Luxury Lake Front three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome at Beacon Landing Marina. The townhome offers three levels with all overlooking Lake Granby. The top level is a private master bedroom (king bed) with a fireplace and oversize Whirlpool bathtub. The second level is the kitchen, dining area, living area with Tv, DVD, CD player, surround sound system and gas grill on the deck. The first level has two private bedrooms (queen beds) with a full bath.
Lake Granby offers excellent Trout fishing and Beacon landing has a full tackle shop with boat rental, slip rental, and guided fishing trips.
Lake Granby is the second largest body of water in Colorado. There are three lakes linked together in Grand Lake. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountian Lake and Grand Lake. Lake Granby is by far the largest of the three lakes. Beacon Landing Marina is on site and you can rent boats, hire a fishing guide, and/or buy any fishing equipment needed to fish year round. For more details visit the Beacon Landing Marina website. The views of the lake and the mountains from all three levels is breathtaking. We find our home one of the most relaxing places we have ever been.

Fantastic location and views!
The unit was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen all the way to fun games! We needed nothing, but our food! The furnishings were lovely and the linens plush! Every room has a view of the lake and it was so peaceful sitting outside on the decks on all three levels. It's a short drive to Grand Lake, where there is plenty to do - shopping, entertainment, the Grand Lake Lodge, and entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. I would strongly recommend this property.
Thank you for sharing your experience for our future guests.
Happy New Year! Beautiful lakefront townhome!
Lovely townhome with gorgeous lake views. Stocked with everything we could ever need. Beds were comfy and the added touch of Christmas decor made it festive. We loved bringing in 2018 here! Hope to stay again!
We loved staying in this condo on the lake! Very homey and clean and Deborah York was great to help with any questions that we had! Would love to come back!
Beautiful place! Definitely would stay here again!
Absolutely beautiful place..very clean... has everything you need... breath taking views of Granby lake and mountains... only thing that happened during our stay was our fishing trip was canceled due to emergency with the charter company and we also had a atv ride scheduled but Trail Ridge Road was shut down due to snow in the Rocky’s... so had to take long way home and we couldn’t make it in time... but nothing owner of rental could do... would rent again for sure! :)
Very nice property, especially if you're there to fish!
Deborah is amazingly easy to work with, and a very attentive landlord. She went out of her way to ensure the sleeping arrangements were conducive to my family, and communicated extremely well. The property is very nice, we wish we could've used the community firepit, and the location was very convenient. The only drawback is the very early morning noise of Marina tenants pulling up with diesel trucks and your windows open trying to enjoy the crisp mountain air.
My wife, two daughters, son in law, and granddaughter really enjoyed our three day stay. The condo is well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. We rented a boat one day and it was great to be able to just walk out of the unit and jump in the boat. Access to RMNP was also a big plus. Lake views from the condo were much enjoyed. Would recommend this property anytime.
We are located 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The park has abundant wildlife viewing that includes Elk, Deer, Mountain Goats and the occasional Mountain Lion or Bear. There is a wide variety of hiking trails in the park. Fall is a excellent time to see the Elk and fall colors as there are fewer people in the park after Labor Day. Other Activities: boating, wildlife viewing, mini golf, shopping, biking, snowmobiling, rock climbing, horseshoes
