The STUDIO 39 (35sqm) is a nice and bright one-room apartment on the first floor, in a house of historical interest with over 300 years and completely renovated in 2011, with a small balcony directly on the main shopping street of the city of Tavira overlooking the castle walls , Located in the heart of the historic center, about 200 meters from the town hall, 3 minutes walk from the castle, 5 minutes walk to the ferry of the island of Tavira (beach), pharmacies, ATMs, post and cafes less than 50 meters away.

Here there is a French bed (140x200). The hob is equipped with a 2 ceramic ceramic hob, microwave, Refrigerator and sufficient cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom contains a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included.

Hidden Gem at Loft39

This Apt is prob one, if not the best apartment in tavira. It's extremely well equipped bright clean and definately has the wow factor. It's right in the heart of Tavira with spectacular views from the roof terrace, we took to having breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning so we could watch a pair of storks that had nested in a nearby telecommunications mast. The apartment boasts fully equipped kitchen 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms and a small utility room with a washing machine. Although the property doesn't advertise the washing machine it's useful to contact the owner Valter to make sure it is possible to use if needed. This is one of the few properties that doesn't ask for a refundable breakage deposit either. The apartment also boasts a modern log burner, although definately not needed in summer months ... The apartment sits behind a green door No 39 on the Main Street, you would never know it exists had you not stayed there. An array of restaurants and pavement cafes, patisseries supermarkets banks and clothing shops sit right on the doorstep of this property, it really does have it all in a nutshell.. although a word of warning for anyone with walking difficulties, there are a number of stairs to climb once behind the green door, the apt is on 4 Floors, comprising of floor 1) kitchen /living room utility Floor 2) bedroom and bathroom . Floor 3) another bedroom and bathroom. Floor 4) the roof terrace, but it's definately worth the climb as each floor has something that will wow you . This was our 2nd visit and certainly won't be our last . Thankyou Valter and Melanie the owners who have put a lot of thought into loft39

Excellent!!!!

Book this apartment and you won't be disappointed for what lies behind the green door. A well appointed high spec holiday apartment with all you need for a wonderful holiday. The roof terrace was an added bonus with wonderful views of castle. We spent 2 weeks here in August and enjoyed the central location, although on a busy street this was not a problem but a bonus looking out and people watching enjoying them all, having fun. The air conditioning in all rooms was a must as it was really hot when we stayed. The short boat trip which takes you to the beach is an added aventure be sure to get there early to get your ticket and get your place in the queue as at peak times it gets very busy. Once on the Island you tend to find that the Portuguese set up as get on to the beach walk 10 minutes to your right and its like having the whole beach to yourself, just wonderful. Plenty of choice of good restaurants to choose from on the island too. Tavira is a little gem of a town and we really enjoyed our time here. Just below the apartment would recommend the restaurant we called it the restaurant with no name as no signage when it is closed. Tavira is full of restaurants and there is many choices for eating out. Booking and information helpfulness from the owners was a very smooth process all In all would recommend to you Loft 39 In Tavira as you won't be disappointed.

Mit Blick auf die Burg

Eine schöne Wohnung mitten in der Stadt mit Blick auf die Burg und den Wetterhahn. Sehr modern und sauber. Besonders gut haben uns die zwei Bäder und die Dachterrasse gefallen und wir würden gern wiederkommen. Sehr netter Empfang durch Melanie, die uns sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt hat. Obrigado!!!

The pitoresque town of Tavira, also called the Venice of the Algarve, is located in the center of the Eastern Algarve, on the shores of the Rio Gilão. The really beautifully restored facades of the city accompany the walker in all its ways and thus the city retains its calm and romatic flair. Worth seeing are the well-preserved or rebuilt old buildings and also its more than 30 churches.
