If you’re planning to visit Camelback Mountain for either skiing, the waterpark or any time of year, then the Village at Camelback is the place to be. We have owned two corner townhomes for over 20 years and they have the best location in the Village just steps from the ski trails and also the Village Sport Center. Both homes were expanded and are the largest homes in close proximity to the ski slopes. There are beds for up to nine persons in 3 bedrooms, and they have 2-1/2 fully remodeled baths. They also have cable TV, as well as Apple TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi, wood burning fireplace, gas barbecue, multiple outdoor decks, modern kitchen, and laundry room. Our Sport Center has a modern indoor pool and whirlpool, as well as both indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and an exercise room. Spring, summer, and autumn activities include the CamelBeach Waterpark, golf, auto racing, hiking, biking, outlet shopping, casino, & many fine restaurants.

For summer rentals both homes are fully air conditioned, and the CamelBeach Waterpark has all types of water slides, swimming pools, scenic chairlift rides, wave pool, a lazy river, restaurants on both the top and bottom of the mountain, outdoor bars, barbecues, food, and entertainment, as well as an adventure park with rock climbing, zip lines, and mountain coaster. In the immediate vicinity there are many fine restaurants, micro-breweries, and the Mount Airy Casino. There are also factory outlets and antique shops, as well as scenic golf courses, white-water rafting, auto racing, horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking trails, and a mall with seven movie theaters at The Stroud Mall about ten miles away, in case of a rainy day.

This is truly a four-season, family-oriented vacation destination.

We have stayed in Camelback Village for a weekend the past 2 years. The location is great for the ski in and ski out. Even the little ones can get right on the trail and ski to the lift.

This unit is a little bigger than some of the others we have stayed in. We fit two families with 4 adults and 5 kids, with ease. It is clean, well kept, and has everything you need. We used the pool and spa at the clubhouse twice (the kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hotub!)

Phil is fantastic to work with, and is always available. Even though we got in after hours at night, the check in was as smooth as possible. Phil made sure that security at the guardhouse had all of our info, and we were directed right to the unit.

Will definately try to stay here again!

Fantastic rental extremely close to the slope

This home was very well kept and spacious for a big group. We had 7 people, but could easily fit 9-10. Very large living room with nice bedrooms and showers. The best part is it is seconds away from the slopes of Camelback mountain. It was a great experience being able to go in and out of the house during our time at the mountain. Phil was very easy to work the process was extremely simple!

Presidents Day Weekend - Great stay

My family and I stayed here over the 2011 Presidents Day weekend and we were all very satisfied. Phil, the owner did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire rental process. He provided us w/ all the needed information in a timely manner and was very honest about the house. We've stayed at numerous places in The Villages, and unit 53 was by far the cleanest we've seen. The bathrooms were recently renovated, and we loved the (small) separate dining room. Proximity to the mountain was perfect. It was less than a minute walk to the slope. We were also very close to the clubhouse, however we did not utilize the clubhouse at all. Overall experience was great, and we will definitely rent here again. Thanks Phil!

Owner's Response: I'm always happy to know that our house was enjoyed by our renters and that the expansion and upgrades we did recently were appreciated. This customer listed the house number as 53 but the correct number is 55 for anyone who is familiar with the Village at Camelback
