The beautifully decorated 80 square meter apartment is centrally located and ideal for both a relaxing holiday or a business trip. It sleeps up to 6 people in two double beds and one extendable sofa.
Benefits: In order to provide a comfortable sleep experience the representative flat is equipped with a high quality boxspring bed, blinds and additional curtains lined with non-transparent material. The bathroom comes in noble marble and does have an underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. The flat is classy furnished with antique furniture in dark colours as the mahogany dining table mixed with modern interieur, which increases a stylish and genuine warm atmosphere. The typical old building flair is obtained through its high ceilings and solid wood floors.
The apartment is fully furnished including linens and towels, cable TV and free wireless Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

In case I won´t be there, we do have a deposit box. I will give you a PIN Code for opening the box and getting your key. So you are most flexible and even able to check in late in the evening.
Simply put, the apartment is huge. An entry way with a small bedroom to the right and a quite large bedroom to the left, then proceed past the bathroom on to the huge living/dining room, passing the kitchen along the way. The two of us never were in each other's way, and even several people living there would have reasonable privacy from each other.
The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and well-equipped. We were glad for the washing machine and dish washer. Temperature was easy to regulate.
Although the apartment is on a busy street with the tram running right past it, the street noise wasn't an issue even as we slept. The tram stop, and across the street from it the subway station, were a four or five minute walk away. Going to the city center was easy using either method, and connecting with the train to/from the airport was simple and much cheaper than a taxi.
It is walking distance from the Technical Museum and Schonbrunn, and near the tram stops between this apartment and the city center are some additional points of interest.
Above the subway station was a supermarket and below the supermarket some small individual food shops (bakery, butcher, fruit, vegetables, etc.) that were cheaper and had a better selection of those things.
We never met the owner but she responded quickly to our emails, taking care of whatever needs arose.
If we ever return to Vienna, we definitely will try to stay here again.
Spacieux et lumineux appartement, près du centre historique de Vienne, agréable à vivre pour 5 personnes et proximité des transport en commun.
The appartment was amazing. Big rooms, beautifull floors, good equiped kitchen. The washing machine was very welcome!
We excpected bad internet because of the review below and when we came; not working. But after resetting the router we had fast and stable internet during the whole stay!!
Schöne Altbau-Wohnung mit Charme, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt. Sauberer und gepflegter Zustand. Das zweite Schlafzimmer fällt eher klein aus. Der zentrumsnahen Lage mit schneller Erreichbarkeit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt geschuldete Straßengeräusche. Sandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Vielleicht auf bald ?
Wir fanden die Wohnung wie im Inserat beschrieben vor und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos und der Kontakt war sehr nett und verbindlich. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, dort fährt auch die Straßenbahn und bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es sehr laut. Ein kleines Handtuch im WC wäre schön gewesen,sonst alles ok.
With its location in the 15th District, right on a high street, our apartments offer all amenities of a main street including supermarkets, drug stores, post office, bakeries, etc.. Just around the corner is the well-known Meiselmarkt with various shops and market stalls. The windows of the apartments are beneficial to a quieter side street.
Also enjoy the walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace (approx. 15 min).
For sporty Ambitious: Just 200 meters away is a gym where you can work out just with a day pass, without having a membership (Fit-Inn).
Our apartments are characterized by excellent transport connections – only 200 m distance to the next underground U3 „Johnstrasse“ and to tram 49. The U3 brings you DIRECTLY to
• 'Westbahnhof': Train Station, 4 min
• 'Herrengasse': Graben & Kohlmarkt, famous main shopping streets with wonderful historical buildings, 12 min. Also for Hofburg, Spanische Hofreitschule etc.
• 'Stephansplatz' : Historic centre & gothic church, 13 min
• 'Landstraße/CAT': The CAT station Wien-Mitte and city air check-in Terminal, 16 min
• Spittelberg, the Museumsquartier, Mariahilferstraße and the Volkstheater are also only a few minutes away and you can reach them easily and directly with the U3.
• The Wiener Stadthalle, Austria Arena important event is within walking distance or directly on the tram.
