This delightful, relaxing hideaway is situated on a private road in West Chatham, Cape Cod. Ridgevale Beach is within walking distance, and it's just a short three miles to downtown Chatham. Enjoy the large deck or get a good game of ball going in the yard. The Chatham spur of the Cape Cod Rail Trail is about 1/2 mile away. This is a great home in a great location.

No smoking, no pets and no groups of college students. Map it! 16 Toms' Way, off Ridgevale Road.
We have loved vacationing at the Cape since we were children. It has always been a special place with a pace all its own. We have shared our love of the Cape with our children over the past 20 years, anchored at our house.
This house is classic Cape Cod, minus the dark wood paneling. Being on a quiet road, but within walking distance of the beach has been a perfect relaxing location. It is away from the hustle and bustle (and traffic!) of downtown and an easy starting out point for just about anything you want to do.
Had a terrific mini vacation at this lovely home away from home. It was very spacious and comfortable with a cozy feel. Loved to take jogs, after dinner walks down to the beach and of course leisurely strolls with morning cup of coffee. Loved the deck and the outside shower was very nice to have to wash off sand. This house is in an excellent, quiet location so close to Main Street and not far at all from main site-seeing attractions. I would most definitely recommend staying at this spacious home away from home!
A must-do, impressive tour, quite informative and well worth the time was the Cranberry Bog Tour (cranberrybogtours.com)- 20 minutes or so from the house. Need to call ahead to reserve a seat for the tour (508/364-6474)
Chatham, the 'elbow' of Cape Cod, is surrounded by water on 3 sides. The town is home to many antique houses and a vibrant fishing industry. There are a variety of beaches to chose from: with some wave action on the east Atlantic side, few waves on the south Nantucket Sound side or no waves on the north Pleasant Bay side or Oyster Pond beach in town. In addition, Chatham has several freshwater ponds with beaches. The Cape Cod League baseball games are a fun way to see today's college athletes compete. Some former Cape Cod league players are now in the major leagues! Shopping in the downtown district is a delight and an adventure; no 'mall' shops here! Take a break at one of the excellent restaurants. Go hiking, bird watching, seal watching or take a boat to the outer beach and enjoy the surf of the Atlantic Ocean. The Chatham spur of the Cape Cod Rail Trail is 1/2 mile away. For the kids, mini-golf is nearby as are trampolines, arcades and bowling. Don't miss the ice cream at Short & Sweet (The Old Schoolhouse) on Route 28. Enjoy Chatham!
