The apartment is located on the 18-hole golf course of Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club with driving range, clubhouse, restaurant, gym, sauna, squash courts, tennis and paddle tennis.

From the large covered terrace offers stunning views of the golf course, the sea and across to Gibraltar. Here is a dining table for 8 people, a cozy set to chill and lounge chairs for sunbathing.

There are 2 tropically landscaped pool area, adjacent to the apartment, one of which is heated all year round in the secured facility.

The whole apartment was in 2012 refurbished and reconditioned.

The huge master bedroom has a bathroom on suite. The terrace is from the bedroom accessible. The bathroom is furnished with a large shower, bath, 2 sinks, a bidet and a toilet.

The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, 2 sinks and a toilet. From one bedroom leads also to the terrace.

The living-dining area is spacious and very modern furnishings. From here you get to the beautiful terrace.

The kitchen is practical with micro, coffee maker, Nesspressomaschine, dishwasher, toaster and cooker with oven. Right behind it is a small utility room with washer and dryer.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating.

It is very quiet, no disturbing traffic noise and yet so close to all the action and the fashionable Puerto Banus, the famous, dazzling marina.

The beach is in less than 10 minutes, Puerto Banus can be reached in 10 minutes and to Marbella City, but also just 15 minutes. The airport is about 45 minutes away.

The sleepy town of San Pedro with all its restaurants and bars is just around the corner.

In 5 minutes you reach the center and on the way there are some supermarkets.

Benahavis, known for its countless restaurants, a stone's throw away from the apartment and always worth a gourmet trip.

Excellent choice. Really great appartment.

The apartment is big, comfortable, relaxing and joyful. The terrace and the views are fantastic. It is close to the sea and all the amenities. You find all you need in 10-15 minutes driving. It also has an easy access to the AP7 motorway what is very convenient if you want to visit the South of Andalusia or for the wind sports in Tarifa.

The best apartment we have had

The apartment is very luxurious and clean and has a large terrace with a breathtaking view of green areas and the Mediterranean. The pool area is very nice. Easy access to Marbella and Porto Banus. And the communication with the owner was superb.

Immaculate property with spectacular views

Large tastefully decorated apartment situated in hills approx 5 miles from beach . I was very pleased with this apartment and as can been seen in the photos it provides very stylish and roomy accommodation on a secure golfing development.We loved the balcony with its stunning views to the sea with Africa in the distance.The flat was spotless and roomy ,the beds were very comfortable and kitchen contained everything required for our stay. The standard of furniture and fittings were first class The apartment is located at the highest part of the development and was very quiet .The two swimming pools and grounds were of a similar high quality as the apartment .We found them very relaxing we usually had them to ourselves but this maybe because of time of year we travelled,but as temp averaged 25c we found it perfect.

The apartment was ideally suited for visiting the surrounding area ,nearest beach was approx 15mins drive .Marbella about 20 mins and airport around 45 mins .There is a local supermarket which was very cheap by uk standards.

We found owners very helpful and easy to deal with and a local caretaker was on hand for any probs. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful luxury location with easy access to surrounding areas and we are planning a return visit next year.

As a non golfer i cant comment on the facilities but course looked to be as immaculate as the rest of the development.

Would also add that we felt safe and secure as access road has security barrier that is manned 24 hrs

Superb balcony!

Lovely balcony with great views, fully furnished in 3 separate areas with a proper dining table, rattan suite and loungers. Overhead fans kept it cool. Was wonderfully comfortable and we had some great evenings in. Pools great. Enough families for the children to make friends but without it being mobbed. Easy drive down to Mistral Beach and all the others along the A7. We've had a lovely time. TV all in German and no DVD player but don't let that put you off cos there's internet access and the balcony makes it.

Spectacular view, great accommodations.

Highly recommend this place. The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated, modern and is situated about 5 miles from the beach, in the mountains (not too high). It is part of a large, well maintained private resort complex with golfing as its major attraction (this seems to be a major theme in the hills surrounding the ocean). The apartment has large windows and balconies with a truly spectacular view of the ocean. At first we were a bit concerned about the distance to the beach and considered apartments closer. But the apartment looked spacious, clean and modern. In addition, the view looked majestic. We were glad we decided to take this apartment; it is as advertised! With a car, you can easily go to the beach, take in the sights and go to restaurants. Puerto Banus is the nearby 'hot spot' and about a 10-15 minute drive. There are many beaches to choose from, we personally liked the one at Puerto Banus, but we did not explore too much. We also recommend finding out when there is a nearby market day; all kinds of things are sold at good prices. We would recommend this place for families or anyone that wants a peaceful, safe, air-conditioned, clean place with much space and amenities, such as full kitchen, washer/dryer. We have four grown children and there was plenty of room. There is also a nearby pool for relaxation and swimming. The owners were very helpful, providing us with directions, locations of attractions and other services. For example, the first night we had trouble with our key and the owner's local caretaker came quickly and helped us solve the issue. We mostly saw other families and older couples at this resort complex. A small point; the TV programs are in German (but who wants to spend time watching TV!). My only minor recommendation for the owners is to provide simple manual with instructions for all the different appliances--such as the oven and starting the fridge/freezer. There were no surprise charges, our safety deposit was quickly returned and the owners were flexible in the currency of our deposit. All in all, a great time and we really miss the views!

Perfekt und absolut weiterzuempfehlen

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen.

Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Residenz mit einer tollen Aussicht aufs Meer.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten!
