Fantastic atmosphere in baroque foot walkers zone, centrally located near subways

Elegant 2 room apartment (60m2) consisting of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, extra toilet with sink and anteroom. The apartment complex was renovated in 2012 and is well equipped.

In the living room: 2Jugendstilschränke, a chic designer glass dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable large leather couch that converts into a large, comfortable sofa bed of 180x200cm with a few simple steps. A large flat screen (Full HD 60 inch) ideal for relaxing watching TV.

The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (180x210cm), a super large wardrobe and a desk with a computer with Internet connection and a private printer,

The new kitchen is equipped with a 4-platy induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee for Nespresso coffee and sämtlchen kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery. Bathroom with nice shower, separate toilet.

Well suited for Geschäftsreisede because of its central location and excellent transport links and the facilities with computers and printers.

The apartment also comes with a central location in Spittelberg. The area dates back to the Baroque period, was extensively restored in recent decades. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, small shops, galleries, a theater, cinema, bars. Summer outdoor concerts, most famous in winter Vienna Christmas Market with a very special flair.

Within easy walking distance (2min.) You can reach the underground station Volkstheater (U2 / U3) and the Ringstrasse lines 1,2 and D. In 3 minutes the MuseumsQuartier with the Leopold Collection (Klimt, Schiele) and contemporary paintings in Mömak. In Tanzquartier there are numerous dance performances. Opposite there Kunsthistorisches and Natural History Museum. In 5-minute walk from Volksgarten, Burggarten, the Imperial Palace, Treasury, Spanish Riding School, the Parliament, the Burgtheater. The opera in 10 minutes and finally Kärnterstrasse and Stephansplatz. (Also U3 reached in just 3 minutes).

Lovely Apartment in Fabulous Location

We love staying in architecturally interesting, older buildings that have been updated and well maintained. This art nouveau building is delightful as is the well maintained apartment in a lovely area. When we arrived, the owners friendly and helpful son met us in front of the building and took us up. The apartment has a huge living area with beautiful windows, high ceilings and very comfortable seating. The kitchen is very clean, completely updated, modern and galley style. The bathroom is very clean and completely updated and modern. The layout is unusual but in many ways preferable. The apartment itself opens into large entry hall which has a door into a 1/2 bath. (Toilet and sink), another doorway into kitchen (which is completely updated, modern and galley style) and a door in a bathroom with large shower and sink (No toilet) and double doors into the living dining area. We were in Vienna in late September. We cracked open a few windows and were very comfortable with the cross ventilation. We heard no neighbor or street noise. There is a large TV, cds and other equipment. Also shopping bags, lots of guides and the owners guide to the area are available. The owner is considerate and has more than ample supplies of paper products, soaps, etc. Although the bedroom has high ceilings, a nice window and huge modern armoires for your luggage and hanging clothes, due to shape of room, the very comfortable bed is surrounded by wall on 3 sides. This was not a problem for us. There is a washer, no dryer but ample drying racks. Most things dried over night. Wifi worked with no problems. This location is so convenient to the metro at Volkstheatre. The trams and metro system are so easy to understand here and use. We walked to many places. It is right next to the lovely cafes of Spiettleburg just a few blocks away and the Museum Quarter is just a few blocks away. The Hofburg Palace is walkable as well as most of the major sights of Old Town. There is a smallish convenience/ grocery store across the street and a block away. Make sure to get out to the Schoenberg Palace and Gardens. Easily done on metro. It is amazing. We did not tour all of the Hofburg Palace but did take in the Hofburg Treasury. Simply overwhelming treasures and a "must see". Enjoy some street vendor sausages. ( we were told the darker the sausage, the spicier it is 😅?) The area is very safe and has a residential feel. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it!

Comfortable apartment in great location

This property is just as shown in the website. The apartment is very comfortable. The location could not be better. We were very close to public transportation and we were able to walk to many sites. The apartment has many windows and good light. The owner provided lists of local restaurants that were very good. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I. The only negative is that the bed sits in a corner and it is very difficult for the one in the back to get out of the bed, especially at night.

Excellent location. Spacious living room. Well equipped kitchen. Smallish bedroom.

We were very happy with our choice of this apartment - comfortable and very convenient - and have no reservations about recommending it.

The apartment is situated adjacent to the renovated Spittelberg pedestrian area of cobbled streets with lots of small local restaurants and bars and just outside the Museum Quarter. All of the central area of Vienna is within easy walking distance. The U bahn station, for heading further afield, is a just a hundred meters or so down the road.

The apartment is light, airy and quiet. It is situated on the third floor, though there is a lift. The living room is large and well furnished, (though some additional softer lighting would be useful). The kitchen, whilst fairly small, is well equipped (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and well laid out. The bedroom is of a reasonable size with plenty of storage space, though being narrow you can only exit the double bed on one side. The bathroom has a good sized shower and plenty of instant hot water.

Eva (the owner) provided plenty of information on both the local area, its cafes and restaurant, and more broadly on Vienna's many attractions. She was very understanding, allowing us to leave our cases in the apartment until 3.30 on the final day.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, bien agencé , très calme . Propriétaire à l'écoute.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement, le confort est tel que rien ne manque .

La propreté, l'équipement haut de gamme, comme à la maison. Une indication importante lorsque l'on loue, la literie est excellente .

Tout peut se faire à pied, sinon, pour les moins vaillants, le métro est à la porte . Les commerces, les restaurants, les musées, le centre historique , l'Opéra .

Venez découvrir en partant de cet appartement, Vienne, dans toute sa splendeur .

Par contre, en venant à quatre, il faut bien se connaitre , nous n'étions que deux, c'est sans doute plus pratique. (le canapé doit être aussi confortable, mais cela respecte moins l'intimité.)

Bien entendu, nous recommandons ce lieu à nos proches.
