Our villa offers two modern equipped Non smoking apartments (certified by the DTV with 4 stars) in a beautiful peaceful setting with a beautiful garden on 1000 sqm plot.

Each apartment has a separate entrance (slope, different floors), a separate large terrace and private garden.

Both apartments are fully equipped with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, satellite TV, wireless Internet, bathroom, separate toilet and tiled or Wood stove in the living room.

A parking space in the double garage is included per apartment. More car parking facilities in front of the house.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels and wood for the stoves Erstbeheizung included in the rent.

The market town of Weiler-Simmerberg-Ellhofen is not far from Lake Constance, Austria (Bregenz Forest) and Switzerland. The gentle hills of the Bavarian Alpine foothills, you can explore on well-marked hiking trails on foot or by bike. Whether you are young or a little older, wishing to do business or relax sporty - in one of the southernmost and scenically diverse regions of Germany you will surely find the perfect leisure activity for your specific ideas of a relaxing holiday.

In the surroundings you will find swimming pools, lakes, tennis courts and golf courses as well as the grounds for bicycle tours, relaxing walks or challenging climbs.

In winter you can groomed trails and in the near vicinity numerous ski lifts available. Good winter hiking trails through the snowy landscape invite you to walks in the cold season.

The cultural offer includes concerts, exhibitions and last but not least, the Bregenz Festival with the famous lake stage.

Bregenz and Lindau can be reached comfortably by car in half an hour.

You can watch many dairies along the Westallgäuer Käsestraße in the production of Allgäu Emmental, mountain cheese and other cheese specialties. Each dairy sells its products locally.

Rundum wohlgefühlt - Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Landhaus Kinzelmann und haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Sowohl die Garten- als auch die Terrassenwohnung sind liebevoll eingerichtet mit hellen, modernen Möbeln.

Nach einem anstrengenden Skitag ist das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen der ideale Ort zum Erholen. Im Sommer entspannen wir gerne auf der Terrasse oder im gepflegten Garten.

Beide Wohnungen sind voneinander getrennt, sodass jeder Gast seine Privatssphäre hat. Lediglich die Doppelgarage muss man sich teilen :-)

Die Verwalterin der Wohnungen empfängt uns jedesmal sehr herzlich und gibt uns viele hilfreiche Insidertipps zu Wanderwegen, Skigebieten, Restaurants, etc.

Das Landhaus liegt leicht am Hang (toller Blick!) im wunderschönen Ort Weiler. Hier finden wir alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen. Die Ortsmitte mit allen Geschäften (Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc.) sind in fünf Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch die Restaurants am Ort und der Umgebung haben wir bereits mehrfach getestet und für sehr gut empfunden! Zum Bodensee (Bregenz oder Lindau) sind es nur knapp 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch in den Bregenzerwald ist es nicht weit. Ob Wandern, Skifahren oder einfach nur relaxen das Westallgäu bietet für jeden das Passende.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist immer top! Man merkt einfach, dass Familie Kinzelmann und auch die Verwalterin viel Wert auf Details legen (z.B. Begrüßungsbier, Mineralwasser und Kaffee).

Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Herbst, denn wir wissen, hier stimmt einfach alles!
