The listing was very accurate; and my wife and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. The place was very clean and had plenty of space. Great location just south of Moab with a five to ten minute drive into town. The garage was a huge plus to keep our car cool and out of the heat. Amazing views especially at night under the stars!



We loved everything but especially the detailed instructions. Do not change anything!

wonderful stay in Moab, much appreciation to Charles Loveridge for all his help

Wonderful condo and great location, nice quiet community south of town, but very accessible to everything we did during our visit. Charles was extremely helpful in the planning, providing much information for us on different things to do and visit. He also was very helpful in arranging booking his condo, directions, payment, and in general, making everything easy and comfortable. Condo was quite roomy, very well kept, and stocked very well with all the things you need when traveling, or just on a daily basis. Just like being at home but in another state. We were traveling with a dog, and this place was perfect for our situation. Did lots of dog friendly hikes, and even had nice visits to Arches and Canyonlands, where dogs are not allowed on trails, but plenty of opportunity for a little leg stretching in the parking areas at all the many viewpoints. There were only 3 of us, and the dog, but condo would easily be comfortable for a larger group. Would highly recommend Charles for anybody traveling to Moab, and we will certainly contact Charles the next time we are visiting. Thank-you Charles, we really enjoyed our visit.

Suburban feel in an out of town setting

The house was very comfortable and cool, but I was expecting a more "holiday style" accommodation with views out to the amazing landscape that surrounds the area. It was a typical suburban home without any touristy touches and to see the adjacent cliffs you had to go outside. The house lacked attention to detail. While the appartment was clean (floors, carpets, bathrooms, laundry) some of the appliances, all quality machines, needed cleaning. Cheap dishwashing powder had been overused and created a powdery layer over its interior. Also the washing machine had built up scum in it. The cooking trays and frypans were not good quality and were heavily scratched, unsightly and unusable. The kitchensponge was weeks old (normally a clean sponge is provided for each guest).

Beautiful and super clean condo

The condo has plenty of room for our family and the location is close to town too. We have the Thule cargo box on top of our SUV and the garage door was tall enough ( still have about 2ft of clearance) for the car to park inside. The condo is super clean and everything provided to make you feel like at home. If we have a chance to visit Moab again, we would definitely stay here.

Arches and Canyonlands

We had a wonderful time staying in Moab. The condo was in excellent shape with all the amenities needed to sleep 6 comfortably. The pool was welcome in the 100 degree heat. It was quiet and convenient for trips to Arches and Canyonlands. BUT the best part was the owner's help in choosing hikes, restaurants, out of the way treasures to explore and such. He was truly a wealth of information and help!
