"Holiday home La Torre" in Javea, Spain

They enjoy holidays in the best climate in Europe (by EC)

Decorated in the Spanish style house is located in a quiet, wooded residential area with two separate flats, on two different levels. At each level there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, the other a double bed. Per floor there are respectively 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living / dining room. The terraced garden has a swimming pool with roman steps and provides ideal conditions for relaxation and recreation. In addition, a closed parking for 2 cars is directly in front of the house. The house is situated on a side street in a residential area, where live many owners throughout the year. using only a few minutes to reach different beaches and coves, and shopping. Restaurants, tennis courts and a larger supermarket can be reached from the house on foot.

For the winter months central heating and a fireplace is closed yet.

Front of the house on the enclosed property there is a large parking area for at least 2 cars or even a boat or RV.

It is all around made sure that you feel comfortable.

A local support through a reliable caretaker is present. Among the usual business hours there is always someone reachable. The caretaker speaks several languages, u. A. German, Spanish, English.

The entire house is equipped for 8 people. The house can either be rented at a party, or renting one floor, up to 4 people, is also possible.

Sheets and towels can be brought or well be hired. A booking or order for this year should to 28th February 2013 Early Booking Discount done. At closing, 50% are to be paid. Except for repayment is made only if a short-term tenant takes over the house. Repayment is that in percentage terms. The balance is to place 4 weeks prior to arrival at the keys to the house for the tenant to send a timely manner or be deposited with the administrator. Damage to the property must be reported to the owner, the owner or manager. The tenant (contractor) is responsible for all other co-tenant. Rental is basically from Saturday 14 to Saturday 09 °° °° pm or by appointment. The house is checked and approved at the end of their stay by our management. This has become necessary due to various damages in the past.
