Great location and access to everything

We stayed for a week, and found the location to be very convenient. There is a Billa grocery store next door, and the number 5 tram stops directly in front of the apartment. There were two comfortable beds and a bathroom with a washer and drier. The kitchen was a little small, but fine for our mostly breakfast needs. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this listing. We loved Vienna and Iris helped by putting together a very thorough information binder to help us navigate this beautiful city, including transportation, restaurant and café suggestions. Thank you, Iris!

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in great location.

We stayed at the "Wien 1900" apartment between Christmas and New Year's and it was a cozy and comfortable place to enjoy Vienna during the holidays. There is a grocery store right below the apartment, many good restaurants and public transportation options within a few minutes walk. The owner was very helpful before and during our stay, providing recommendations, information and responding to questions. We are a family of four, however the second bedroom with a double bed was a bit small for both our teenaged sons to share, so one slept on the large sofa in the living room. All in all, the apartment was a good choice for our visit to Vienna since we could explore the city and Christmas markets by day and then retreat to our quiet neighborhood each evening!

Conveniently located and comfortable!

Step out of the door to trams and busses. Getting to the main subway and train station takes only a few minutes via tram. In fact, every place of interest is minutes away! The 7th district is safe and has easy access to restaurants, groceries, tech support and downtown shopping.

The apartment is historically designed offering high ceilings and spacious rooms. Truly, old world Vienna.

The owner, Iris, is most helpful when called upon.

A great styled apartment that gives you a historical feel. A beautiful and clean apartment, fully modern equipped. Very nice mattresses to sleep on, for a good night's sleep. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. After the booking, we quickly received extended information about everything that Vienna and the apartment have to offer. This was the most extended information I ever received when I booked a holiday. We recommend this apartment to all our friends.

True Viennese comfort and style

This stylish and comfortable apartment is well located in a true Viennese neighborhood with an eclectic range of shops and cafes. The public transportation by bus and tram is easy to major areas of interest, but it is also possible to go on foot, and explore additional streets along the way. We didn't take a single taxi while enjoying this great city. The owner, Iris, was very helpful and accessible.

Car: not necessary

The seventh district of Vienna is one of the most demanded ones in town. A colourful mixture of shops, cafes and restaurants, Museumsquartier ( the home of Leopold collection (Klimt) and MUMOK plus excellent public transport systems allows you to explore the area walking and take bus/tramway/subway in case your feet need a little rest.

Spittelberg - little buildings and streets look like a filmset for the 19th century - is the home of Viennas most beautiful christmas market.

Gürtel - below the historic arches of the Stadtbahn (now the construction is used for subway U6) you will find a vibrant nightlifezone, livemusic, bars restaurants...
