The whole building has been refurbished in 2012. Our apartments 'Atelier in der Sonne' and 'Apartment in der Sonne' have been single-handedly deisinged and renovated by us using high-quality materials. Both of the apartments are also used by us personally as a family holiday destination in the Bavarian mountains. The homes are locaed in a quiet southern exposed spot without traffic and a view on the mountains called Kienberg, Breitenberg and Aggenstein. It is a nice place to relax throughout all seasons and no matter weather you are looking for a sportive and active or relaxed and quiet holiday.

We try to do our best in order to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

About Simon Seez

End of 2011 the former hotel "In der Sonne" has been sold by the former long-time owner for reasons of age. After that the building got transformed into holiday apartments. Our family were the first being interested, who realized tha beauty and speciality of the property. We chose a roof apartment in the third floor with lodiga and balcony and a part of the former welness and sauna area and started to renovate the two apartmens based on our ideas and put all our efforts during 2012. The two apartments of course are family owned and remained also in use for local recreation for mostly skiing in Austria during the winter season, because we are from Augsburg, which is a nice historical city no far from Pfronten. Also for this reason we pay a lot of attention to maintain the property and keep it in mint condition.

1. Our aparmtents offer a great view into the mountains and do have southern exposure. Enjoy the breakfast 'In der Sonne' in a literal and metaphorical sense.

2. In both apartments the bedrooms provide direct access to fully equipped bathrooms.

3. The 'Atelier in der Sonne' offers high ceilings and an extraordinary window front with view into the green and the mountains. This is because of its former use as the wellness area of th hotel.

4. Both of the aparments are equipped with selected furnitures and details in order to provide a feeling of comfort.

5. Both of the apartments are free from any chemical construction material and therefor suitable for allergy sufferer.

What makes this apartment unique

- In both of the apartments there is enough space for up to 6 people.

- Parking lots are directly next to the objects.

- A room for your ski and biking equipemnt is available.

- Sledges are available.

- Washing machine and drying room are in the basement.

- The 'Aparment in der Sonne' does have two gas stoves next to the ceran stoves on top of the oven.

- Feel free to realax in the generous corner bathtub.

- Feel free to aks us for tips and first hand advice for planning your holiday and any activities. A folder with tours and beautiful places documented with the use of self made photos and texts is waiting for you.

- We personally hand over the keys and manage the payment of the spa tax for you. Of course we are available for all needs, worries and problems.

- No extra for electricity, gas or water.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed staying in Simon's apartment. Simon is a wonderful host and the apartment is extremely comfortable and it is a beautiful short walk to the town.

The bedroom downstairs is particularly luxurious and the view from every room is beautiful. We thoroughly recommend Simon and his apartment.

Auch wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser super gepflegten FeWo und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist tip top sauber, schön eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Neben der Wohnung ist auch der Vermieter erster Klasse, und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war einfach bestens.

Kommen auch selbst gerne wieder - herzlichen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Alles richtig klasse

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wie beschrieben. Hr. Seez ist sehr freundlich und ein willkommengeschenk gab es auch noch, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist wirklich klasse. Wir haben viel unternommen da die Gegend wirklich schön ist. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.
