On its 81m² the pleasant flat provides a generous ante room, a separate kitchen, a classic livingroom with an oak hardwood floor, a master bedroom with a king size bed, an additional room with pull-out double bed, a modern bathroom with washerdryer, a separate toilet and a delightful balcony with a view to the green courtyard. Generous ceiling heights as well as classic gullwing doors and box-type windows create a wonderful, cozy atmosphere for up to 4 persons. Seperate baby bed and high chair are also available. The fully equipped kitchen provides gas-stove, fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils.
Also included are home appliances such as washerdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironboard. Home entertainment amenities include a flatscreen tv (Samsung Smart-TV) for the reception of Astra channels and a stereo set with USB-Dock.

The central location of our building offers an excellent infrastructure. Währing is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Vienna. With a wide variety of shopping opportunities, restaurants and cultural attractions very close by and the ideal connection to public transport these are the perfect city apartments.

Apartment 8 is situated on the first floor above ground floor. Apartment 12 is situated on the third floor. We don't have an elevator in our building.

With more than 80m² our apartments offer plenty of space for families, couples or groups. Our location is perfectly connected with the public transport system (7min to the city center) but also offers various shops in close proximity.

As a registered real estate ownership we pay taxes and stick to Austrian law and regulations. Therefor we can also provide a proper invoice with VAT should you need it for reimbursement (eg. by your employer). Invoices can be issued in German or English.

The apartment is an easy one-floor walk up with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. It has a small terrace where my friend who smokes could easily step out out for a cigarette. The kitchen is small but perfect for one person cooking a meal. The toilet and tub/shower room are separate, which helps. The washing machine also dries, and it works well. The landlord has a fairly clear instruction sheet for that. The trams go by just outside the apartment, and can be noisy, but it didn't interrupt our sleep.Everyone was very pleasant and the market a few blocks away was well stocked with great food. The landlord was very accommodating when we needed some extra time on checkout day. I could have stayed in this apartment quite comfortably for much longer. Thanks for a great time.
This apartment had everything that we needed for a fabulous stay in Vienna. The location was perfect - just 2 minutes' walk to a subway station that took us all around the city. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, with beautiful, high ceilings, and large windows to let in the light. Everything was very clean and neat and the owners provide linens and towels and everything you need in the kitchen. There are two bedrooms, with the master bedroom being huge. There's a roomy living room area that is perfect for family meals, watching TV or just relaxing at the end of the day. A family of 4 or 5 would find this apartment to be plenty large enough. There's a SPAR grocery store just a few minutes away, and some great restaurants. You won't be sorry if you choose this great apartment in the lovely city of Vienna. Thanks, Thomas, for a great stay!
Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Sehr gut angebunden. U-Bahn und Straßenbahnhaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fußläufig sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen vor der Anreise waren professionell. Alles klappte prima. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super.
Sehr netter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Wohnung sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig, gemütlich und ist mit allem, was man für eine mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt, ausgestattet. Der Bezirk, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm und bietet genügend Einkaufsmöglicheiten. Zudem ist die Wohnung bestens ans öffentliche Verkehsnetz angebunden. Wir habe uns als 4-köpfige Familie sofort wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so für eine mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht. Sie liegt in einem sehr netten Bezirk mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist bestens an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden.
Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war diese Unterkunft perfekt. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt.
