Great space in Warehouse/Arts District

This apartment was in a convenient location, close to convention center (we were there for a conference) and the French Quarter. Homey and well appointed. The upstairs loft was spacious but the staircase is a little difficult to maneuver. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this unit for a family or group!

We are frequent visitors to Nola. We live only an hour away. We will be staying here again in the future. Nice alternative to a hotel. Great courtyard!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and i could not have been more pleased! There was a total of 5 of us who stayed in the rental and we had plenty of room. Great location. I honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Great NOLA rental

Sitting in the dining area of this walk-up waiting on the sun to rise so we can begin our trip home. Group of 5 women have thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It is close enough to all the excitement of New Orleans without having to be right in the middle of it. Very well appointed. We brought towels and things that we've needed for previous vrbo's but did not have to unpack them. St. Charles trolley is a block away. Very walkable to French Quarter if you choose. Uber was great when the trolley was slow. Very clean, very charming. Openness of rooms was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden gem

Myself and a group of 7 stayed at this property on Julia st for NYE and absolutely loved it! Sandra and Heather were very accommodating and easy to reach when needed. The condo is kind of hard to find (it doesn't just stick out) but thats what makes it even more amazing. The master bath was absolutely gorgeous as was the master bedroom. One thing to note is that there are no doors to the rooms, but it didn't affect any of us very much. About a 10-15 min walk to Canal st and $10 uber drive to Bourbon. Plenty of nearby parking and restaurants as well. There was more than enough towels and storage space to place our bags. Absolutely loved this place and would totally recommend it to anyone staying in NOLA. Thank you so much for allowing us to there!
