The small village of Gornja Hlapa is only 2.5 km away from Solin Bay, which is known not only for its crystal clear water, but also for the prevalence of medicinal sulphur mud. The over 100 years old house on a 1600 m² large plot with olive grove was completely renovated and refurbished in 2007. The 65 cm thick outer walls of the house are a special feature, which ensure even on hot summer days, a comfortable room temperature. The most beautiful part of the house is certainly the 50 m² large covered patio on the first floor, from which there is a breathtaking view of the sea in front of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski. A mini-arboretum gives the property a special charm, in which more than 20 different plant species thrive. For the 2013 season, a new swimming pool is built.
