Apartamento Terraza

The flat on first floor features a generous terrace of over 50m² and has a terrific view of the town of Cádiz and the sea. In the flat, there are 7 beds in total on a floor area of 60m². The living room is equipped with a large dining table, a TV and a sofa. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, a large fridge and all the necessary kitchenware. The kitchen leads to another terrace (24m²) located on the second floor, where you will find the laundry room and a washing machine. Naturally, there is hot water in both the kitchen and the bathroom.

Apartment "Terraza" has a 60m² terrace with sea view. The apartment is best for big families and groups with up to 10 people. In addition there is one bunk bed for 2 children.

Apartment "Playa": We have completed the renovation on this flat in 2015 and we are looking forward to welcome our first guests. This apartment is on the ground floor and the entry is just a couple of meters away from the beach. The living room is equipped with a large dining table and a fire place for cozy evenings. The lovely arranged 15m² terrace is one of the favorite places of the flat. The flat is also suitable for infants. Apartment Playa is perfect for families or groups up to 6 people (+1 infant)

Apartment "Patio": If you are looking for a favorable flat near the beach than is this apartment perfect. It has all you need and the beach is just around the corner a couple of meters away. The flat can hold up to 6 people.

Apartment "Playa & Patio": Both flats Playa and Patio are on the ground floor and can be combined. This will transform both flats into one huge flat with two kitchens and bathrooms for up to 12 people. If you are interested please do not hesitate to contact us to get more information.

If you are traveling by car then we can offer you a garage place to park your car just a couple of meters away. However this only applies when booked with us via e-mail as we have only one parking lot available for the whole house. Alternative public parking space are available up to two kilometers away. More information can be communicated with our colleague Juan on spot when he hands over the keys.

About Rota:

At the Bay of Cádiz, in the heart of the Atlantic coast of Andalusia, lies the quaint town of Rota. With its local economy traditionally based on agriculture and fishing, today its main source of income is tourism. This is owed to the region’s good climate and beautiful beaches boasting fine, golden sand. Rota’s most popular sand beach – undoubtedly one of the most beautiful ones in Spain – is La Costilla, which is situated directly at the foot of the town. Year after year, it is awarded with the European Blue Flag for its clean seawater. During high season, Rota becomes with its Spanish tourists a lively village.

The house features two holiday flats and is located directly on first line of the palm tree promenade. The larger one of the flats has a generous terrace and a splendid view of the sea, whereas the other flat includes a typical Andalusian patio.

Apart from the beaches, the old town centre is the other great treasure of this township. In 2003, it was listed: its Andalusian whitewashed houses, narrow alleys embellished with flower pots as well as the medieval part of town with its remains of the old town wall make it a true jewel. The ancient Castillo de Luna (Castle of the Moon) has always been tightly connected to the history of Rota and was thus included in the municipal coat of arms.

By its nature, Rota is a typical Andalusian town. The bright alleys and many corners steeped in tradition cast a special spell on its visitors. Its many attractions and charms make it an unforgettable place to be.

About Family Mahler

We are a family of Freiburg, which has now also spread to Berlin and Oslo. We bought the house in 1984 practically in ruins and built it up over many years. In 2012, we have put a lot of work in the house and are excited about the new quality of living.

Alles was man braucht direkt am Strand und toller

Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Reihe vom Strand direkt an der Promenade. Sie eignet sich super für einen Urlaub in der Gruppe da genügend Schlafplätze sowie Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Besonders die riesige Terrasse mit Tischen, Stühlen, Sonnenliegen und Grill ist super schön und man kann jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachten. Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen ausgestattet, Supermärkte und Restaurants gibt es genügend in der Nähe. Auch nach Cadiz und Sevilla ist es nicht weit. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Schöner Urlaub in Rota

Das Apartamento Terraza ist wie gemacht für einen entspannten Urlaub in Rota. Direkt am Strand und in der Innenstadt gelegen, bietet es den Besuchern alles was man braucht: Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Bad mit Regenwalddusche und zwei sehr große Terrassen, auf denen man wunderbar das Wetter und die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und bieten bis zu 8 Leuten Platz. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars, Eisläden und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

Super Wohnung mit traumhafte Terrasse

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Top Lage direkt am Strand(1 min laufweg) und in der Nähe sind zahlreiche Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Super schöner Strand und die Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend waren das i Tüpfelchen. Würde auf jedenfall nochmal kommen.

Wunderschöner Meerblick

Perfekte Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt und wir haben die Traumlage genossen. Ob Grillen auf der Terasse oder wirklich in 1 Minute direkt im Meer schwimmen, war einfach top!

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand. Auch sonst hat es in der Wohnung an nix gefehlt. Perfekt für Familien oder größere Gruppen. Auf der geräumigen Terasse konnte man Abends super Grillen oder einfach in ein paar Minuten direkt im Städchen essen.
