The 'Residenza Roggiolo' is about 4 km above Luino in a fantastic, quiet and sunny panoramic position. In approximately 1 km you will reach a restaurant and a grocery store. From the apartments you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. Each apartment is newly furnished with taste and well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Of great recreational value also the beautiful outdoor spaces: Each apartment has a terrace and a garden or a balcony, each with gigantic view of the lake and the mountains. The residence includes (weather permitting open from about a 14 mx 6 m pool Mid-April to about In mid-October). The pool is a 400 m² large lawn, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. Pets are not allowed. To navigate the Internet there is a free wireless Internet access available. Luino (about 15 000 inhabitants) is of Roman origin (Luvinum) and was mentioned for the first time in 1169 as Luvino.
