This ancient estate enjoys an excellent initial situation in the west of Sicily in a panoramic hill country dominated of vineyards; shops and good country trattorias in and near Fulgatore and Napola (2 km), winery with delicious vin ordinaire in the village. Motorway entrance at 2,5 km (Palermo-Trapani), Erice 20 km, Val D’Erice 12 km, Segesta with Greek temple and ancient town 12 km, Trapani (port with ferry boat to the Aegadean Islands) and the conservation area of the saltworks 10-15 km, the beach of Marausa 15 km. Also the Phoenician town Mozia, situated in the lagoon in the south of Trapani, Marsala and Selinunte can be reached within less than one hour.

A private entrance leads to the estate situated on a piece of land (ca 2500 sqm) in hillside location with a population of old trees: pines, olives, fig- and fruit trees...it’s very easy to be enthralled by the irresistible bucolic peace!

A small private pool (ca 5 m x 9 m, in operation from ca. 15.5. to october) with a terrace of natural stone is increasing the recreational value.

The equipment is good and extensive, a number of old valuable pieces of furniture, high rooms with typical wooden beam ceilings, nice tiled floors made of terracotta; to be heated with wood-burning stove.
