Perfect vacation on a modern equipped Finca in the unique wine region of Majorca

The farm is located about a kilometer from the center of the small town Biniali. On a plot of approximately 3 500 m², with a landscaped Mediterranean-style garden and a variety of orange and other fruit trees, there is everything to make your stay pleasant: quiet shady spots, spacious covered terraces and of course a swimming pool with large sun terrace , From the property, you also have panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range in the north of Mallorca. The location of the finca guarantees absolute privacy with pool and sun terrace are visible from either side.

The property has a 120 sqm living space, plus 90 sqm covered terraces. There are 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed 150 x 190 cm, one with two single beds 90 x 190 cm and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the large covered terrace on the south. These two bedrooms have air conditioning, perfect for hot Mallorcan summer! Another bedroom with en suite bathroom is accessed via a separate entrance. This makes it ideal for friends traveling together, the in-laws, grandparents or for the adult expectant children.

Especially nice is the large covered terrace on the south front of the house with furniture, dining table overlooking the pool area. Here you will spend more time than the house itself; it is the true "living room" of the finca, whether day or a bottle of wine with beautiful lighting in the evening. The pool is 7.8 x 4 m tall and there is also a fixed barbecue and of course an outdoor shower.

The property has been tastefully restored. It has a spacious living room with dining area and sofa area with music system and satellite-TV. Adjacent is the modern kitchen which is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, etc., the kitchen also has direct access to the terrace. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, the equipment is high quality and tastefully adapted to the Majorcan style. Due to the central heating Finca is also ideal for the winter. Internet (WIFI) is of course available!

Location and surroundings

The location makes it an ideal destination for Finca Finca-holiday in the country. It is an ideal base for hiking, biking and beach holiday, away from the crowded beaches of Palma, allows the visitor to enjoy the original traditions of rural Mallorca. The distance of the nearest highway and motorway allow you to still come quickly to Palma or to another destination in Mallorca.

At the entrance of Biniali is the horse farm S'HORT VELL with ponies and horses. Children especially will come here on their taste, be it in a pony-trip or an environment exploration on the horse. This property offers riding classes for all ages.

The nearest beaches in Alcudia is about 20 minutes by car to the Playa de Palma is also 20 minutes drive and the beautiful beach of Es Trenc in the south of the island about 25 minutes.

But Biniali itself has a young but now highly acclaimed winery, which is well worth a visit.

From the finca away (next to Santa Maria) the beautiful town Sineu with numerous shops, really good Mallorcan restaurants, bars, etc. at the central market square in just 10 minutes.

Golfers are spoiled for choice with the many golf courses in Mallorca. The nearest golf courses are the Club de Golf Son Gual and Golf Puntiro, 15-20 minutes drive away.

Great Villa, Central Location - Fantastic Holiday

The property was exactly as described, all bedrooms are a good size and have air conditioning. The outside furniture: tables, chairs, settees and sun loungers are all comfortable for relaxing with a glass of wine (or beer) or peacefully reading a book. The pool was well maintained and welcome in the recent heat wave. The BBQ uses charcoal - great. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery required for 6 people. There is a supermarket (Eroski) in Binnisalem - 5 minutes drive, with a selection of several large supermarkets in Inca (15 minutes drive). Easy access to the motorways to all parts of the island. We have rented many villas in Mallorca within this price range and this was the best we have rented. Jose is a great guy, quickly replies to emails and texts - thanks Jose!

I can highly recommend this Villa for a great holiday.

House and surrounding are very pleasant

We spent our holidays here July 2016. The house and surrounding is very pleasant. The description Jose gives of the house is accurate.

Everything one would need is present: e.g. washing machine, dish washer, hot water cooker, coffee makers, a large refrigerator, satellite tv's, aircos in bedrooms, ...

But you will be outdoors most of the time, on the spacey terrace and in and around the swimming pool. With the lights on, it's very romantic there in the evening. A good tip then is to use a mosquito repellent.

Jose is very friendly. We had a water problem one day and he fixed this without delay. Jose lives next door, but does not come over without notice. The terrain of the house is surrounded with walls, trees and bushes, so you have full privacy here.

We found good restaurants in Biniali, Benissalem and Inca, quite nearby. A good supermarket (Eroski) can be found in Benissalem (at 6 km). A very large supermarket (Alcampo) is on the highway to Palma (exit 4 Es Pont D'Inca, about 15 km away).

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir haben nach Ostern 2016 zu zweit zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Casa verbracht.

Die Ausstattung entsprach in allem der Beschreibung und noch darüber hinaus! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, so dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war unkompliziert und nett.....und es gab jede Menge Tips zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind alle Ziele auf der Insel schnell zu erreichen.

Im vorhandenen Garten durften wir die leckersten Orangen pflü gab täglich frischen O-Saft.

Wir können diese Casa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!!

Toller Urlaub in herrlicher, ruhiger Finca

Wir (2 Paare und ein Baby) haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Juli 2015 in der Finca verbracht. Jose hat uns am ersten Tag in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Die Anlage entsprach genau der Beschreibung von der Webseite und es gab keinerlei böse Überraschungen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Jose hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Einkaufs- und Einkehr- und Ausflugs-Möglichkeiten in der Nähe gegeben und uns dann uns selbst überlassen. Wir haben die komplette Woche ungestört und bei schönstem Wetter in der Finca verbracht. Probleme gab es keine, außer ein paar zu viele Mücken und Ameisen, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts ;) Hilfreich wären vielleicht nur Fliegengitter vor ein paar Fenstern gewesen, so dass man Nachts ungestört lüften kann. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar hervorragen gearbeitet, aber keiner von uns lässt sie gerne die ganze Nacht laufen, wodurch es dann schnell auch wieder warm in den Zimmern wurde.

Die frischen Orangen und Zitronen waren herrlich und wir konnten uns jeden Tag frischen Orangensaft zubereiten.

Insgesamt eine tolle Woche in einer wunderschönen Finca. Gerne kommen wir vielleicht die nächsten Jahre einmal wieder. Vielen Dank an Jose!

Entspannung pur!

Es war mal wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Kein Stress und pure Entspannung bei super Wetter! Die Finca (Haus und Anwesen) sind sehr gepflegt und sauber! Der Orangensaft der selbstgepflückten Orangen und Zitronen ist einfach der Beste! Ganz lieben Dank für alles!

Sehr schöne Tage in einem Zitrusfrüchtegarten

Wir haben zu zweit 12 Tage in dem außerordentlich gut ausgestatteten,bequem mit 6 Personen zu bewohnenden, Haus verbracht. Es liegt am Ortsrand von Biniali inmitten eines Zitrusfrüchtegartens und ist eine gute Ausgangsposition, um mit Fahrrädern (wie wir) oder Auto Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Insel zu unternehmen. Das den Angaben im Online-Inserat in allen Punkten entsprechende Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber; die Küche ist großzügig mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und großzügig ( wir wurden z.B. mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt und durften Orangen und Mandarinen ernten!) und hat uns gute Tipps für Bars und Restaurants gegeben.

Abgesehen davon, dass wir selbst wiederkommen wollen, werden wir das Haus Freunden und Bekannten gern empfehlen.
