is considered to be earthquake, tornado and hurricant resistant. A study of Texas Tech University proves that wall built with Insulating Concrete Forms withstand the damage and projectiles launched by tornado or hurricane strength winds.

What makes this House unique
A/C can be controlled indivdually in each room. Roomy outdoor area with disappearing edge pool and spa (can be heated electrically), south direction. Direct Gulf access, no lock. We are kids-friendly ! • In this vacation home you find the following features which you might like to know if you have kids: o Baby Barrier Fence to divide the pool from the lanai – this helps you avoiding that a child might get into the pool. There is still plenty of room on the lanai if the fence is on and you still have a nice view. o Children’s cutlery from BSF o unbreakable childrens plates and baby and children’s cups o Potty seat o Child proof electric outlets on the entire premises o Baby bed and booster can be rented from our property manager for a service fee of USD 25 for both of them for the entire stay o Kids games are in the game room / also for adults The house is allergy-friendly, a non-smoing house, tiles throughout. Wonderful!!! Beautiful waterfront home!
This home is even more lovely than the pictures show-it exceeded our expectations and want to return in the future-We spent the majority of our time in the pool/dock area-it was so relaxing and beautiful that we felt no need to venture out! The house comfortably housed our large group of adults and each couple had their own private bedroom/ bathroom. The kitchen had everything anyone could want or need-We took advantage of grocery delivery on our first day which was simple and quick-Every detail of our vacation was perfect! Heidi (home owner) was prompt to answer our booking request and the questions we had about the house prior to booking and Sigrid (property manager) was informative/helpful at the time of our check-in. If you are considering booking a rental in the Cape Coral area be sure to check out this beauty!
Sigrid was super nice. Lots of detailed amenities. Beautiful property and amazing pool and hot tub. Would have liked the electric allowance to be more than $25 as our bill to heat the pool/hotub was $186 and we did not run the a/c. However, overall we loved it!
If you want to have the most relaxing vacation - Dolphin View is your place! The house is absolutely beautiful and is fully stocked for any occasion. The owner has thought about everything!
The focal point of the house is the huge infinity pool and spa. We spent most of our time there.
It rained every day we were in Cape Coral, so we did not get to go to all the places we wanted to visit, but the pool made up for it.
My husband and the kids did a little fishing on the boat dock. They caught some fish - mostly catfish. They saw a few dolphins swimming around and even caught a coconut swimming in the canal. ;-)
The views and sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed watching them every night from the pool and the dock.
The property manager, Sigrid, was very welcoming and sweet. We had no issues during our stay, so we only saw her twice - when we first arrived and she gave us a complete tour of the house, and when we were leaving and had to pay for the power we'd used during our stay (make sure you have $50-$100 cash on you on the last day to pay for the power bill).
The owner, Heidi, is very responsive. Even though she lives on the other side of the world, she emailed me fast if I had any questions.
Overall, our vacation was very relaxing! We went to Bowman's beach for a day, but spent the rest of the week chilling by the house, swimming in the pool and enjoying the spa.

Beautiful pool and house. Saw a lot of dolphin activity.
The house was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed our week there and didn't want to leave. Grocery store, good restaurants, and fun shopping were all close by. The house manager was very nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Fantastic home with big pool
As a party of 7 we were going to need a big house. Pictures and description on the internet led us to this house and are 100% accurate. It is a very spacious and comfortable, clean house. The well maintained outdoor area with a very big pool was fantastic. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the shops. Upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the size and cleanliness of the home. On the kitchen counter was a bowl of fresh fruit and cool drinks were in the fridge. What a nice gesture. We already felt welcome.
The property manager Sigrid is very helpfull. She explained how all the appliances work and gave us hints on where to eat. Everything we needed for our stay was available and in good condition.
We rented a boat from the owner which was at the dock of the house when we arrived. I called the captain / instructor Charles and he arrived on the appointed date to instruct me how to use the boat. After having explained the basics of boating and how everything works, we went off for the practical part of the instruction. After he was sure I felt comfortable driving the boat, he had me do a couple of manoeuvres and showed me where to get fuel and gave me some good hints of where to go with the boat. If you take it easy and use common sense, boating is easy and really enjoyable. We had a wonderfull four days with the boat.
There are two interesting books in the home. one is a guest book and the other is an information book. Both are interesting to read!
The owner of the house was very helpfull in our planing. Everything went smoothly.
For a large group (max. 8) this is the home you will want! There is plenty of room for everybody in- and outside.
We definitely will be back.

Wir, 7 Erwachsene, haben ein großes Haus benötigt.
Übers Internet - aufgrund der Bilder und Beschreibung - haben wir dieses Haus gewählt. Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität zu 100%. Die Aufteilung im Haus ist sehr komfortabel und die großzügige gepflegte Außenanlage mit riesigem Pool war super. Das Haus steht in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel, nicht weit weg von Supermärkten und Restaurants.
Am Ankunftstag waren wir überwältigt von der Größe und Sauberkeit des gepflegten Anwesens. Auf der Küchentheke stand eine Schale mit frischem Obst und im Kühlschrank Getränke. Ein sehr schöner herzlicher “Willkommensgruß“!
Die Hauverwalterin vor Ort, Sigrid, war sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns erklärt, wie die technischen (Pool, TV, Soundsystem, WLAN, usw.) und wo man alles findet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt.
Da wir nah am River waren haben wir uns entschieden ein Boot über den Vermieter zu mieten. Für die Einweisung habe ich mich beim “Captain“ Charles gemeldet und er kam zum vereinbarten Termin zum Haus. Das Boot lag direkt im Lift am Haus. Charles erklärte mir die Grundbegriffe und Regeln zum sicheren Boot fahren. Danach ging es schon los, damit ich unter seiner Aufsicht praktische Erfahrung bekomme. Er gab mir viele Tipps und ausführliche Infos über Ausflugziele und wie und wo man tanken kann. Nachdem er überzeugt war, dass ich mich wohl fühlte und das Boot beherrschte, war meine theoretische und praktische Einweisung beendet. Falls nötig, wäre er für mich erreichbar gewesen. Wenn man ruhig und besonnen die Sache angeht, kann eigentlich nichts passieren. Und so war es auch. Die vier Tage mit dem Boot waren wunderbar. Vom Boot aus ist die Perspektive ganz anders als wenn man nur einen “Landurlaub“ macht!
Im Haus befinden sich 2 Bücher. Eins mit Tipps und das andere ist das Gästebuch - beide sind sehr interessant.
Die gesamte Planung mit Frau Strohschein lief reibungslos.
Dieses Haus ist ideal für 8 Gäste - für diese Gästeanzahl ist dies das Haus, das man sich wünscht. Es gibt reichlich Platz, sowie drinnen als auch draußen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es war wunderschön! Vielen Dank für all die Unterstützung, die dazu beigetragen hat, unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus zu dem Urlaub zu machen, an den wir uns immer glücklich erinnern werden.
