Our charming, classical Viennese style apartments are located close to the Volksoper and the Inner City.
Each of our pleasant flats provide a generous ante room, a separate kitchen, a classic livingroom with an oak hardwood floor, up to three bedrooms, a modern bathroom with washer-dryer and a separate toilet.
Generous ceiling heights as well as classic doors and box-type windows create a wonderful, cozy atmosphere for up to 5 persons. Additionally a seperate baby bed and high chair are also available on request.
The fully equipped kitchen provides gas-stove, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils.

Also included are home appliances such as washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironboard.
Home entertainment amenities include flatscreen tv (Samsung Smart-TV) for the reception of Astra (HD) and local terrestral channels, a stereo system with iPod/USB dock and free wireless internet.

Apartment 8 is situated on the first floor above ground floor. Apartment 12 is situated on the third floor. We don't have an elevator in our building.

With more than 80m² our apartments offer plenty of space for families, couples or groups. Our location is perfectly connected with the public transport system (7min to the city center) but also offers various shops in close proximity.
Need a proper invoice?
As a registered real estate ownership we pay taxes and stick to Austrian law and regulations. Therefor we can also provide a proper invoice with VAT should you need it for reimbursement (eg. by your employer). Invoices can be issued in German or English.
This apartment had everything that we needed for a fabulous stay in Vienna. The location was perfect - just 2 minutes' walk to a subway station that took us all around the city. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, with beautiful, high ceilings, and large windows to let in the light. Everything was very clean and neat and the owners provide linens and towels and everything you need in the kitchen. There are two bedrooms, with the master bedroom being huge. There's a roomy living room area that is perfect for family meals, watching TV or just relaxing at the end of the day. A family of 4 or 5 would find this apartment to be plenty large enough. There's a SPAR grocery store just a few minutes away, and some great restaurants. You won't be sorry if you choose this great apartment in the lovely city of Vienna. Thanks, Thomas, for a great stay!
Sehr netter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Wohnung sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig, gemütlich und ist mit allem, was man für eine mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt, ausgestattet. Der Bezirk, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm und bietet genügend Einkaufsmöglicheiten. Zudem ist die Wohnung bestens ans öffentliche Verkehsnetz angebunden. Wir habe uns als 4-köpfige Familie sofort wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so für eine mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht. Sie liegt in einem sehr netten Bezirk mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist bestens an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden.
Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war diese Unterkunft perfekt. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt.

We stayed in the apartment from November 2015 until January 2016 for professional purposes. It is a very spacious apartment and also very clean. We stayed there with two adults and a toddler and we had friends coming over from abroad in the weekends to visit us.
The apartment is spacious enough for four adults to stay in. It has very high beautiful ceilings and large windows to enlighten the rooms. The master bedroom is huge and has very comfortable beds. Even the bed in the guest room was experienced as being very comfortable. There is a big bathroom with a bath to relax. The apartment had practically all facilities we wished for.
The kitchen could be experienced as small but I think looks are deceiving. We managed very well in this kitchen.
The apartment is located 20 minutes walking from the city centre or only 8 minutes by tram. The tram stop is just 1 minute walking from the apartment. The subway is also only 1 minute away from the apartment. So from this apartment it is very easy to visit all of Vienna.
If I was to point out any negative thing about the apartment it would be that we sometimes missed an oven, but I don’t think that most people would miss it when visiting for a short period. Due to the amount of light in the rooms at night I had problems sleeping.
The host was very friendly and helpfull. For example we texted him when the internet wasn’t working properly and then he fixed the problem immediately.
We had a fantastic time in Vienna and we will definitely stay in this apartment again during our next visit to the city.
In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns sofort WOHL gefühlt.
Alles ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die S- und die U-Bahn (Linie U6) ist nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Von daher kommt man gut in die Stadt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Wir konnten früh Morgens in die Wohnung.
