Guestbook comments from the owner

The listing was very accurate; and my wife and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. The place was very clean and had plenty of space. Great location just south of Moab with a five to ten minute drive into town. The garage was a huge plus to keep our car cool and out of the heat. Amazing views especially at night under the stars!

We loved everything but especially the detailed instructions. Do not change anything!

Great Moab Condo

  • 5 of 5

My family and I met in Moab for a mountain bike adventure and Charles' condo was a perfect base for our adventure. The condo was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking at home. The large 2-car garage was really useful for storing our mountain bikes and other gear when we went hiking or drove into town for meals. Charles was quick to respond to my questions and he provided useful information on local petroglyphs and alternate routes into Moab. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Nice Moab condo

  • 5 of 5

The condo was as described and perfectly suitable. Ample supplies were provided so that it wasn't necessary to purchase everything that would be needed for a few days. This was our second stay - we were satisfied with the first stay, so why change from a good thing. Clean, comfortable, and an owner willing to provide information about the area.

Perfect for a well-equipped, comfortable Moab stay

  • 5 of 5

This condo was perfect for our little family - everything we needed in the kitchen to have some great home cooked meals (a nice break from the constant eating out on vacation). Beds and rooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place, and I appreciated the owner's rapid responses and help.

Just perfect!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 4 vacationed here for a week in July 2012. What a beautiful condo!! It was comfortable, clean and welcoming after our 16-hour drive from Missouri! There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed cooking full meals almost every night. The kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms...even providing shampoo, conditioner and lotions. We could've used a new towel everyday and never run out. Having a full laundry room was wonderful...we came home with almost no laundry to wash! We spent a couple of afternoons at the pool and were the only people there most of the time. Our 15-year-old son enjoyed playing ball on the basketball court several times during our stay. The front patio was quiet and comfortable; we spent quite a bit of time out there grilling and just hanging out. We were a little concerned about how close the other condos would be or how loud the highway would be nearby but while we could see the road, we couldn't hear the traffic at all. It was just purely enjoyable! Thank you so much for a lovely home for our vacation; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

A great family trip to Moab

  • 5 of 5

My Parents were visiting from the UK and I wanted to take them somewhere amazing. I heard such great things about Moab and the National Parks! The challenge was finding accommodation to impress my parents. Charles' condo was the perfect choice. The location was just south of Moab town and was easy to find and a great base for exploring the Arches and Canyonlands. The condo was clean and bigger than I expected, there were four of us in my party but the condo would comfortably sleep 6. It was also great to be able to use the kitchen every night to cook dinner.

Charles gave us a great price and it was cheaper than getting to motel rooms in town, and definitely made our Moab stay a lot more memorable than a dingy motel room!

Thanks Charles
