All our apartments are centrally located and ideal for both a relaxing holiday or a business trip. They are located in an old typical viennese Art Nouveau house built in 1900, an elevator does exist. Only 200 m to the next underground that takes you directly to the city centre within 10 minutes, no change necessary. Walking distance to Palace Schönbrunn. The flats are friendly, modern and tastefully equipped and fully furnished including linens and towels.
We offer apartments between 30qm and 85qm. Each has its own kitchen and a dining table, cupboard, LCD flatscreen TV, free WLAN and iPod/iphone station with radio.
All apartments are perfectly connected by public transport – only 200 m distance to the next underground U3 „Johnstraße“ (it´s also the tram station line 49), that brings you directly, no change necessary, to:
• "Westbahnhof": Central Station, 4 min
• "Herrengasse": Graben & Kohlmarkt, famous main shopping streets with wonderful historical buildings, 11 min. Also for Hofburg, Spanische Hofreitschule etc.
• "Stephansplatz" : Historic centre & gothic church, 12 min
• "Landstraße/CAT": The CAT station Wien-Mitte and city air check-in Terminal, 15 min
• Spittelberg and the Museumsquartier, also Mariahilferstraße, the big shopping street, and the Volkstheater are all directly accessible with U3 and only a few minutes away
• Stadthalle – Viennas largest event center, you can reach by foot or in a few minutes with Tram 49 (also station "Johnstraße").
Enjoy the walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace (approx. 15 min) and all the amenities of a main street, where the apartment is located: banks, market, bakeries, drug stores, pharmacy, supermarkets etc.. As the windows look out onto a side street, it is more quiet. For sporty people: There´s a fitness centre only 3 minutes away where you can work out without membership, just by daily pass (Fit-Inn).
Traveling by car:
The Meiselmarkt parking garage is only 300 m away: daily rate 9,80€. An even cheaper alternative is the Park & Ride Garage Ottakring (by underground, no change necessary, only 3 stations, approx. 6 min ). Costs:3,40€/day.

A huge, elegant apartment close to all necessities
This apartment (Apt 25) is magnificent. It was the best of the 7 apartments I had rented in every respect but parking, and parking was quite satisfactory. (1) It is enormous. (2) It is both beautifully and comfortably furnished with both modern furniture and antiques. For example, it has the best easy chair and sofa I had yet encountered (see photos). (3) It is located just a couple of short blocks from an intersection that has a tram stop, a subway stop, and a shopping center including a supermarket and a parking garage that charges only 10 euros/day. (4) Despite this location on a major street, it is quiet as a tomb at night. My sister and I loved staying here and were extremely sorry to leave!
Spacious clean apartment
Had great time in Vienna, fab city, clean and lots to see and do. Despite being slightly further out of centre than some we looked at, the apartment was easy to get to by tram or underground and was as seen in the picture ( although not the picture attached to this review!!)
Very Comfortable Apartment
We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Vienna very much - there is a lot to see and do. The location and quality of Sandra's apartment certainly added to our experience. It is quick and easy to get into the centre of Vienna using the underground - the station is located only a few minutes walk away. The local area has several good and very reasonably priced restaurants which we used in the evening after a day of sightseeing in the centre. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and above all comfortable. We were very happy to return to it after a day out in the city. Any communication between ourselves and Sandra before we arrived in Vienna was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and we had no need to contact her during our stay. We used the taxi company she recommended to take us to and from the airport and pre-booked it before our arrival . All in all a good trip.
Amazing property in great location
We stayed in number 25 and loved it. It's really well presented, spacious and in a great location - less than 5 minutes walk to johnstrasse underground station on the u3 and tram 49 stop and is only 10 minutes to stephensplatz. Also walking distance to Schloss Schoenbrunn. The apartment is well equipped and is in a quiet block. The road is busy but it was quite nice to hear the trams go past. Owner Sandra is also very helpful and offers good advice.
Big, well-equipped, close to transportation
Simply put, the apartment is huge. An entry way with a small bedroom to the right and a quite large bedroom to the left, then proceed past the bathroom on to the huge living/dining room, passing the kitchen along the way. The two of us never were in each other's way, and even several people living there would have reasonable privacy from each other.
The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and well-equipped. We were glad for the washing machine and dish washer. Temperature was easy to regulate.
Although the apartment is on a busy street with the tram running right past it, the street noise wasn't an issue even as we slept. The tram stop, and across the street from it the subway station, were a four or five minute walk away. Going to the city center was easy using either method, and connecting with the train to/from the airport was simple and much cheaper than a taxi.
It is walking distance from the Technical Museum and Schonbrunn, and near the tram stops between this apartment and the city center are some additional points of interest.
Above the subway station was a supermarket and below the supermarket some small individual food shops (bakery, butcher, fruit, vegetables, etc.) that were cheaper and had a better selection of those things.
We never met the owner but she responded quickly to our emails, taking care of whatever needs arose.
If we ever return to Vienna, we definitely will try to stay here again.
With its location in the 15th District, right on a high street, our apartments offer all amenities of a main street including supermarkets, drug stores, post office, bakeries, etc.. Just around the corner is the well-known Meiselmarkt with various shops and market stalls. The windows of the apartments are beneficial to a quieter side street. Also enjoy the walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace (approx. 15 min). For sporty Ambitious: Just 200 meters away is a gym where you can work out just with a day pass, without having a membership (Fit-Inn). Our apartments are characterized by excellent transport connections – only 200 m distance to the next underground U3 „Johnstrasse“ and to tram 49. The U3 brings you DIRECTLY to • 'Westbahnhof': Train Station, 4 min • 'Herrengasse': Graben & Kohlmarkt, famous main shopping streets with wonderful historical buildings, 12 min.
