The El Paraiso complex is located in the beautiful Sa Vinyola residence (Campos municipality, Sa Rapita village), just 2 km from the gorgeous Es Trenc sand beach. The complex has an ample pool area (including children's pool). The beloved Es Trenc natural beach and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual, and Maioris are only a short drive away.

Each property has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults (+ children); properties contain a well-lit living/dining room, a modern and fully-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces with sea view. For a fee, cribs and additional beds are available upon request!

The houses and ground floor apartments contain their own private garden. The townhouses and penthouse apartments are provided with a spacious terrace with sea view. All properties are luxuriously furnished.

The layout is as follows: a large living/dining area with direct access to the garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a view of the sea. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, an oven, ceramic stove-top, coffee maker, toaster, electric blender, satellite TV. You will also find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, bed linens, towels, and dish rags.

The furniture and the home décor vary in the indivdual houses - they are, however, all held to the same high standard of quality and functionality. In terms of size and distribution, the townhouses are not different. The private gardens, however, are slightly different in size.

The Residence Club links the immediate vicinity to the sea, with the right distance to the normal tourist thoroughfares.

Supermarket:

Depending on the season, the restaurant building also offers common goods (convenience store). For larger shopping trips, we recommend the larger supermarkets in Campos, 8 km away: Eroski, Lidl, Mercadona, or Müller Market. There are also two discount stores right on the seaside promenade in Sa Rapita.

Mini-golf:

The 18-hole mini-golf course is perfect for young and old. You can play for a small entrance fee. The mini-golf course can be seen from the restaurant patio, meaning you can let your little ones play a few rounds on their own.

Indoor fitness club and spa (Note! Access only for bookings of sports groups by prior arrangement!):

A small yet nice gym is open year-round and contains the newest models of electric fitness devices. In addition, there is a mixed sauna area with separate changing and shower rooms. The sauna can be heated up on demand and is available for use from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. without charge.

Massage/physical therapy/performance evaluation:

On the upper level of the spa building, there is a massage area and the medical facilities for the bike team medical groups. Massages are offered year-round on demand.

Peak performance centre - RUN-BIKE-SWIM:

Close to the apartment area, the perfect environment for athletic activities is waiting for you! Below the restaurant and spa areas, the biking centre is open year-round for your use and belongs to the Müsing Bikes group from Germany. With more than 150 bikes in all categories, from children's bikes to pro racing and mountain bikes, you'll have every opportunity to enjoy an active vacation. The bike rental and the workshop are open year-round. Guided tours and presentations are offered during the biking season - from February to May and September to October. Second time....Great!

We are Mallorca lovers and spent our second time in sa rapita. Since our first visit in 2012 a lot has changed here. Additional objects have been completed. There is a supermarket and a small coffee-restaurant in the center of the urbanisation! Beautiful roof terrace on the first floor with lounge area and regular seating. Perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The interior of our house (n°36) was as usual - very high quality. Our garden area has been slightly redesigned and we had our own barbecue available. Also the technician told us that from summer there will be gym and bike rental available...we`ll check it out! Summer booking already secured :-) Highly recommended for all travelers seeking a quiet location close to the beach ... Thank´s to Nelli, as always, nice support! We are looking forward to our next stay... Marcel and the kids

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Zur Anlage: Diese ist gepflegt und in einem schönen mediterranen Baustil errichtet. Sie liegt abseits von jeglichem Rummel, also ideal für einen Urlaub, in dem man genau das sucht. Ein Mietwagen ist unverzichtbar, sollte man aber ohnehin haben. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Da die Anzahl der Nutzer begrenzt ist, haben wir immer einen Platz bzw. Liegen gefunden. Parkplätze gibt es rund um die Anlage genug. In Sa Rapita ist der Weg hoch zur Anlage ausgeschildert, es geht von der Küstenstr. irgendwann links ab. Der Ort Sa Rapita ist nicht sonderlich reizvoll, Felsküste, Yachthafen, einige eher einfache Restaurants an der Promenade, ansonsten ein ruhiges Örtchen ohne kollossale Bebauung. Da der hier angepriesene Supermarkt in der Anlage nicht mehr existiert, erledigt man seine Einkäufe im nahegelegenen Campos. Dort sind große Supermärkte (Mercadona, Eroski und Lidl), die ein reichhaltiges Angebot haben. Wer den Strand Es Trenc besuchen will, dem würde ich die Zufahrt über die Salinen / Flor de Sal empfehlen - erreichbar Richtung Colonia St. Jordi. Bei der Gelegenheit lohnt sich ein Besuch des Shops, ein "must have" unter den Urlaubssouvenirs. Die Zuwegung ist sehr eng (Männer ans Steuer ;-), sie endet aber auf einem großen Parkplatz (7 Euro pro Tag). Von der Alternative über Ses Covetes würde ich abraten. Der Strand und das Meer sind sehr schön und insbesondere für kleine Kinder sehr geeignet. (Sonnenschirm + 2 Liegen EUR 19,50 pro Tag). Eine frühe Anreise ist geboten, ab Mittags wird das dort sehr voll. Statt dem Supermarkt in der Anlage ist mittlerweile das "Can Toto" vorhanden. Toto verkauft morgens eine breite Auswahl qualitativ sehr guter Brötchen, hat eine Top-Kaffeemaschine, Slush-Eis für die Kids und eine kleine Speisekarte. Toto und seine Servicekraft Adriano kümmern sich sehr nett um die Gäste. Weiterer Tipp: 5illes in Colonia St. Jordi. Das beworbene Fitness-Studio und Sauna konnten wir nicht nutzen, das gehört wohl zur Nachbaranlage, Minigolf jedoch kostenlos. Die Anlage wird derzeit um 16 Häuser erweitert, aber Baustopp in der Hauptsaison. Die anderen Gäste waren Familien aus E, D, GB, USA, NL und DK. Zu Haus Nr. 30: Sehr sauber, eher etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, aber alles notwendige da. Ein paar kleinere Mängel haben wir moniert, waren aber belanglos. Abwicklung über Villas Real absolut easy und nett. Fazit: Sehr schöner Urlaub für Familien mit Kindern, die Ruhe suchen und die Insel erkunden wollen.

Das Gesamtpaket stimmt!!!

Wir waren im Oktober dort und es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Die Häuser und Appartements sind absolut ruhig gelegen. Die neu errichteten Gebäude mit Fitnesscenter, Sauna- und Wellnessbereich sind absolute Spitze! Das Restaurant von Herr Toto ist Gold wert in dieser Anlage! Ob zum Frühstücken oder Candlelight Dinner auf der Dachterasse - hier ist man sehr nett und gut versorgt. Am besten hat uns gefallen das im "Can Toto" sehr viel Wert auf regionale Zutaten gelegt wird. Das schmeckt man!! Einfach toll in El Paraiso! Bis bald! Familie S.

Super Anlage, modern, sauber...

Super Anlage, modern, sauber, freundliche Verwalterin!

Die Anlage präsentiert sich genau wie auf den Fotos im Inserat. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung insgesamt modern und alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir kamen erst sehr spät Nachts in Sa Rapita an, wurden aber dennoch herzlich empfangen. Als wir morgens um 1 Uhr ankamen reichte ein Anruf und 10 Minuten später kam die Verwalterin vorbei und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Ausstattung: Handtücher (auch für den Strand), Küchentücher (nagelneu!), einige Spültabs, Spülmittel etc vorhanden. Der Garten bei Haus 8 ist viel größer als auf den Fotos im Inserat. Alle Geräte auf dem neuesten Stand, Fernseher, Wasserkocher, Spühl-/Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffemaschine - alles neu und hochwertig.

Die Anlage insgesamt liegt etwas außerhalb und ist damit total ruhig, kein Touristenlärm/-verkehr. Pool und Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt!

Supermarkt (keine Touristenpreise, sehr gut für den kleinen Einkauf) und eine Cafeteria mit einer netten Dachterrasse gibt es direkt in der Anlage. Die Promenade und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar) und Restaurants ca 2 Km, Campos ca. 8 Km (Lidl, Supermärkte, Tankstelle, Restaurants, usw.). Der Strand (Es Trenc) 5 Autominuten entfernt ist einfach Spitze gerade für die Kinder (weißer Sand, geht flach rein, wenig Wellen).

Wir haben es sehr genossen und genau das bekommen was das Inserat uns versprochen hat! Ist ja leider nicht immer der Fall! Alles super, wir kommen wieder!

Golfen und Relaxen - Erholung pur

Wir besuchten die Anlage schon zum dritten Mal als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Golfwoche. Für einen Golfurlaub ist El Paraiso mehr als empfehlenswert! Die ersten Male sind wir immer mit der „Mallorca Golf Card“ unterwegs gewesen und alles hat immer super hingehauen. Diesmal haben wir eine Trainingswoche in Son Gual genossen und waren begeistert! Unser Golf Pro „Ole“ hat uns ganz schön rangenommen...

Ansonsten wie immer Entspannung auf ganzer Linie…schönes Haus, nette Verwalter…

Das Beste in El Paraiso ist der neue Supermarkt und Restaurantbereich! Das war bisher das Einzige was der Anlage wirklich gefehlt hat ….Habt Ihr gut hinbekommen!

  • The bedrooms are fitted with ample double beds (180x200 cm). Measuring some 12 sq.m, the bedrooms are tight but sufficient. The master bedroom contains a private balcony with a partial view of the sea. If you request a crib or additional bed, the moving area of the bedrooms is naturally reduced. Each bedroom can accommodate a maximum of two cribs or one additional bed.
