Tranquil location on a dead end street in a small village next to the Botanical Garden, located on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz, Casa Alpha offers through its large windows a wonderful-view of the Atlantic Ocean and the highest with 3717m mountain of Spain, Teide. The wrap-around deck offers direct access to the spacious living room, kitchen and master bedroom. A few steps lead to the tropical plants and flowers overgrown garden and renovated in 2015 approximately 5 x 8m large and Duch a solar heated pool.

House, pool and gardens are very private for the most part.

The Stadtzentum and the nearest beach is about 1.3km away.

In Puerto de la Cruz, the most popular resort in the green north of Tenerife, you will find a beautiful, large, well maintained newly created lava sand beach with service (Playa Jardin), the other a huge, by the famous architect Cesar Manrique designed with water fountains and lava Water park, with warm water about 22 degrees in the winter.

Puerto de La Cruz also offers a, botanical gardens, a water, and an orchid garden, a casino and in the beautiful old town an old fishing port, interesting old houses with carved wooden balconies, plazas and hübche small alleys with pubs where z. Tl. Spanish live music is played.

A highlight is also the famous Loro Park with its myriad of Tl for free flying parrots, the orca, dolphin, seal, -.. And bird's eye view, the tunnel aquarium, the Penguin Arctic, and still many other attractions.

Ideal base for walking or Mounainbiking is affiliated Orotava valley or the nature reserve around the Teide. (All accessible by bus)

Puerto in March

The villa is in a quiet residential area in a street of well kept properties and near to The Diver hotel.

The week was everything we wanted: Very relaxing & peaceful but close to local amenities in La Paz & Durazno.

The garden and pool are fantastic. Inside is very large with 2 excellent sized bedrooms one with en-suite, a further bathroom, good sized, well equipped kitchen, a huge living room with a panoramic view over the valley towards Puerto & the sea plus a further bedroom at the front.

I loved the villa and the local area and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent communications with Theo as well.

Weitblick

Wi r waren drei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus wovon uns alleine schon der traumhafte Ausblick auf Meer und Teide gefallen hat. Da wir schon öfter auf Teneriffa waren, konnten wir Haus und Garten richtig geniessen und haben diesmal weniger Ausflüge gemacht. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen - es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, es liegt ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in La Paz.

Das einzig schwierige war das Parken am Grundstück - am besten man hat ein kleines Auto, ansonsten parkt man auf der Strasse unterhalb des Grundstücks. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Teneriffa fliegen, würden wir auf jeden Fall dieses Domizil wählen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub und problemlosen Ablauf.

Prima huis, lekker ruim, prachtig uitzicht, geweldige buitenruimte

We hebben vooral genoten van de buitenruimte: het terras rondom het huis, de goed onderhouden tuin en het zwembad. En daar bovenop nog dat prachtige uitzicht, zowel op de stad en de zee, als op de Teide. Beter kon niet.

Super !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft eine wunderschöne Zeit verbringen können und unser Fazit: Es war super!!!!!!!! Es fehlte uns an nichts - alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Von Infomaterial zum Erkunden der Insel bis hin zur kleinen Pfanne - es ist alles da.

Des weiteren ist eine Info - Mappe mit allen notwendigen Informationen rund ums Haus vorhanden. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und bedanken uns für die wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa Alpha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Situation de la maison idéale. Quartier calme et résidentiel. Pas de bruit.

Coin jardin parfait. Interieur spacieux et parfait pour6 personnes. Tres lumineux et vue magnifique. Par contre linge de maison plus que vieillissant et devrait etre renouvelé.idem pour la literie. Un menage complet et en profondeur de la villa ne serait pas superflu.
