The 76m² large, tastefully furnished and cozy apartment has two bedrooms, living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

One bedroom is furnished with comfortable wooden furniture: a double bed (2.0 x 2.0m), 2 bedside tables, a couch and a large closet.

The second bedroom (children) contains two behind twin bed, books, board and also a large closet.

The dining area provides ample space for up to 5 people. The couch invites you to relax for all guests. There are radio (incl. Docking Station for Apple) and TV incl. Satellite reception of all German-language stations.

For self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped (3 ring stove, oven, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.-all in more than sufficient quantities).

Bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

Our apartment is on the first Floor in a 6-built in the local style family house.

There is a laundry room with drying facilities for common use.

The apartment also an underground parking space (headroom 1.90m) with direct access into the house belongs.

The Upper Engadine, where our apartment is located, is a beautiful wide valley and an outstanding, year-round holiday destination.

In summer you can enjoy the fascination of mountains, valleys and lakes etc. while hiking, surfing, rock climbing, horseback riding, biking, fishing

In winter, the many cable cars and ski lifts, and wonderfully groomed slopes (ski resorts to 3303m altitude) for alpine ski racing or barely-ending trails for cross-country skiing. The Engadin will apply from November to April snow.

The numerous lakes are frozen in winter a few possibilities: from a short stroll to the kite surfing, everything is possible.

In the dreamy village Bever can enjoy holiday without the hustle and bustle and yet centrally located in the Upper Engadine.

Bever is a peaceful mountain village in the heart of the Upper Engadine with about 700 inhabitants and is situated 1708 m above sea level.

The small, well maintained resort is set around the impossanten Crasta Mora - mountain and at the same landmark of the municipality.

An ideal holiday so for those who enjoy the stunning mountain scenery and the many sunny days of the Engadine and thereby avoid the hype want.

In the village there are several restaurants, bars a small supermarket with post - ideal for self catering.

Bever has its own 'Bahnhöfli' and a bus stop, so that guests without including car coming along well.

Directly from the house you can make beautiful walks and hikes -. For example, the Val Bever (along the Fairytale), to La Punt or Samedan.

Overall, the Engadin offers countless hiking trails for all ages and, depending on your mood.

In winter the various ski resorts for skiers of all skill levels to a wonderful day in the snow. Due to the high position of the Engadine it will apply from November to April snow.

St. Moritz - one of the oldest resorts in the world - is located 9km away. Here you can cultural highlights, fine shopping and events experience on a global scale. Chic, elegant and exclusive - so you know the famous place in the middle of the Upper Engadine lakes.

A cosy apartment in beautiful sorroundings

We stayed during the last week of June. The weather was a mixture of bright sunshine and occasional showers, but in and around Bever this is not a problem, as one can set out for long and short hikes, and as the apartment is near bus stops and railway station one can always move to places with better weather and/or explore the vanishing Morteratsch glacier or the mediaval churches in Bever and the neighbouring villages (or listen to TV or browse the Internet, but outdoors it's much better!). Among the villages in Engiadin'Ota Bever has a lot of advantages as it is quite central, less busy than most others, and as it lies in the middle of a wider plane. The apartment is situated in the middle of the village but it is still quiet even when the Raetian railway passes by at a distance of less than 200 meters. The apartment contains everything up to four persons can desire (if they are down-to-earth people, as we are), it is tastefully equipped and designed, it offers local literature and topographical maps, information about the village and the region is also available in a folder which the user finds on the table when they arrive. The apartment is easily accessed (even when you arrive by train and have lots of luggage), the owner and her local representative are very helpful and friendly.

Traumferien an zentraler und ruhiger Lage im Oberengadin

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge perfekt. Sie ist super eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und auch zur verantwortlichen Person vor Ort.

Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.
