Sexy small apartment, ideal for 2 people in the residential district of Bregenz above downtown at the foot of the local mountain Pfänder.

Grozügiger living room:

The apartment has a spacious living room where the dining table is accommodated for up to 6 people further a divan is that a few simple steps to a comfortable bed (190x90) can be folded down. For entertainment, a TV is flat screen and built-in DVD player. For the accommodation of private objects an antique cupboard serves. Comforting atmosphere are the bright, large carpet on cotto tiles; in winter the underfloor heating increases the comfort. Pictures by local artists and floor lamps complement the sophisticated equipment. The living room is spacious such that, when needed, for example even a cot can be accommodated for a toddler.


The bedroom houses a double bed in the standard dimensions 180x200 and a rack for storing clothes and linen. The bedroom is designed with a carpet.

Kitchenette, new and appropriately furnished:

The kitchenette consists of a kitchenette with tall cabinets. Cooks will appreciate the modern ceramic hob of the cooker, an oven with grill and exhaust air unit. Microwave, toaster complete the equipment.


The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. The washing machine (Miele Softronic) is connected in the bathroom.

The cloakroom is located in the anteroom.

Outdoor patio:

In the warmer months, a seat is set up in front of the apartment outdoors, from which guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the Old Town, Martin Sturm and Lake Constance.

Absolutely quiet location of the apartment:

The house with the apartment is located on a dead-end street with little traffic.


If you arrive with a car, this can be to a large public square, which is only 15m away from the apartment, parked. For loading activities (eg discounts and arrival) of the car can be parked in the parking lot in front of the house.

Spitzen Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Bregenz, im Untergeschoß eines Einfamilienhauses, das vom Eigentümerehepaar bewohnt wird. Diese geben auf Nachfrage gern Hilfe, halten sich aber sonst zurück. Die Lage zur Stadt und zum See sind ideal, die Ruhe am und im Haus um so erstaunlicher , allein die sehr steile Straße zum Haus macht den Rückweg zu Fuß aus der Stadt anstrengend. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert, das Bad absolut neuwertig, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Wir werden die Wohng weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlen am Bodensee

Wunderbarer Blick auf die Altstadt und den Bodensee! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Selbst an einem Regentag fühlt man sich wohl. Falls es sich abgekühlt hat, stellt der aufmerksame Vermieter die Fußbodenheizung an. Absolute Ruhe im Gegensatz zur quirligen City am Wasser.

Sehr gute!

Das Haus ist sehr bequem, und die Unterkunft ist auch practisch fuer Essen, oder Einkaufen. Es ist in der Naehe von Bregenzhafen und Bahnhof, c.a. 5 min. zu Fuss gehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, haben wir uns viele Helfen von ihn bekommen. Wir wuerde jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbarer Winterurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen mit schöner Aussicht auf die Altstadt, die Berge und den Bodensee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die Seilbahn zum Pfänder sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bregenz bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Kultur, Sport und Wellness, die alle schnell zu erreichen sind. Die Skigebiete sind zudem mit dem Auto keine 30 min entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir hatten einen wunderbarern Winterurlaub mit Kind (4 Jahre) und würden die Unterkuft jedem weiterempfehlen.
