The villa is Frischmuth Manor, which was originally built around 1880 and has been family for generations.
In spring 2012, the time-honored house was completely renovated.
We have great care taken to preserve the original features so as the wonderful charm
of the house and of course the nature reserve in which the property is not disturbing.
At the same time the house has been equipped with every comfort and completely new building technology.
Overall, only 2 apartments are available at this property with a park-like plot of about 2000 m²
and a dead forest of about 10 000 m².
The in-house and private natural beach is located directly below the house on the shores of Lake Altaussee.
This crystal clear lake with a total area of about 2.5 square kilometers is also entirely in the nature reserve and has absolute Trikwasserqualität.
The water temperatures reach in the summer often up to 24 degrees and therefore this is also the right place for a
wonderful beach holiday.
In winter the lake freezes usually to fully and reflective ice provides a Beautiful sight.
Hikers can reach through the woods the way to our local mountain the ,, Loser'' right behind the house,
there to climb the Loser summit or to enjoy on the Loserhütte the specialty restaurant.
The hike around the lake is also a special experience of nature
at ,, liquid Sonnenschein'' we maintain the rain to call it :-)
