The condo has been fully remodeled including granite counters and new kitchen and baths. There is a full health club with all services including hair, facials, manicures, body treatments, massage etc. There are two restaurants and a bar on the premises and many just a short walk away. Our condo is very nicely furnished with three flat screen LCD TVs, Apple TV, a stereo with an Ipod dock, and every appliance known to man. There are three queen size beds with 1 in the master and 2 in the second bedroom.

Ski in/out, or take the free shuttle to the main lift and ski school. It's an easy walk to the slopes, as well. We have rented for twenty years to a select clientele, with no complaints. Full Spa with massage, facials, hair care, workout facility, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools.

We just returned from spending Christmas week in David’s condo. It was a return visit for us and we were again blown away by his and the Charter’s customer service. We were hoping the condo would be decorated for the holiday and initially David indicated that it wouldn’t. However, when we arrived, the living room just glowed with the ambience of Christmas lights and decorations. This is just one example of David’s desire to make sure his guests have the best possible experience. The condo itself is located in the most convenient building of the Charter complex within Beaver Creek and is just a short walk into the beautiful village and to the Vilar Center. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain; has been updated with granite countertops, travertine tile, washer & dryer, humidifiers, hair dryers and comfortable furnishings. The view from the condo is of the slopes and whether it’s sunny, snowy or nighttime with the cat’s on the mountain, it is always beautiful. The Charter is a self contained resort with underground valet parking. You can take a quick swim in the lap pool or workout in the morning, rent your ski equipment then ski out to the slopes, ski back to the condo for a soak in the hot tubs or a spa treatment and then enjoy dinner on premises and end the evening with smores around the fire pit. I can’t say enough about the Charter’s staff. They are truly first rate and will do whatever it takes to accommodate their guests needs or requests. We consider the Ritz Carlton to be the gold standard in customer service and David and the Charter Staff truly exemplify that same “can do” attitude! We love renting from David and know you will too!

Great condo for family holiday getaway!

Our family visited Beaver Creek the last week in December for a holiday week of snowy fun in the mountains, and our stay at the Charter did not disappoint! We appreciated that Mr. Kameron contacted us several times prior to our visit with not only directions/ instructions, but also with activity suggestions and to our delight, pictures of the beautiful snow and scenery which would great us upon our arrival. When we checked in at 9pm, the Charter staff was friendly and helpful. Weary from our travels, it was nice to be greeted with (free) valet parking and staff that quickly brought our luggage to our unit. The condo was exactly as described by the owner and as seen online. It was clean, modern, stocked with towels, and even decorated for the holiday season (which the kids especially enjoyed)! The kitchen was well prepared for cooking (pots, utensils, dishes, etc), and we were grateful for the dishwasher- and especially the washer and dryer, which was very handy. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom, as well as dressers and closets-- and our kids even found 3 sleds in their room! The condo is spacious for a family, and yet cozy in decor. Most notable, though, is the spectacular view of the mountains! Each bedroom and the family room have large west facing windows that allow you to enjoy the reason you came. One of the best features of the condo, and of the Charter, is the fantastic location. In just 5 minutes, you can walk up to Beaver Creek Village and enjoy the stores, restaurants, ice skating rink, and all of the snow activities. Or, you can simply call for Village Transportation, and within 10-15 minutes, a green village shuttle bus will arrive and take you to countless stops within the village. We utilized this service many times for dinner plans when we were not dressed for walking, or on the nights the temperature dropped below zero. All shuttle drivers were exceptionally friendly and welcomed you on board to their toasty, warm bus. If you need a shuttle to the restaurants in Avon, one is available too from a particular stop in the Village. It is not as frequent, but allowed us to enjoy a night out without having to drive. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Beaver Creek and our stay at the Charter. We appreciated everything that Mr. Kameron did to make sure our stay in his condo was exceptional (he even mailed my daughter's forgotten swimsuit to us after we checked out). Great experience! Great condo!

What makes this condo unique

When you arrive you will find a fully equipped and supplied condominium. Included are three flat panel TV's, and two DVD players plus Apple TV. There is high speed wireless Internet. There are also books, games, every kitchen convenience known to man, most food basics one would need for a vacation (I would suggest you look over the situation before you shop), beer, wine, etc. There is an Whirlpool washer and dryer in the unit. You will need less than ½ of the normal amount of detergent. The Bosch dishwasher dries best if you open the door after the cycle is complete.

I have been very busy since we got home a week ago today. But wanted to let you know personally we enjoyed the condo, the location, the staff, the hot tub and steam room the view from the balcony was awesome. Cali my Yorkie had a wonderful time all the staff were very friendly with her. I will send you a picture. We will be calling you next year again, hopefully same time, same place we loved it.

We enjoyed a tremendous visit with our family! Thank you David! The condo is perfect, well decorated and comfortable. There are two new televisions since our last stay. I love the big one in the master bedroom. The pool was great; clean and refreshing after a long hike. Coffee was available in the lobby early before our hike, (even though there are two types of coffee makers in our kitchen). We love being pampered at the spa and sitting in the hot tub with wine afterward under the stars! The staff is always so friendly and available to help give directions, suggest a great restaurant or activity. No one is ever too busy to help a guest. We love the VIP treatment. One last thing, the kithcen has all the staples you need and you will receive a nice welcome bottle of wine. We shall return! Thanks again David, perfect as always!

Perfect Condo, Perfect Family Ski Vacation

Stayed with my husband, our teenage daughter and our schnauzer for some spring skiing. An easy drive from DEN. BC is super safe and family-friendly; I have been visiting there for 27 years (since I was 8!). Everything was perfect. We felt very welcomed by the owner who left us a bottle of wine and our daughter's bev of choice: hot cocoa with mini marshmallows. The condo was very nicely decorated and appointed, clean and functional. A 3 min walk to the village and ski lifts, with excellent restaurants and shopping. The building has an arcade for the kids (pinball, racing, ping pong, foosball, pool table and more), 2 pools, 3 hot tubs and a Spa. We enjoyed that AND skied 65,000 vertical feet in 4 days. The building management was people-friendly and doggie-friendly. Heaven on Earth. Mr. Kameron: thank you!!

Here for a week with my family to ski. Easy quick check in. Helpful staff to move and transfer bags. Ski valet outside is pretty nifty and handy! The ski equipment at the entrance avoids having to carry around to a basement or locker room.

The Charter itself is so convenient! Many times we just walked the five minutes to Beaver Creek Village rather than wait for the bus.

The Condo was also super convenient. In the main building, second floor, close to the elevator.

Owner is extremely responsive, helpful, and kind.

Would stay here again.

Fantastic condo for our family ski trip!

Our family of five stayed at David's condo for our Spring Break ski vacation. This was our first family ski vacation, and I chose both Beaver Creek and this condo based on Internet research and reviews. We were thrilled with everything about this condo and would definitely stay here again! Beaver Creek ski resort is a delightful place for families to ski, and staying at The Charter was the perfect fit for us. First of all, The Charter is located just a short walk or easy shuttle ride from the slopes where ski school meets and the "downtown" Beaver Creek Village with shops, restaurants, Starbucks, and an ice skating rink. When we were in our ski gear, we took The Charter shuttle (runs constantly between The Charter and the slopes from 8am-5pm). This was a great option for our family. When we went into Beaver Creek Village for dinner, we walked. The location is so convenient! And David's condo has a prime location within The Charter complex -- it's in the same building as the main lobby (where cookies are served at 3pm) and the pool / hot tub area. The shuttle picks up and drops off right outside of the main lobby, and the racks outside the lobby are where we stored our skis as well. It was extremely convenient. The condo has a great location and a great view of the mountains!

We rented a car and had complimentary parking in the garage under the main building. That was super easy. But you can definitely make out just fine without a rental car here. At 5 pm every day, the shuttle makes a run to City Market (the grocery store in Avon) where you can buy groceries for your stay.

The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, and pantry items, and the condo comes with lots of bonuses like dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc., provided. These were all so helpful! We cooked our own breakfast and dinner on most days.

Our kids loved the indoor pool at The Charter (the outdoor pool was still closed for the winter), and we went there every day after skiing. The hot tubs (one indoor and two outdoor) were a delightful way to cap off a full day of skiing.

The Charter staff were fantastic -- very helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver always went out of his way to help our family.

We plan to return to Beaver Creek again, and when we do, we will definitely plan to stay at this same condo! It was perfect for our family!

Spring skiing - family of five

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in David’s condo. This was a spring break ski vacation for our family of five.

David’s responsiveness and care for his guests and his property have been thoroughly documented in other reviews and I can confirm that it’s all true.

My favorite part of the condo was its prime location in The Charter complex. The Charter is a group of connected buildings. David’s condo is in the same building as the lobby, restaurants, and spa/pool. This means that every time you want to get to the lobby, get your skis, grab some free coffee from the restaurant downstairs, etc., it’s a short walk down the stairs or to the elevator (25 feet or so from the condo door).

We walked up to the village for almost everything except when we went to the mountain to ski. You can take either the green or white shuttle; both start at 0800, so if you need to get up to ski school right at 0800, the front desk may need to call an earlier shuttle.

Generally the shuttles run frequently during the day and we never had to wait long. Decide whether you want to go to "ski school" (by the performing arts building where you go up several escalators to the base), or "Centennial" (which is still at the base, but further from ski school). These are two separate stops.

The ski valet service was essentially a do-it-yourself numbered rack storage system (unsecured) in the front of the lobby outside. Some of the slots had locks I think, but we used the free ones. If one of the bellmen was around, they would get your skis or put them up.

In general, the staff of the facility is very helpful - no problems at all. I never felt treated differently even though I didn’t rent a condo through them directly.

We used the pool and hot tubs and kids loved it. There’s also a firepit outside by the pool when it gets cool.

The dining options at The Charter were good, but not amazing. Dinner was much better than breakfast. FYI, if you want to eat at some of the most popular restaurants in Beaver Creek, make reservations several weeks in advance.

Getting to Avon was something I thought would be easy, but it was very difficult and confusing. Same is true for getting over to Vail, which I did twice. I used Uber, which ultimately worked very well. The staff at The Charter seemed confused by my questions about getting around - make sure you are clear on this if you don’t bring or rent a car.
