About Robert Klumpp

My partners and I decided we would purchase a home and furnish it just for folks coming to vacation in Albuquerque. (That home is VRBO listing # 134421.) We had such a good response that we have since purchased two other homes in the same town house community (this one and listing # 164209). New Mexico is such a great place to live that we were excited to share to others.

Thanks for checking out our properties!

Why Robert Klumpp chose Albuquerque

We had a demanding list of requirements:

- We wanted a home that was convenient to some of the best that Albuquerque has to offer. Great restaurants, shops and museums.

- The home had to be convenient to get to (close to the Interstate).

- The home had to be in a friendly neighborhood that was quiet and safe.

- The floor plan had to provide easy access and sufficient privacy.

The Pueblo del Norte town house community perfectly filled all these requirements.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Our family of ten enjoyed living in an ABQ Vacations condo the first week of July, 2012, and had a great time together. Kudos to Robert for all that he did to help us plan and make reservations, as well as consultation assistance during our stay. His genial spirit, knowledge, and care certainly helped us have a happy, fulfilling week.

The condo location, easy walking blocks from Old Town, also contributed to our ease of travel and variety of good times. Several attractions, shops, and restaurants were all easily accessible.

The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, as well as the downtown terminal for a ride the RailRunner to Santa Fe, were within easy driving distance and time from our ABQ Vacations location. The Sandia Peak Tram is about 45 minutes away.

The condo being well-equipped with excellent quality furnishings and equipment also enabled us to care for everyday needs, whether washing dishes or clothes, without worry or delay.

Our family of ten included 7, 9, 14, and 18 year olds, as well as their adult parents and us two grandparents. Any one of us would be happy to recommend ABQ Vacations! Thanks, again, Robert.

Met all our needs

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay here in Albuquerque. Robert's condo was comfortable, homey and very convenient to the Old Town area. We had plenty of room for our group of friends as well as our dog. We also had plenty of room to host a dinner for our daughter's group of cross-country bicycle riders (15 in all) from Ohio State U.'s medical school---it was a lovely evening, so we could make good use of the patio. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to town---didn't see nearly everything we wanted to see!.

Terrific Experience

  • 5 of 5

Robert was very helpful in making our stay a great experience. The town house was well stocked with cooking essentials so we didn’t have to eat out very often. The location is perfect for a short walk to Old Town Albuquerque and the nearby museums. We highly recommend Robert’s property to anyone wanting a convenient place to stay near the heart of Albuquerque’s historic district.

Great time in Albq

  • 5 of 5

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Robert's properties and have been very pleased. The home was lovely, in a nice area within walking distance to Old Town. The home was perfect for seven of us. We were able to park both cars in the garage with room to spare. We will rent from Robert again.

Enjoyed this house!

  • 5 of 5

This townhouse was perfect for our family. We used it as “home base” for several days. It was roomy, clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. The house was better stocked for basic daily needs than anticipated. The additional sink/vanity was extremely helpful with so many people getting ready at the same time! We would rent this house again without question.
