Newly Refurbished 2 bed apartment in Period Building, Surrounded by Main Sites

Locations do not get much better than this. Situated in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by the Plaza de Toros, the river and La Maestranza Opera House. Seville's most famous tapas bars and restaurants are on your door step. The building has a roof terrace with phenomenal views across the skyline including one of the Giralda which is just 2 minutes away. The famous Semana Santa parades come directly under the apartment windows and it is a short walk from the Feria district. The apartment has recently been refurbished and has fine high ceilings, wooden floors and French windows to the street. All rooms have air-con, very important in Seville!

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and two French windows looking onto the street.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a large French window facing the Calle Iris (the street that the matadors walk along to enter La Plaza de Toros!).

Beautiful and Comfortable Seville Apartment

This beautiful Sevillano apartment was the jewel of our stay in Spain!

The apartment was in wonderful condition; clean, spacious and very comfortable. My husband and I stopped in Seville for the first leg of our honeymoon and could not have found a better place to stay. The many windows open to allow fresh air, breeze and the street sounds from below. The property is very well decorated and full of comfortable furniture. Strong wi-fi signal as well!

Fully functioning kitchen was a plus! Stove and oven (a rarity in city center apartments, I've heard!), dishwasher, washing machine, and full-size refrigerator. We were able to keep a few snacks, bottles of wine, and breakfast food in our apartment during our stay. The large bathroom is also a great luxury. Great shower, large sink and plenty of room to store toiletries and towels.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Right near the river and Triana district, a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral and city center, and surrounded by delicious tapas bars and cafes.

We had no trouble in contacting the owner or property managers, and were welcomed in person by someone from the property to let us in, show us how things work and give us some great recommendations around the city.

My husband and I had a wonderful time integrating into the Seville hustle and bustle, and enjoyed the city immensely. Can't wait to visit again in the figure. Highly recommended!

Awesruck in Sevilla

We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. If anything the description undersells all this apartment has to offer. We enjoyed a couple days of Semana Santa and then the excitement led into the festivities of the first bull fight on Easter Sunday. The matadors were escorted right under our balcony window. Even with all the excitement, the apartment was quiet when we wanted it. Location is perfect for catching the metro and easy walking to so so much! All the comforts we could hope for and more. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms very comfortable with plenty of storage and the apartment was clean and spacious. our family of 4 (two teenagers) felt right at home. The management staff went out of their way to get us settled in during a busy Semana Santa Thursday. Thanks for a wonderful week in Sevilla!!

Great ending to Spain trip!

We're spending our last few days in Spain (3 week trip total) here and couldn't be happier! The apartment is clean, well-appointed (with fully functioning WiFi--a must for our kids-- and fully functioning A/C--a must for all in this HOT Spanish summer!) and well-located. Shopping nearby--we've already bought two pairs of shoes while walking to dinner!

I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for comforts of home (mattress was sooo comfy!) while on vacation.

Well appointed, comfotable and spacious

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights with our 2 teenagers. Plenty of room and all the mod-cons with a really good kitchen. It is next to the bullring but does not seem to be in a touristy area for non-Spaniards. Walking distance to all the main attractions - Real Alcazar, Cathedral. It was across the road from a couple of tapas bars which got a bit noisy on a Friday night - but everyone was rowdy happy. We ate in one of these tapas bars and the food was quite good - home cooked style food.

perfect location in Sevilla

I am a VRBO owner as well so I appreciate the great communication we had with owner. We visited Sevilla during the annual Feria (pricier time of year) but it was wonderful with perfect weather. Very easy access to the apartment and the check in staff was helpful and accommodating. We had no problems with wi fi and the apt. was spotlessly clean. Location is fantastic as previous reviews state. Next to bull ring which we did not visit (but saw the matadors exit from our balcony with much fan fare!) I am not a fan of the sport and many locals do not approve either but it is very popular. Great restaurants within walking distance. The river is one block away and many famous sites are easily within walking distance. Sevilla is a beautiful city and the people are friendly. Highly recommend this apt.

Wonderful Location and Apartment

Our first time in Sevilla and our stay convinced us to come back next year for even longer. We stayed in this apartment for a month and everything was as advertised and even better. We had no idea how perfect the location was until we started to explore. The Bull Ring was literally next door so depending on how you feel about Bull fights and crowds, it would be wise to know if they're in session. The River is 1/2 block. The market (Mercado Arenal) is 3 blocks with lots of fresh produce, meats, fish, etc. All the Major Sights are within 10 minutes walk but that holds true for most places in Sevilla as it is a beautilful little walking city which held our interest for a month.

Sevilla may have more tapas bars then anywhere on earth and that includes the ones directly across the street. When busy (friday/sat nights) it gets loud so you can't leave the windows open. When closed, the noise is shut out.

The apartment is nicely furnished. Pretty big living room. Well equipped kitchen. Adequate bedrooms and a beautilful bathroom. It is also very bright with large windows opening to the street with little balconies for standing. I loved the light.

The wi-fi went out during the month and the property manager was very good about replacing the router. There is a washing machine. No dryer but we used the drying rack and it was fine. There are also clotheslines on the roof.

We've stayed at lots of VRBOs around the world and would completely recommend this apartment.

Should you want to use Seville as a base for exploring Andalucia, Jerez is only a 30 min journey; Cordoba, Cadiz and Ronda are just over one hour away and Granada is approximately 2 hours drive.
