Largest and most exclusive apartment in the entire system, offering lowest sqm Rent (apartment was formerly part of the builder of the system) and only this apartment really has sun on the terrace of the entire morning until sunset!

Enjoy on almost 45sqm terrace at dinner or a glass of wine this unique sunset, a better view does not exist in the system! Just feel good in your vacation in this spacious apartment close to the beach. The 40 square meter living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining area for 6 people (highchair if required), if necessary additionally with a pullout couch for 7 person if needed!LED TV with satellite system and dt. TV of course!WLAN from October 2015 !.Separated by a large glazed sliding door you enter the fully equipped kitchen with separated again 'laundry area'. The big new Rattanmöbelgarnitur with 8 chairs on the terrace offers ample space for all residents of the apartment, additionally there is a large mosaic ceramic table with 6 teak chairs as an alternative to the large Terrasse.Über the Rattangarnitur we have a large solar array to protection from the strong sun excited! Four new sun loungers are available on the terrace, including 2 exclusive Rattan Roll couches and two chairs with built-in sun protection. An electric grill is here available if required!On the next floor 2 bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom facing the street (quiet street). 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2m, Leather-clad) with en suite bathroom, the other bedroom (double bed 180x200cm) + (in Bedroom 3 also has a large leather bed 180x200cm, as in SZ 1) There is a separate bathroom - both with bath - available. Cot available if required!

The kitchen is well equipped: ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine + Tschibo capsule machine for espresso, coffee crema + LatteMacciato, kettle, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, dishes, electric grill for the balcony, washing machine, toaster and now a brand new ice machine, large gas grill and additional mobile air conditioner !!!They feature permanently installed air conditioning !!!

Great apartment in a lovely area

We have just returned from this apartment and had a fantastic time. The place is exactly as the owner mentions in his write up. The owner was always able to answer any questions we had and his local person was not far away. The area is very quiet with 3 fantastic local beaches and the complex’s pool (a good size) was very quiet whenever we used it For the best places to eat you need to go to Porto Cristo or Porto Colom which both contain some very good restaurants. However, just a two a minute walk away is a bar called Chiringo run by a local family, we used this for a drinks and snacks and at the same time made use of the free WIFI. If we go back to Majorca and this area we would consider staying here again. Thanks Toni.

Nice place but terrible service and communication

There were no arrangements made for key on arrival, eventually managed to track down the German-speaking agent to let us in (very pleasant but spoke no English at all), no information about apartment on arrival. Double bed wrongly assembled and collapsed on first night. Fairly minor things which would not merit a mention here... except that the air conditioning was not working (although the owner had just been staying there). Too hot at night to sleep. Cue countless texts and emails to local agent and owner in Germany in rusty German. The aircon was finally mended, predictably, on the morning of our departure 12 days later. The owner had the nerve to say that he didn’t think we needed aircon as it wasn’t all that hot (and this was in mid-August in an apartment not built to stay cool). We would never have rented an apartment without aircon in the height of summer and it was included in the rental description.

Small things can and do go wrong on holiday but there should be an effective agent to take charge (not the customer) and problems shouldn't take 12 days to fix! All in all this was a lot of hassle that you don't need on holiday. Don't take a chance on this place (especially if you don't speak German!). There are plenty of other lovely apartments in this area to choose from.

Owner's Response: Warum dürfen die Engländer gleich 2x eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben?Solche "Urlauber",die mit Nichts zufrieden sind,nur meckern und Geld zurück fordern und auch noch damit drohen,eine schlechte Bewertung ab zu geben,falls man nicht 30% zurück bezahlt,will ich nicht mehr in meiner Wohnung haben!!!

Schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Anlage

Die Wohnung hat alles, was wir benötigten. Es fehlte an nichts. Sie hatte auch einen Trockner, was wir eigentlich bei den sehr warmen Temperaturen im Juli dort überhaupt nicht benötigten. Unsere Kinder waren auch sehr glücklich, besonders mit dem Pool;-).

Der Vermieter war nett und gut erreichbar über sein Handy und die Verwalterin, die vor Ort ist, war auch überaus nett und hilfsbereit.

Wer also einen ruhigen Urlaub in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Cala Mandia / Porto Christo machen möchte, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Tolle 10 Tage in einem Super Appartment,Strandnah!

Tolle 10 Tage in einem perfekt eingerichteten,sehr großen Appartment über 2 Etagen verbracht; beeindruckende Aussicht von der Terrasse ins Landesinnere,auf welcher die Sonne den ganzen Tag scheint; 3 traumhafte Buchten in kürzer Entfernung erreichbar(Cala Mandia,Cala Anguila und Cala Romantika);Pool groß und völlig ausreichend,am Besten am Abend oder früh besuchen,dann ist man dort ungestört!Wir kommen wieder - 100%!

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, alles war wie es im Internet beschrieben ist.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber, die Dachterasse mit dem Grill hat uns einige nette Stunden beschert.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin war sehr nett, alle waren hilfsbereit.

Der Ort ist schön klein, dort können etwas größere Kinder auch mal alleine im Supermarkt einkaufen (-:

Die 3 Strandbuchten waren super, sauber und schön flaches Wasser.

Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub ist leider zu Ende. Die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Anlage hält was die Bilder versprechen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Streifzüge über die Insel und zum Meer. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Der Kontakt vor und während des Urlaubs war super.

Gorgeous duplex penthouse apartment with a view from the terrace in the nature reserve! With large communal pool in quiet complex!Important: Our condo has the quietest location in the plant, no nuisance barking dogs or direct neighbors above or below (Spanish neighbors !!!).As in the other apartments offered this facility!Apartment below us is empty, apartment next to us heard a German who is not often suburb! Walk about 5 minutes to the beautiful Cala Mandia (beach house), 10min or 15min to Cala Anguilla Cala Romantica, 3 beautiful beaches with turquoise waters nearby!Porto Cristo with its tranquil harbor, the famous Caves of Drach and shopping by car about 5min, 10min to Cala Millor, Manacor about 15 minutes! Distance from Palma airport approx 65km, takes about 45 minutes!Great beaches (Cala Vaques, Cala Mondrago, Cala Dor, etc.) to the East Coast down to Colonia Saint Jordi galore!Cala Ratjada about 25-30min travel time!Therefore recommended rental car, there is much to admire!Use of the water park at the hotel below possible for children / toddlers!WLAN from October 2015!
