Come join us and stay in our newly remodeled, contemporary one bedroom/ one bath unit in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood across from Three Tables Beach. The new kitchen has all new appliances and a quartz island for cooking and dining. There is a new, comfortable queen size mattress in the bedroom. The bathroom has also been recently redone with contemporary high-end fixtures. Includes all linens, kitchen items, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc. Walking distance to Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove, Grocery Store & coffee shop. Close to bike path to Pipeline & Sunset. Bikes included! Outside deck for relaxing with BBQ . Wifi and full cable.

I've spent a good part of the last 15 years on the North Shore of Oahu and now call the upstairs unit of this property my home. I love having places that my friends and family can enjoy. I take care of my properties full-time to make sure they are clean and up-to-date.
This property has a great location across from a wonderful swimming/ snorkeling beach....and a few minutes walk from amazing Waimea Bay. The grocery store and coffee shop are nearby, as well as all the famous North Shore beaches. Haleiwa is a 10 minute drive South and Turtle Bay a 10 minute drive North.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, and convenient - we enjoyed biking along the path to the beaches and having all of the conveniences of the kitchen as well as wifi and cable!

this rental was perfect for my wife and I for our entire trip. Aside from the frequently dismal weather for the 7 night stay, this was the perfect vacation. Mostly because of the rental. Jill and her husband Daniel were great hosts. The apartment was clean and modernized. There is no A/C in the unit but it really wasn't needed. Ceilings fans and open window breeze from the shore which about a block away, made things comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Just a couple of trips to the local grocery which is less than 1/2 mile from the property and we saved a ton in eating out expenses. There are plenty of places to eat out, but it can get a bit pricey. You literally do not need anything other than your clothes, personal toiletries and food and drinks. Will need a vehicle if you plan on visiting other locations on the island. We planned a lot of things in Honolulu as well as checking out some of the scenes on the east side of the island. its only about a 35-40 min drive to sites like Pearl Harbor and about an hour to Diamond Head which are both must do's. There is a beach shore about 2 miles away where sea turtles frequent. (Made my wife's vacation to see one up close). The water tends to be sorta chilly on the north side compared to the water temps on the east side and in Waikiki but once you get in and used to it, I'm sure it will be fine for most people.
Again, thanks to Jill for providing this amazing home away from home. I couldn't have imagined it any better and we will definitely be utilizing this location when we plan a return trip

A casa estava muito limpa, é muito linda e moderna e tem TUDO que você possa precisar. Bicicleta, pranchas, cadeiras, guarda-sol, snorkel...
Não tem ar condicionado, mas não fez falta, pois é muito ventilada. Usamos a churrasqueira e foi bem fácil e divertido.
Mas o melhor foi a atenção e disponibilidade da proprietária Jill, que mora na casa acima!! Voltaremos com certeza!

We were very impressed with this property. Very modern and clean. The pictures are lovely, but don't really do it justice. It's in a great location and when we weren't off exploring other areas in our hire car, we were at the beautiful beach just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this property to others and we look forward to visiting again when we next travel to beautiful Hawaii. Thanks Jill and Daniel
This unit is below the owner's second floor home on a quiet cul-de-sac road. It is built into the side of the hill but still has plenty of daylight windows. There is ample parking space on the driveway so we could park off of the road.
The fully equipped kitchen is very nice, and they have a wide variety of beach equipment available for the renter to use. The owner goes way beyond all expectations to provide information and entertainment options both attached to the online listing in VRBO and in a print book in the unit.
The location is very close to nice beaches, an easy access waterfall, shopping, and dining. We fell in love with the North Shore thanks to the great location we could use as our home and the guidance from the owner.
After we left this rental we stayed three nights in Honolulu and we wished we could have gone back to Kapuhi.
The only detail we missed noticing prior to our booking was that there is no air conditioning in the unit but after we settled in, we didn't miss it.
Can't say enough great things about the living space or the owner. Highly recommended.
My girlfriend and I loved staying with Jill and her husband Daniel they have a lovely home with everything you could ever want. The outdoor shower made us feel right at home and the patio with the barbecue was great for cooking and relaxing! The inside was very clean with a completely updated kitchen and extremely comfortable bed (and day bed)! It was in the perfect location, and a major plus with the bikes they have available for use. We will be back soon to stay here again.

The property is a short walk to Waimea Bay or Pipeline. Bikes are provided for the famous North Shore bike path that starts across the street. Sunet Beach is a 10 minute bike ride north. There is a grocery store & Starbucks a short walk from the apartment or you can take the bike and use the basket for your groceries.
