Holidays, conferences or business trips offer an exclusive country house with 300m² of about 1780 in the south of Berlin Seebadhof in - house (approx 155m²) and attic studio (approx 145sqm).
During the renovation in 2013, care was taken to preserve as much of the old substance of the villa; old floorboards, doors and vaulted cellar.
There were only ecological materials used, so that the flavor of the 230 year old country house has been preserved.
Depth old beams, earthy Lehmputzwände today are, however, associated with exclusive amenities and comfort.

With this aim, we have designed the villa in Seebadhof: muted colors, special attention to means with selected modern furniture / accessories and use of traditional building materials. All this without sacrificing modern comforts.
