The famous Moselle region, with its scenic river turns is included in the north of the Eifel and in the south of the mountains of the Hunsrück. Tellig, the small village where our house is located, is on the border of the Moselle region and the Hunsrück. The Hunsrück, with its beautiful views one of the most attractive regions in the Central German Uplands. The diverse flora and fauna, but also the pure air are ideal to find peace and to discover the nature of this area while hiking or cycling itself.
Fox, deer, wild boar, badger, red kites, owls and even the ermine and the wildcat can be found here still!
And the beauty is, in less than 10 minutes you are right in the Moselle valley, you want with all the entertainment possibilities. Cozy restaurants, wine bars, river cruises, cycling, beaches, swimming pool (cell), shopping mall etc.
Within a radius of 25-45 km are picturesque towns like Cochem, Traben Trarbach and Bernkastel Kues. But the larger cities such as Trier, Koblenz and Wiesbaden can be reached within an hour.
In winter there is a possibility on the Erbeskopf, a small ski resort near Morbbach to ski in nearly 50 km distance. In summer you can tobogganing here.
Blankenrath, a nearby village 4 km away, offers plenty of shops for everyday shopping, including, without limitation, a supermarket, a bakery (open 7 days a week), a pharmacy and a drugstore. A doctor and dentist can also be found in Blankenrath. In cell (10 minute drive) is a hospital.
Golf courses can be found in nearly 15 km distance at Hahn Airport and Ediger-Eller.
This large, very luxurious holiday home (5 *) is located with four other homes on a fenced, park-like grounds. These homes are privately owned and are partially permanently inhabited.
The terrain is located in the countryside and is separated by a barrier and fence off the road.
On the site there is a pond (with safety net) and a playground with a sandbox, which must be used by all residents.
Also invites the immediate environment for walking and cycling.
The house was built in 1999 and then used as a business pavilion. The house is characterized by its extraordinary architecture. Two components with an octagonal shape and a glass dome are connected by a spacious living area with each other. Because of this architecture and the many windows with again a different, surprising views, creates a spacious living atmosphere.
Around the detached house is almost everywhere created lawn. This is the architecture of the house, in addition to good.
The house has a carport (possibly for two cars allowed) and ample parking (at the door). In consultation can also be used the garage.
The house is 220 square meters and can accommodate (in principle) 10/12 people.
