Light and bright, upscale, spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa with cathedral ceilings and den located on quiet, quaint street in the exclusive and most desirable Park Shore area of Naples, FL.
Our vacation villa is located in the very best area of Naples, FL, located WEST of 41. Our vacation villa is close to everything with its super short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops including the upscale waterside shops and Naples Philharmonic now known Artis.
Spacious, Luxury, Updated, Super Clean Villa has lots of modern style with a WOW feeling as soon as you enter through the private tropical garden courtyard and into the front door with its 20 foot high, bright and airy cathedral ceilings. Lots of sunshine / natural light (Southern exposure) throughout this entire villa home.
The villa has an open floor plan with large tile throughout the first floor of home. Brand new hardwood floors (hickory) installed in the upstairs 2 bedrooms. No carpeting for us allergy sensitive people in this home. The large master suite is located on the first floor allowing privacy to spread out for your entire family. The villa home has a fully equipped kitchen with newer cabinets granite counter top, as well as drinking water filtration system (which will save you the expense and burden of needing to spend money on bottled water during your stay).
MASTER BEDROOM / EN SUITE
King sized bed in master bedroom, extra large EN SUITE with large soaking tub and a separate shower area. as well as separate toilet room. 3 closets including a large walk in closet complete this master suite. The bed is a super comfortable newer memory / tempur-pedic style mattress. I have had MANY renters send me emails upon returning home, asking me to let them know the name brand of my mattresses!
King bed in guest bedroom #1 with large closet - beautiful new hand scraped hickory hardwood floors. We feel that carpet irritates allergies, therefore we have eliminated all of the carpet from our villa replacing it with beautiful hickory hardwood floors. The bed is a newer super comfortable tempur-pedic style bed.
Queen (also newer tempur-pedic style) bed in guest bedroom #2 with large walk in closet - gorgeous hand scraped hardwood (hickory) floors.
FLAT SCREEN TELEVISIONS - are included in each bedroom with large flat screen lcd television and VCR/DVD player also in sitting room / den. All bed linens are high quality / 500 and higher thread count and TOWELS are included in your stay including beach and pool and beach towels.
Villa has own PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL l (weekly swimming pool care service included) inside the large southern exposure covered lanai area. Please make certain that if you are traveling with children to make sure that they are supervised at all times at the swimming pool.
The villa pool area includes 4 chaise lounge chairs, new broyhill patio dining table and seating for 6.

WEST of 41 means very easy and short walk to the beach. Please check a Naples map prior to booking any vacation rental so that you are certain that you are in an area that is in your desired location. Naples, FL is actually quite large in square miles and extends as far as 20 miles or more away (EAST) from the beach. We are located less then a 1 mile easy walk (or bike ride and we do supply the bikes) from the beach in the very highly desirable Park Shore community.
We provide a complimentary BEACH PASS for the exclusive private community beach for you to use during your entire stay. We also provide BICYCLES for your use should you wish to enjoy a quick bike ride to the beach.
The villa comes with it's own private pool (heater usage is optional at additional daily fee). This home is not your typical warn out vacation rental, true luxury, immaculate clean and has the open space your entire family will enjoy during your vacation!.

Well trained dogs who are able to stay off the furniture. are considered with additional $500.00 security deposit and additional cleaning fee to allow for deep cleaning between guests. No cats (sorry) due to owners allergies. We must have at least 24 hours between guests to accommodate any canine guests to allow for the extra time needed for full professional and very deep cleaning. Every surface is touched and cleaned between canine renters. Breed restrictions DO apply per the rules of our homeowners association AND insurance carrier. We are unable to accommodate traditionally aggressive breeds per our insurance policy as well as the rules of our homeowners association. Please communicate with me and advise me of the breed and weight of your dog along with your inquiry, PRIOR to any instant booking. Thank you!

Short walk or bike ride (we supply the bikes for you to use) to the beach, waterside shops, tons of great restaurants, grocery store, and just about everything else our vacation renter guests could hope for.

Looks like we are on our last full day in sunny Florida. We have had a great time but now we need to return to snowy and cold Michigan. Since I am a snow skier generally winter is okay with me.

Outstanding vacation home. Perfect amount of space for family activity. Pool was awesome. Plenty of extras like towels for beach, beach chairs and bikes. Nice perk is a beach pass for parking.
This was our first experience with VRBO and this property owner. What a great first time experience!! The villa was "as advertised" and perhaps understated. This was also our first trip to S. Florida in many years and the first time to Naples. So happy we chose this area, weather was great and flying in and out of Ft Myers airport was very easy and convenient to this home.
The home is super clean and well furnished. We loved the open floor plan. The location is great and being west of Highway 41 makes a big difference.
I can't say enough about Michele the property owner. Michele is very cordial and very quick to respond to emails and text messages. She truly wants the guest to have a great experience.

We had a very nice visit here. The owner processed our last minute plans quickly. She responded to a question we had promptly. The area is close to everything you would be interested in seeing while in Naples. We loved having the bicycles to ride to the beach or the nearby coffee shop, just around the corner.
I would recommend this home and would definitely come back.
We have just returned from two fabulous weeks at this wonderful property. It is very spacious, beautifully presented and is located in one of the best districts of Naples close to beaches, restaurants and all the local attractions. Michelle the owner, is a true professional and takes great care in ensuring that guests have a wonderful time - she has thought of everything from the free bikes, the gas barbecue, the beautiful furnishings - she even provides a pass to a private beach and inflatables for the pool. We would certainly visit this property again and would recommend it to friends and family.
Hello! My family of 4 stayed at the Naples Villa. It was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in we instantly felt relaxed with the clean spacious atmosphere. This villa has everything you would need. It had plenty of towels, dishes, beach chairs and even bikes! The location being on the quiet court made it possible for our little ones to enjoy the bikes with out the worry of traffic! The location is amazing also! We enjoyed the Naples Zoo which is 5 mins away and my husband enjoyed a local brewery just down the street! Everything is literally just around the corner! One thing that was also a must was the private beach access...there was no crowd, clean bathroom and just around the corner! Michele was so awesome to chat with! She is super quick to respond and you can truly tell that she cares about her renters! She has made sure the villa is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay awesome!! We soooo loved staying here and we will definitely be back!! We are so thankful we found this gem in Naples!! Thanks Michele for opening this up for others to enjoy!!
The property is well equipped, spacious and clean. Every effort has been made to make you feel at home whilst on vacation. The assistance received from the property owner was excellent. The rental price included little extras like a beach pass for a private beach and bikes which is great way to explore the surrounding area! I would recommend this property.
